Absolute top notch experience. I’ve purchased a few different vehicles so far in my life and this was hands down the most effortless and easy process ever. Go speak to Raghu, he was top notch. I went there to purchase a 3 and he said I should look into the Y. I was hesitant at first until I test drove both and absolutely loved the Y exponentially more than the 3. He pointed me in the right direction and answered all my questions and was very helpful. We actually just placed another order and traded in my wife’s car to add another to the Tesla family. Ragu again was top notch. I HIGHLY recommend this location to buy and / or for service.

Always friendly and straight talking when it comes to resolving problems. On the one occasion they had to wait overnight for parts, they gave me a loan car rather than making me come back for another visit, which I very much appreciated even if the loaner felt a bit unloved ;)

My first impression is that this lot is small and there are not a lot of parking spaces. So, when they have customers taking deliveries it is hard to figure out where to park. With COVID and it being touch less it is harder to really understand what is going on.The location is fun and simple (Clean) just like the vehicles.

This place is the absolute worst!! Came in for appt to get a tire changed on my model X. 5 minutes from leaving the dealership I see the pressure in all 4 tires rising. A bit confusing as the temp outside was moderate. Within 5 more minutes psi up to 44 on 3 tires and 45 on new tire. 5 more minutes psi up to 48. I screenshot and messaged dealership (as you are forbidden to contact by phone) reply was utter nonsense about calibration and weather. By 50 psi I had to pull over and find a tire shop to release the pressure in my tires. 2 days later I left town for 2 months. Upon return psi in new tire was 25. Dealership said I did not need appt to come in and messaged an estimate for new tire. I am here now with no appt waiting 2 hours, because apparently I came during lunch hour and all appointments will be taken care of ahead of me. Stay tuned to how much they plan to charge me to replace the tire they obviously ruined to start with.....What youve been waiting for....nail in the tire. Cant be fixed. Needs new tire BUNCH OF CONMEN!!! STAY AWAY!!

Had an excellent experience working with Tim and the service team. I had some unfortunate paint/bumper damage from street parking in the city and his team was able make it look good as new for significantly less than the neighboring body shops. I was able to work remotely in the clean and spacious waiting room which was a huge benefit. The repair only took 90 minutes and I was even surprised with a parting gift of a Model 3 collectors item. Highly recommend them for any future Tesla servicing!

Picked up a used Tesla, no vehicle orientation, no charge but wanted to give the vehicle even after knowing I had more than 100 miles to drive. It had 20% charge and i had to wait for 40 mins and i had to clean the interior myself, they even left the previous owners insurance and registration in the car.Just signatures and the payment collection was what they were really concerned about, no proper detailing and not cleaned well.Gave me a wet car which had bumper damage which I couldnt see due to the water. I informed them next day morning after I noticed when I parked it in the garage and the vehicle was dry.The cracked bumper hasn’t been shown in closeup pictures like the other scratches and they claim it’s my problem for not being able to see in the pictures and they are not responsible, sales guy claims its Teslas policy not to repair damaged cars even if its a problem once i pay and take delivery.There is a gap between the bumper and front trunk, moisture getting in, gap between bumper and passenger side headlights, Tesla used sales has not been helpful and in fact being very difficult to work with.Mobile service came in and said they have to replace trim and was surprised they gave the car with bumper damage.They say they are not responsible since I picked up the car.Still trying to deal with them and into 3 weeks and having a hard time with Tesla sales arrogance.Was warned by Tesla store guy in NY that used car Tesla sales is not like new car because of poor customer care.I am sure if higher management knows about it they would not appreciate poor customer service. Really appreciate our salesmans enthusiasm for Tesla. We asked about how the autopilot worked and he ws able to relate it to his personal experiences. Not satisfied with the service at all. As much as I like Tesla, they are nowhere near capable of competing with premium dealership service centers at this location. I hope they can fix the 2 month wait for appointments, no washes, repeat issues to get you out of warranty and/or pay two or more times; customer is never right motto. I cant seem to take my car home with all my problems resolved properly.Best to stick with a new car and unload it well before the warranty period expires. Sorry Tesla, too many bad experiences here. I hope things get better.

