They might have slightly higher pricing but the quality of the vehicles is definitely at a different level than some dealerships that i have visited. Made an inquiry to Gary over the phone as I was shopping from out of state. Got the pressure from the sales associate but that was already expected, fine. What I didn’t expect was for Gary to ask about the other car I was looking into and he went to do his homework and pointed out good reasons why not to buy from competition, which I went and looked myself and he was right. Everything went smooth except the transportation, wish they had more transportation companies since theirs was delayed and I had to call other transportation companies to pick up my car. At the end Gary got me a full tank of gas oh and he kept in to his throughout the process.

I notified them that I was interested in the car, and we proceeded from there.The sales manager, Alan was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and getting my financing going as we reviewed all of the details. I was approved for the financing, but I live in Charlotte, NC, so I had to travel there to get the car.That turned out to be the best part. When I arrived at Ultimo, Alan introduced me to Alex, and we took the car for a test drive. Ted, was really great a true professional. I came in to trade my 2012 X3 for one a year newer, very smooth process they worked with me, I was in and out in about an hour or so. Dealer’s rep Gary reached out a day after I contacted Ultimo. He was helpful at the beginning but as we started working on a deal, Gary had to rely on his vey inflexible management to make things happen and the faceless “management” refused to provide any concessions to finalize our deal after I spend hours with due diligence. At the end, it ended up with Gary pushing me to finance the car via them to receive free open transport (I wanted enclosed and was willing to split the cost 50-50 and preferred not to finance the car). Overall, this was quite a negative experience and I would caution the folks, in those 12 countries (per Ultimo’s website) buying cars from Ultimo to be aware of the lack of flexibility and poor sportsmanship of this so called tier-1 collector car establishment. As an experience buyer and collector, Ultimo let me down in a big way.

Would not recommend ever purchasing a car from them. They do not answer your calls and transfer you around from person to person. I purchased a vehicle 7 months ago and have yet to receive my title for the car. Also sold a car with zero tread on the wheels in which I had to replace within 2,000 miles of owning the car. Very unprofessional.

Had a really nice buying experience with Ultimo. Just closed out on a great new ride - reasonable, rational, fair treatment from first visit to drive-away. My salesperson Alex T was awesome, great communication throughout, treated me with respect at every turn, no BS, no pressure. They accommodated my choice of shop for a PPI even though it was a bit out of the way and it meant a couple day delay, and portered the car there and back for me. On delivery day, Nick the F&I guy was great too - no nonsense, practical and friendly. In the end I felt I got a super car and walked away feeling great about the whole deal. I would definitely recommend based on my experience!

I recently bought a car with Gary and Tasho. They were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The price on the car was fair and they were able to price match an offer for my trade that I received from another dealer. They also matched a lower interest rate that I received from Bank of America. We agreed on all of the terms before I came in via email and I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Nick made the financing process a breeze.When I came to pick up my car it was late and they didnt have time to have it detailed. Nonetheless, we were able to make a deal that I would be able to have the car detailed at their Northbrook location, which is closer to my house/work. Gary and Tasho were true to their word and remained very responsive even after I bought their car. They reached out to their colleague Alan at the Northbrook location and arranged for my car to get detailed there. In a couple of years when its time to get a new car for my wife, Ultimo Motors will definitely be our first stop. Highly recommend.

Unreliable sales tactics and some really bad customer service!!!! Please stay away from this place, when buying a high-end car!!! I negotiated and ordered my Mercedes Benz with this company online and out of state, because it was a unique model-color combination. I understand that when buying a used car that it comes as-is, which of course includes normal wear and tear, small scratches, nicks, etc.. As the transaction was out of state and on-line, I asked specifically in what state the car was in and was informed that there was no major damage and that this car was really complete. Well, after it appeared on my doorstep, it had a big dent and a scratch, that was very poorly repaired and hidden in the shadows of the pictures that were shared with me during the sales process. In addition, the car was completely dirty when it arrived, only had one key fob, missing floor mats, missing cargo cover and although I was promised that all fees were included in the transaction, I ended up paying an additional thousand dollars. When I confronted both the salesman (Aleks) as well as the manager (Allen [be extra cautious, when he starts calling you friend]), they basically told me that I just had to accept everything as is. Not accepting the car was of course an option for me, but that wouldve costed me another thousand dollars, which they wouldve deducted from my down payment. All in all, a horrible experience that I wish nobody else has to experience with this dealer that doesnt believe in customer service.

I attempted to make a reservation to test drive the Alpina 6 BMW and I was told by Alex that I could schedule an appointment to test drive the vehicle.I schedule an appointment and I drove from Hammond Indiana to Westmont Illinois. When I arrived Alex was not available and the car was not pulled out to test drive. I was told by another salesmen that I would have make a commitment in order to drive it. A big waste of time and gas. The other salesperson was nice nasty. This was the car I wanted to purchase on Friday. However I will go find me another place to get good customer service. This is not a friendly place to shop.

