Five Stars!!! Based on the reviews I read after moving to the area almost a year ago, I decided to take my car to Rad Air. I’ve used them twice now. I can tell you, all the positive reviews are SPOT ON. I’ve had nothing short of a GREAT experience both times. Everyone I’ve encountered here has been friendly, courteous, and professional. They took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done to fix any issues my car was having. These guys work hard and are fantastic! I’ve never felt compelled to write a review on an auto body shop before, but this one deserves it.Thanks for running such a great and honest business … and for the cookies!

Amazing staff! First time I have ever recommended a car shop but the staff were friendly and helpful. I had to bring my 2 kids to pick up my vehicle and they were sweet and patient! 10/10 would recommend and will be back if needed in the future!

Dino, Norm, and the mechanics at Rad Air are just wonderful. I took my car in for an overall check for a long trip. Brake pads and links were needing work. The work was done well and efficiently. I recieved a ride to & from work and then also was given a loaner car. I am very happy with the work and my treatment by the folks at Rad Air.

In an emergency situation with an overheated vehicle, dog, and an elderly passenger, Dino was very nice. He helped us to get home, then explained that repairs needed to be made. The repairs were done on time, and for slightly less than the estimate. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future

So many shops give a time and maybe in an hour and a half they take a look.! Not these guys hour and a half we were done and had the bill. Then looking at the bill I said to my husband aren’t they missing a few zeros?? Hurry up and pay it. You guys are awesome.

Honestly I didnt know that a mechanic place this good could even existed!My car had a lot of problems with it after a car crash I had in the winter, we went there originally to get the AC fixed and our mechanic, our mechanic, Norm, identified a ton of other issues with it and with our consent, fixed up all of those as well.I was temporarily living in Ohio at the time and needed to get back to Utah with my car. Suddenly before I was about to leave we realized something was wrong with our transmission coolant, and Norm helped us fix it in record time before the drive back home! Honestly this place totally saved me a huge hassle! 1000/10 would recommend for anyone looking for an authentic place to get their car fixed up!

Very friendly and easy to work with. Free loaner was a plus since no friend to take me home. Dino would call to keep me updated with what they found wrong. Since a part had to be ordered, having the loaner came in handy. A/C was working great when I got my car back and car was not greasy or dirty. Front of shop was clean also. I knew the repair would cost a lot but was half the price of a dealer repair. I will definitely go back for other repairs. Car is a 2010 CRV.

Great friendly environment. I didn’t feel like they were trying to push extra services on me. Straight to the point and had my car running back to normal. Gave me a free loaner so I wouldn’t have to figure out how to get to work because they had to order the parts. Definitely will go back.

These guys are top notch! They helped me out in a pinch and got my car back to me the same day. Dino called me before they completed the work to make sure I approved what needed done and to make sure I was okay with the cost of the repairs. We discussed all my options and once I gave the go ahead, I was back in my own car by the end of the day.I would give them ten stars if I could!

I am so thankful for RadAir. They are very professional do quality work and don’t try to sell you something that you don’t need.I like the fact that there’s no pressure to buy some thing that you really don’t need at the time. I was all set to have all four wheel brakes replaced and was happy to learn that my front brakes were perfectly fine and only the rear brakes here to be replaced, not many shops are honest like that

Had great service here! Dino took the time to explain the coolant system to me and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. It’s nice to read through so many reviews and see similar comments - that definitely gives good peace of mind. We’ll be bringing our cars here in the future.

Rad Air replaced the right front wheel bearing on my 2009 Pontiac Torrent. Brought car in late Monday and Dino promised it would be ready by 10 on Tuesday. I needed to get to Columbus by 1:00. Promise kept, and the 280 mile trip to/ from Columbus went without any problems. A1+ service, will definitely be using this as primary repair service.

Dino has no rival when it comes to personal attention and Norm is clearly dedicated to the same level of professionalism and service that we’ve come to depend on for the last 15 years. When something isn’t right with one of our four wheeled family members, we know who to call.

