Wonderful experience and really down to earth staff. My sales person was Josh P. He was super easy to talk to, good sense of humor not pushy at all very patient, polite and actually listen to what I was looking for and expected. Josh was willing to accommodate as much as within his scope, which is rare when your car shopping! Josh was knowledgeable and honest meaning if he was unsure of something he say that and seek out to get the answer. When I left I felt my questions was answered and I was satisfied. Absolutely worst dealership I’ve dealt with, the worst customer service ever. Was trying to work a deal out with them all for them to text me a hour and a half later saying the vehicle was sold. Seems this dealer loves to waste your time and will get you no where. I do not recommend and will be telling everyone I know not go to there. Michelle was incredible from my initial phone call to squeezing me in last minute to getting me in quickly and resolving my issue. I had stupidly taken my car in to another Acura dealership to repair a rattling noise i was hearing under my car on the rear passenger side . Well turns out I kept hearing a faint rattle. I have leased several cars from McGrath Acura for various businesses and recommended many others here as well. I stopped going there as their prices were always considerably higher. At the request of one of the employees (concierge--who has since left) I decided to give them another chance to earn my business as they are close to my house.Todays experience by by far the worst of any dealer I have ever visited. Grant Brady was given my account information to look up my payoff but yet he was no able to tell me what it was. I asked for a total sales price and I was given only a monthly payment. They appraised my car but could not tell me what they appraised it for---only the monthly payment on a lease. I once again asked asked for an itemized list of the pricing, trade-in value and net pay off amounts but still nothing. Talk about trying to take someone for a ride---no car price given, no trade in value given and no payoff given---only a lease payment---in the rudest of tones.When asking for a general manager, the sales manager said they already gave me the monthly lease payment and were not going to share anymore information with someone who is not serious about buying.This sales manager was even more rude, obnoxious and impolite.At one time the staff here was outstanding and service is still really good. But none of the original staff is still around---seems like all the good honest people did not want to put up with shady dealings.NEVER AGAIN--STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

I recently had a major service at this location. I thought it will take an hour so I was planning to work on my PC while I was there. A staff from the service team was superb as he went through the primary features of the loaner vehicle and helped me settle in the work station. It was like 5-star service for VIP! The reason I rated my experience with two stars is that there is not much transparency for the cost breakdown during my initial visit and even though the advisor mentioned some discounts for my final bill, I was left in the dark until the services were complete. Another thing I was unsatisfied with is that vacuum was barely done for my vehicle even though it’s included in major services. Given that the dealer had my vehicle for two days, a small task like that shouldn’t be overlooked and as standard as it sounds, the service team should always check whether the vehicle is properly cleaned up after completing all the checks.

I have called twice to get a simple quote for a foglight replacement and every time I was told that no body is available to talk to me. I used Chat function and they have no idea how to get the quote. This is the worst experience I ever have with any car dealership. This is the first time I own an Acura and very disappointed with the service of so called Luxury brand.

I am sorry to say but I had very bad experience, I went to buy a Volkswagen Passat which Ive seen on Market place on Facebook posted for $15,988 from McGrath Acura.I got to inspect the car and I found a hammer inside on the Engine very close to rotor belt 😳 anyway I didnt make it a big deal cause car was year 2020 and was still interested to buy all in cash, after all we agreed upon pricing with one of the salesman Brandon, and somehow his manager refused it to sell it to me cause they have an offer to sell the car to Carmax for bigger price and I had to walk away from that deal cause last minute they raised the price to $17,000 plus Tax & dealer fees up to $18,500. The car hasnt been sold yet and price recently has been updated on Facebook for $16,988. Thats a shame