Bought a 2007 BMW M6 from these guys 3 years ago. I live in Idaho and took the online photos and their word that the car was tip top, buying it site unseen. The odometer read 42,400, and I paid a premium for low milage. I also paid to have it shipped from Illinois to Idaho. The car arrived with a check Engine light, rear tires so bald, the steal braiding was showing, a paint job that was cracking everywhere and a warped leather dash that looked nothing like the photos. These were only the visual issue. Within three month the Transmission, rear differential and clutch all had to be replace, the dealership said the clutch looked as though it had more like 75,000 miles on it. The car also had to have all of the MAF and Nox sensors replaced before it would pass emissions in order to get it registered for plates. These people do not have your best interest in mind and will screw you with a smile, do NOT do business with them and buy from someone else, I cant stress that enough!!

I don’t usually like the car buying process but Nick at Ultimo made it easy and painless. The guys I spoke to really knew there stuff in details regarding the car I bought. We semi negotiated the deal on the phone and the paperwork was ready when I came in so I was in and out in about 30 minutes. There was no “Let me go talk to my manager” which is a line that stigmatizes the auto industry and will make me walk out of a dealership. The place was neat and clean and they seemed to have the cream of the crop with high end used cars. I would buy there again and recommend them as well.

STAY AWAY! I was looking into purchasing a car that I saw online, (I’m out of state) they ran my credit twice, looking for the best rate ...got approved (through them) Agreed on price, I had to fly in check out the car and take it. After running my credit and agreeing to fly in on the weekend they then told me I had to leave a non-refundable deposit, for a car I didn’t drive or see in person yet. Oliver Kapelski (salesman) kept telling me it was management, and if I wanted to “seal the deal, and not have the car sold out from under me” I had to put a 3500.00 deposit. That’s no way to do business. Shady Shady Shady!!!!

I would say the knowledge of the car wasn’t as deep as I would have liked but there are so many different cars I understand that is almost impossible under those circumstances. Otherwise,everything was fine and I love the Tesla S I purchased through Aleks.

We did facetime, he sent high quality pictures, and did everything possible to help me see the condition of the car prior to purchasing. The shipping was quick. Communication was great throughout. I have nothing but positive feedback on my purchase at Ultimo. My experience was For an out of state trade with Oliver in sales and Alan in finance and both were great to deal with throughout the entire process. Biggest thing to note is the level of communication. There wasn’t one time that they didn’t pick up the phone. The process was seamless from agreeing on price, setting up transport, coordination with my lender to delivery. My experience at Ultimo was great! Aleks couldn’t have have been better. I drove from Kansas City and completed a trade of my Panamera for a Cayenne in about two hours. The car was exactly as Aleks said it would be and the experience was totally smooth. If, given the opportunity, I’ll do business with Ultimo again.

I came into Ultimo Westmont looking for a new vehicle because my car was totaled a few months ago. I was assisted by the sales rep Oliver K, who came off as a polite young man who was very eager in helping me find my next car. He listened to what I had to say and did not try to sell me on another car very straight forward, charismatic, genuine guy who made my car buying experience much better than I though it ever could go. I appreciated the time, dedication, and effort that this Oliver exhibited with me. He made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. I do have children who need a car in the upcoming years, and I know I will not go to anyone but Oliver. He made the experience enchanting to me, I even forgot that I spent a good chunk of money at this dealership. Truly a pleasure to have for the company!

I would like to take the time to give a shout out to the team at UltimoMotorsports, on the recent purchase of my Audi S6. From the very beginning, Alan Amjad was very responsive, and he excelled at communicating with me throughout the entire process. From the minute you walk in, you are treated with courtesy, and quite frankly, this was the smoothest car buying experience to date.The car itself was in excellent condition as described online, and once I drove it it was pretty much a done deal. I made the trip down from Michigan to purchase a Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG. Love the car, very nice dealership, and Nick was awesome to work with, he was able to answer any question I had and help make the transaction smooth. I had a great experience w/ Aleks Tsatsa at Ultimo in Westmont. I’ve dealt with quite a few pushy, shady cars salesmen in my lifetime but Aleks understood I was interested in one specific car and had my own terms. He was low-pressure and not pushy at all. He hustled to get me in my dream car on my lunch break! Will definitely be returning for our next car!

The team at Ultimo made my for an excellent buying experience. Im an East Coast resident and Ultimo had the perfect car, color, mileage etc so I a made the inquiry and quickly heard back from Sam. He took videos for me, walked me through the process of buying and shipping. Because of Covid, flights were cheap so I decided to seal the deal in person. Sam arranged for a complimentary Uber from the airport. I was able to look, feel and drive the car I knew I wanted. I signed the paperwork and the rest is history! They detailed the car and handled all aspects of the shipping. A very clean, professional dealership.

Just bought my 2013 Nissan 370z and couldn’t be more happy the car is perfect and was kept clean and well maintained I would definitely recommend this dealership.