I had an excellent experience here. Dino was so helpful and kind. I left for work one morning and all of a sudden my front end started to shake pretty bad. I drive about 40 minutes to work and had me scared I wouldnt make it to work safely. This place is right across the street from my job so I stopped there to see if it can be looked at before heading to work. Dino was so nice and said they could look at it if I could leave it which was no problem. I was just going to walk across the street to work. He would not let that and insisted that he give me a ride, which he did. I could not have been more thankful for that because it was a blizzard out. Everything ended up fine with my car and he didnt even charge me. I would definitely take my car there again!

Dino and his team did a great job in fixing all of the issues with my Chevy cobalt. Very clear communications and straight forward and honest answers about what was needed for the repairs. Great service for a great price. I definitely would recommend them to others for auto service and repairs.

Dino and Norm did a fantastic job of quoting and scheduling for us to get our Mazda repaired. This car needed extensive tire rod and joint work and they did a fantastic job to restore the car to what it was before these repairs were crucial. They were courteous, polite, professional and accommodating to our schedule, even providing a loaner when I had additional needs to finish the work. Great group of honest and hard working men, highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle repairs and routine maintenance.

Also, you dont have to worry about them pushing unnecessary work to perform on your vehicle like a lot of other auto-shops.

Was driving my Mustang and smoke started coming up from under hood. Pulled over popped hood and saw that all my coolant dumped out on to engine block. I thought my baby was dead. Then I towed it to Radair to see if they could save her. I knew it would be tuff being an older car. Then I got call from Norm saying my racecar was fixed. I was overcome with joy. These guys are amazing. Thank you Radair.

Radair repaired my condenser and it works perfectly fine. But afterwards I spoke to other garages and was quoted pricing far lower than your shop. The difference was roughly between $200-$300. Live and learn

Ive been going to radar for several years they are always honest neat professional. Theyre all good mechanics and know what they are doing and I feel very safe driving my car after they have worked on it. Ive recommended them to several friends and everyone is very happy.

Rad Air exceeded my needs as an automotive mechanic. They went aboard beyond and I truly appreciate them. We are new to the area and I needed an automatic I could trust with a team I could trust as well. Needless to say the communication with Dino and his staff was amazing. They effectively diagnosed a check engine light (cam sensor) on my 2005 Nissan Altima SE-R without trying to chisel me on other unnecessary repairs like other area garages when they see a used, high maintenance/performance model. Rad Air has fair prices and a fast turnaround, had no idea they offered so many services. First time customer, but have recommended this location to others!

We have been going to Rad Air for a couple years and Dino and team have always been fare and honest.The check engine light was blinking. We took the car to rad air and the team quickly identified that one of the spark plugs was bad. They replaced them all and we are now off and running. A week later they reached out to make sure things were still good.

Woke up to zero noise, confirmed battery was good and towed to RadAir for service. The Westlake RadAir team is Professional, personable and Reliable. They were able to diagnose the issue rapidly, get the parts and finish in short time. Once nearly completed, we discussed cost, and when the final came back higher, Dino honored his verbal quote even after we discussed the additional work and I agreed to pay the up charge. There’s only a couple people I trust to work on my vehicles and RadAir Westlake is one of them. Thank you guys!

They charged me twice the amount that was quoted for air conditioning check. I was mentioned complete car inspection will be conducted which was never done.

While my daughter was in for Thanksgiving I discovered that she needed brakes on her car. Fortunately I was able to get the car squeezed in. Good service, good price. I’m confident that she can drive the turnpike safely during this winter season.

Ive been coming to see Dino for about a year and have never been happier with a mechanic and shop. Their work is fast and great, they never condescend to me about my car (which is so refreshing as a single woman), they are always willing to help you out. They definitely arent cheap, but not over priced either, and worth the cost. Cant recommend them enough!

Excellent service!! Honest, no nonsense and very responsive. Dino knows how to take care of his customers. I have recently taken 2 vehicles to him for AC service. Both were fixed properly and I felt the price was right. Dino puts in the extra effort to assure that the customer knows exactly what is needed for the repair, with no surprises, and does not upsell the customer on repairs that are not needed. I was not aware that the shop is not open on Saturdays when I asked to come in and pick up my vehicle. Dino was there, called me to let me know he was there, and was a complete professional. I will most definitely be returning to this shop for future repairs!