I received a text about trading in my leased 2019 TLX which still had 4 months to go before the lease end date. Skeptically, I decided to go by the dealership to let them appraise my car and see what type of deal I could get on a 2021. I did not expect much as I had received an email about a ‘good deal’ 3 months prior- but it turned out not to be a good deal.Upon arrival, Bill Angelakos, greeted my husband and I; and after hearing what brought us in, informed us that they only had 4 TLX Advanced models on the lot. I was not happy at all as the Advanced was a much better model than my mine- thus the lease payments would undoubtedly be much higher than my current payments. Bill asked us to let him see what he could do before we walked away angry, and we did but we were very doubtful.In less than 15 minutes, Bill came back letting us know we could get the car and keep the same lease payment, same miles. We were in disbelief! Literally. Shockingly enough, we drove away in our new 2021 TLX Advanced model for the EXACT same payments, same miles as our much lower cost trade in- and no, we did not have to put any money down! I don’t know how Bill did it, but he did. I have been leasing Acuras since 2009 and have never gotten a deal like this! I highly suggest if you visit Acura of McGrath, seek out Bill Angelakos. He was refreshing to work with because of his integrity. He sealed the deal in minutes without any of the haggling that I hate to do with car salesman. We love our new car and we love Bill for making it happen!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! Although the environment is nice, the finance manager is not fit to be working at this place. Not sure why he felt the need to try to embarrass somebody or talk down just because of a deal that never went through. Also that he mentioned that he has done fraud in the past is not something you say to a potential customer.

I worked with Paul Metz for the past few months to find the perfect 2022 MDX for me. He did such a great job of keeping in contact and updating me with any information he had. When he got word the car was coming in, he was just as excited as I was! I felt like we built a great relationship and I really appreciated the level of car he showed to me. Had a recent service here. We have a 2018 MDX, was making a whining noise when turning and vibration on the stirring wheel. They said it was the break pads that needed replacement and back rotors that needed resurfacing. So we did that. Now after 2 weeks around 300 miles of use, I felt strong pulsation again on my stirring wheel when putting the breaks on while on 60-70mph. I brought it back to them and they said its the front rotors now that needed resurfacing. So we paid for that again. After a week of use the whining noise was back and the vibration/pulsation ! I was so frustrated cause now they tell me they need to replace the front breaks retainer clips and align the tires. Plus they tell me the pulsation is caused by the feathered tires. My tires are brand new bought it 3 months ago. I went back to them 3 times not counting when I need to pick up the car.They did not charge me for the clips but it does not pay off for the time on issues that could have been done in one service. After this I took the car to where I got my tires(a good friend ) they measured all 4 tires in front of me and said the tires are perfectly even. They even offered to check it again with the mechanic. The service Acura did was just this week. so What does this all say? You be the judge cause for me its a one star. Not bringing it back to Mcgrath acura westmont again.

I was looking for my first car and I was very picky about what I wanted and what I need and I got helped by this nice gentleman named Brandon. He was young just like me and he tried hard for me to get this car and I finally got it! He made the process a stress free process and really made me want to come back when I need to get a new car! This only goes up to 5 stars but if I could I would give it 7! I am definitely recommending this place to everyone I know and when the time comes I will come back and make sure I get Brandon!!

I hate buying cars at dealerships. That being said Adam Adawy is a life saver. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells and treated me with nothing but respect and an amazing deal. Definitely coming back to him for my next car. I recommend you do the same.

Service level was excellent at McGrath Lexus, as always. Got parts overnighted so I wouldn’t be without my car for a week because of holiday weekend. Then there was a slight delay when I went to pickup the car, but this was only because they wanted to correct a small issue discovered as they were pulling the car up (they could have just let me leave but didn’t). Finally I was very impressed with the cashier’s integrity. I had paid for the service in cash and had overpaid (bills stuck together). She happened to recount the money, and then she tracked me down in the parking lot to give me back the overpayment. Obviously this person has integrity (and counts better than me). That said, I believe my entire experience is also a reflection on the quality of the service department and the management of the dealership.

Made 2 long trips to this dealership only for them to tell me the car I wanted to look at was no longer available and came to find out that it was. Then I came for a 2nd visit to see a different car and the same salesman lied and said it was no longer available as well and tried to get me into a different type. THEN he refused to even negotiate the price for not even ONE DOLLAR despite me not even that interested in the car ! Worst car dealership Ive ever experienced. Im honestly shocked and the people that buy cars there must be high and/or gullible.

Great customer service and the staff are very professional and kind. They were a great help to my family and I when we visited. We enjoyed our experience at the dealership.