Three years ago we walked into Tesla Oak Brook and met our salesman “Kemji” for the first time, he made a memorable impression on us while looking at a model X, but unfortunately we couldn’t afford it at the time. Today at Tesla Westmont, three years later, we finally closed the deal with Kemji on a brand new model 3! Kemji made the experience once again memorable, and seamless, and even had the car delivered ahead of time!

UPDATE: Took delivery today and couldn’t be happier with the service - LOVE the car too!! Original delivery date was 3/22 but I got a call yesterday (3/16) telling me that my car had arrived early - woohoo! The process was set up to be contactless, but I was double masked so I opted to walk in to drop off the paperwork. We had already wired the final payment over the night before, so there were only 4 or 5 documents that needed signatures. The car was staged in front of the show room, gleaming from a fresh wash job, looking even more beautiful than I had imagined. My SA Mike, stayed on the phone with me to walk me through the quick process and answer some additional questions I had. From beginning to end, the team was fabulous, friendly and informative. They really showed a great deal of care and understanding that this was not a run of the mill car purchase. Great experience from beginning to end. They earned that 5th star, just like I knew they would.•••••••••So far so good. Ordered my M3 on 1/24. I was more neurotic about my delivery date because there was going to a gap between leases. I called the Westmont several times since then and I will admit I was being very special. To a one, everyone I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient. Im only withholding a star because I havent taken delivery yet. But when I do, I will update and and expecting they will have earned that 5th star!

Allison in the service department was amazing today when I dropped off my Model Y to correct the issues from the factory. She was more than helpful and personally came out and walked the car with me as I explained and pointed out the issues. She walked me through what was normal and what was not and made me feel good about something I was admittedly very upset about. I thought it was going to be a horrible Monday morning but Allison went out of her way make a good thing bad and explained the timeline and process all while setting my realistic expectations. Tesla is lucky to have someone like that in the service department she genuinely cared and want to make a bad thing good.

This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you are looking to buy a Tesla or fix the one you have chose a different location for your own sake.My boyfriend has a Tesla. He had a problem with a trunk, and we went to this service center to fix his car. After the service the car had new issues (was constantly indicating a close obstacle and beeping), service told him to ignore the problem as it would go away in 15 minutes. The problem didn’t disappear and we had to take it to Chicago location for the vehicle to be finally repaired.I am currently considering getting a new car and we thought of getting a Tesla. We have decided to give this branch a new chance so we scheduled a test drive. We were running a bit late so I gave a call to the dealership half an hour before our time slot. Nobody picked up a phone so I left a message. When we arrived to the location Abdul (the appointed consultant) said that we were late so he gave a car to someone else. When I pointed out that we called and left a message he said they didn’t get any calls, lied that he tried calling me (I never got any missed calls) and that we didn’t sign an electronic agreement (which I did an hour prior to the appointment). He was very rude so we just left.

Im not satisfied with my delivery of my Tesla by the team at Westmont. First they delivered my car with a mismatched rim. Not sure how a mismatched rim made it past inspection. Then they never registered my car so I never received my plates. I ended up not being able to drive my Tesla for 2 months until I received plates. The delivery team at Tesla Westmont keeps dropping the ball.

Very poor buying experience. An appointment to pick up car on Tuesday was arranged, but they changed the date and said they can hold car only for 3 days and hence had to be picked up by Monday. All this drama happened on Friday evening since the car arrived on Friday. Saturday and Sunday pick ups are not a choice since they are closed. After phone calls and emails they agreed to hold it until Tuesday. If they cannot hold cars then some one should be available to deliver on weekends.

Ordered a Model 3 LRD from the site on 6/13. Car was to arrive on 6/24 at the Westmont IL location. Delivery was delayed a day due to late delivery arrival. Drove my 2010 Honda Accord to Tesla, traded it in, signed a bunch of papers, handed the title over, spent 30 minutes in my new Model 3 with an employee (Raji?) as he showed me the important things. In and out in just under an hour.

Worst dealership I’ve ever went to in my whole life! Door handles keeps getting damaged due to their cheap parts. Went to the dealer to get a new part which was 4x more than what I paid for 5 months ago, asked them what’s the reason for the price change and they had no idea, asked to speak to the manager and they said I can’t. Told them it was not fair and he replied saying “either you buy it or you don’t”. Never ever going to that dealer again! And I don’t suggest anyone going there for any reason, worst customer service ever!