In mid-October I had to have a complete exhaust system (with two catalytic converters) installed on my 2010 Honda CRV. I got a loaner car free of charge, and the work was done in a couple of days. It was a pleasure to work with Dino, who answered every question I had. The quality of the mechanics’ work was excellent. It was my first time taking my car to RadAir, and they now have a customer for life!

Ive been bringing my vehicles to Dino and Roz for about 8 years, and Ill never go anywhere else. They take care of whatever I need, even in a pinch, and the cost is always totally reasonable. I trust them completely. Ive never felt that way about another mechanic.

The new year is upon and I stopped in to get my oil change before the semester started. I received a coupon in the mail and it was right down the street from me so I figured Id give it a shot. Dino was an amazing individual who exemplifies genuineness and customer service. He was very personable and made (what could be a potentially daunting experience) me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I did the Maintenance Package for my car that included the oil change, plus extras. It took about an hour for everything. During that hour I was able to observe how friendly of a place this is and how much of a customer connection this business has with members in the community. I am over the moon with the services and my experience.

Car was towed to their facility after not starting in a local parking lot. Dino & his Team could not have been more responsive. Attention & follow up they provided to my bride was exceptional. Followed up with a prompt quote once the issue was identified and car was picked up the following day. Service was attentive and friendly and they even extended a AAA discount. At first introduction, the staff are all very courteous and nice. However, this place is highway robbery. They quoted me a brake job with a grand total of $900. I got a second opinion at Christian Brothers, and for the same job, same materials, and an even nicer facility, I paid $309 out the door. What’s more, is, I complained about the gross overcharge. And the response my husband and I got at the front desk when we went to pick up the car to take it over to Christian brothers was “ Yeah, it looks like she got the woman charge”. In other words, you’re a girl so we’ll charge you double because you don’t know anything about cars.Unless you really enjoy throwing away your money and being charged over twice as much, do not take your car to rad air. Just don’t.

I have been taking my car to Radair, Westlake for 4 years. They are honest, hardworking and professional.

Dino and the guys are always so helpful and honest. They go through all of the repairs needed with me and also help me determine which ones are necessary based on the age of my car and how much longer I want to keep it. I am a single mom and feel very comfortable talking through my options with Dino, without getting ripped off, which has happened to me at other places in the past. And the extra bonus...you get cookies with every service!

Quality work at expected prices(nothing is cheap with cars). Have always met my needs. Good loaner cars and friendly atmosphere. Been to over a dozen repair shops over the years but this is the one I am most satisfied with. Would recommend to a friend.

My blower motor gave out during the hottest stretch of summer. Rad Air was able to locate a not that easy to find replacement. There was an understandable delay in the supply chain but once the part was in the service was quick and professional. I will certainly use again.

My car needed an alignment, did not know if there were other issues that needed to be addressed in order to get an alignment. Took my car to Dino at Rad Air. He advised that there would be a $30 fee for him to look at it. I agreed to the fee and dropped the car off even though my wife told me that i shouldnt as she had a bad experience with them. Dino called me and advised that no repairs or alignments could be done. I then took my car to Monro for a 2nd opinion. They stated that they would take a look and get back to me. They called me back within an hour and advised that there was no reason why an alignment could not be done. They completed the alignment for me and i couldnt be happier with the results. So basically i paid Dino $30 for him to give me incorrect information. I will definately be letting my friends and family know to steer clear of Dino and the westlake Rad Air. Photos are attached as proof that what i stated in this review is true and accurate. If Dino was honest he would send me my money back as he did not do what he was supposed to for the money!

Rad Air is an honest repair shop, which is hard to find these days! They repaired my AC for a lower price than I found elsewhere and did a great job.

They told me to pinpoint my ac sensor problem would cost 48$.It really ends up costing much more than they say. Expect to pay arround 140$ just to get started.I already told them i had a bad ac sensor to begin with. Simply paid 146.96 for nothing. Back to trying to find a better place