OMG, what a horrible experience at this location. They may as well just shut down this location. I just placed an order. I forgot to use my referral link. I realized right after placing the order. I have messaged them through the website twice and left a voice mail once. I never get a reply. Now I get a reply and it is, To bad. You will have to cancel your order and lose your $100 to get the referral I was told, You shouldnt even worry about it because it is only worth $45. So, Telsa, this is irritating. Called to schedule a test drive and the guy was not helpful. Asked me when I was planning on purchasing a car, i told him within a year. He then told me that I cannot test drive a car and I would have to come back when its closer to time I am ready to purchase a car. I asked him why that would make a difference, that im not sure when I’d like to purchase a car, I want to test drive a Tesla to see how they drive. I pulled into the service garage for my model 3 annual check up and was immediately greeted by a service representative. He showed me to the next room, another garage bay Tesla turned into a waiting area with the usual accommodations - coffee, water, free wifi, couches, etc. After 10 minutes of waiting, I met with the same service representative to discuss all the work to be done on my model 3. He explained it would require the entire day to complete and that they can text me when the car is ready. He asked if I needed a loaner for the day, I replied yes and within another 10 minutes I was out the door. The process was streamlined and painless. I would highly recommend this location and the staff to take care of you and your Tesla!

Talk about an experience! Drove 3 hours to trade in my dream car for a Tesla Model S. Requested more than the 4 photos they sent me! Never sent me then. When I went to go get the car, I was so excited I thought it shouldnt bother me buying a used certified Tesla from Tesla! The car wasnt detailed. It was SO dirty. Inside was fine everything worked well drives perfect and has everything I want. The big issue? THE PAINT JOB WAS AWFUL. Scratches all over the car. Someone used a paint pen to fix the paint and just scratch marks all over. Wonder why they didnt clean the car and send more photos. Not only that, I forgot my sunglasses (no big deal), call in same day. Was told theyll be sent to me! Weeks go by. Ive called in twice. Told theyll be sent to me. THEY LOST THEM. Wont even do anything about my things they have on their recorded line to do for me. This place is ridiculous.

AWESOME experience with Martin from service. Had a minor scratch on my Model 3 when I took delivery. When I dropped off my car to get fixed about a month later, I had a loaner waiting for me. The car is amazing. The technology is a glimpse of what to expect from other car companies. Tesla Service Center near Downers Grove is a little more spacious than the locations downtown. Service employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Ive only had small issues that were covered under warranty and the process of getting a loaner car and my car fixed was much easier than dealing with BMW. I Love Tesla and Im happy to be part of the family. If you havent driven one, you must.

Worst car buying experience of my life. Zero customer service. We arrived at 10:30 for an 11:00am appointment. They said the car won’t be ready until 2pm...what’s the point of an appointment? We drove 6 hrs with a 5 yr old and 3 yr old. They said over the phone we would be in and out in 30 min. We asked if we could do paperwork as we waited...2 hrs later we still haven’t done paperwork. No one on the sales floor cares that we’ve been waiting or that we have a long drive home with kiddos. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, regardless of industry. I want to leave and go home without the car...this is ridiculous

Completely horrible experience! I was at the dealership for over 4 hours to just put on winter tires that I had ordered 2 months prior. The service quality was terrible. Someone who worked there would help us then would leave and not come back! Finally there was one helpful lady who was very clearly overwhelmed because everyone elses work was being dumped on her! In the end she was extremely apologetic, helpful, and kind.

We had our appointment to pick up our newly ordered Tesla model 3 which we were paying $50k it was scheduled at 4:30 Saturday. We drove 150 miles to pick up our new car. We got there and the car wasnt charged or ready to go. The car was actually muddy. We were there at the same time as neighbors of ours who came to pickup their model x which was found to have a broken trunk latch. We left with our Tesla with very little dealer prep or product demo. It is a beautiful car that we love, but Tesla does a very poor job at delivery. In addition, Tesla is very poor at customer communication. We never received any updates on our order during the process and also found their website very poor.
