I had a very poor experience. I tried for days and days to get a quote on my trade in so I could make a purchasing decision on a high end vehicle. After 3 days and 15+ emails I still couldnt get a quote and the vehicle was sold to someone else. Buy from someone else.***RESPONSE To DealerTo be very clear, I provided you with a VIN number very first thing and NEVER tired to skirt any issues. I was upfront in every aspect. When you claimed the vehicle being manufactured in Canada voided the warrant I went to the local Lincoln dealership to get receipts for work done under warranty, at the request of your company. I spoke to Lincoln corporate who confirmed regardless of where a vehicle was manufactured or sold the Lincoln warranty was still attached to it, and I also confirmed this with the dealer who sold me the vehicle. I provided your team with all this correspondence. I begged your team to take 5 minutes to talk to Ford/Lincoln corporate to get confirmation (as I had, and confirmed in the email I forwarded you from them) that the warranty was valid. When it became obvious your team was not going to do any of these things I asked for a trade in quote without a warranty, or with me paying for an extended warranty out of pocket. I couldnt get either of these quotes either. TO BE VERY CLEAR, you coming here and trying to push blame on me is completely representative of the type of dealership you are. This is an absurd response to very legitimate feedback.

I always get great service from Ogden Lincoln but the actual dealership is very disappointing. They have said for the past 4 years that the dealership will be remodeled. Nothing has happened. the customers and the auto technicians all share the same bathroom which is located in the dark auto repair area. Crowded small area for customers to wait - no place to put your laptop to work while waiting. You feel like you need a shower when you leave the showroom. Wake up, Ogden Lincoln - you are way behind in making the customer experience truly pleasant.

My brother called the dealership wanting to trade my sister car. The deal was, i wasnt going to angry about the price of there 600LT ($227k) if they would payoff my sister fusion $31.5k. Was told yes. So we go through financing. They pulled credit. Then i was told 2 days later that they were pulling out of the deal. Honestly is not at this dealership.

Just bought my second vehicle from Ogden Lincoln, and I couldn’t be happier. From the sales department to the finance office the customer service was top notch. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family. If you want an amazing deal and experience look no further.

The team after being completely unresponsive and unhelpful tried to blame their incompetence on (me) the buyer after being unable to provide me with a trade in quote for 3-4 days.They did provide a trade in offer for my other vehicle, the offer price was $50,000. KBB minimum trade in value was listed at $58k - $62k. I received two subsequent offers of $57,000 and $57,500 for the vehicle. The dealership is the worst to sell cars to, the worst to buy from and the worst service (not vehicle service, but interaction with staff) of any around. Avoid this one at all costs.REPLY TO DEALERTo be clear, i reached out at 7 pm one night, and the next day less than 24 hours later after learning more about the vehicle I asked if I could get a quote on my Navigator. I then followed up the next day, twice and immediately provided the Vin. Marc Lozzo messaged me at 12:20 saying he thought we could do something, by 12:23 I had responded here is the Vin XXXXX, its in great shape. Over 55 hours later when I had still not received a quote despite everything I have outlined above I was notified the car was sold to someone else. No need to try to spin this. We were literally on the 3rd day of me waiting for a quote after doing all the things above . Youre literally the absolute worst. The fact you would respond to a negative review once again trying to blame the customer.... DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE, THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTH.

We purchased our 2016 Lincoln MKX at Ogden Lincoln. All maintenance is performed there. We have been very satisfied with the team from the point of drop off to completion of the work. Recently, I needed to have a tire checked due to a slow leak and was able to get an appointment within two days. The tire was fixed, my car was washed and I was on my way in less than an hour. This is the experience weve had consistently.

I love the convenience of the pick up and drop off services! Ron was also great with communicating with me so I always knew the status of my vehicle and when to except it to be returned!

Absolute joke of a dealership. After inquiring about a luxury vehicle, I was passed on to multiple sales people, each time, the process was reset. 4 days of working with their finance company with the continued response of “we don’t have an answer yet”. Very minimal communication or status updates to the point, I had to reach out on multiple occasions to ask for an update. To top it off, after 4 days of getting the run around, I was told that the owner didn’t want to sell the car any longer. Buyer beware!

I have the Ford X-plan and the dealership would not even consider selling a car through the x-plan to me. Also the general appearance is the place seems run down. Broken window with tape. Not very friendly service. Cant recommend this dealership

Leased a 2020 Nautilus and the entire staff was great! Marc Iozzo was the person I worked with and he got me into the vehicle I wanted for a great amount. Matt, Helen, and Zach were very helpful with paperwork and learning about the vehicle. Kids love the vehicle and I love the ventilated seats!

One service writer was entirely too pushy and talked down to me, which seemed to be because I am a woman. I will refuse to work with the service writer again. There was also an issue with billing, that the GMs assistant had to get involved with because everyone had left for the day. I am still waiting for the email of explanation on why something wasnt previously taken care of, that I was promised a week ago.

Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing I can say is when work was finished and received my car they left the glass dirty from work they were doing.

I have had indirect experience dealings with Ogden Lincoln back in 04 with the purchase of a at that time Mercury Marauder and again in 07 with the purchase of a Town Car but at the time that was facilitated by a dear friend of my familys at a Ford dealership. Even with that being the case back then a salesman from Ogden still reached out to me to be sure I was happy with both of my purchases. Fast forward to a week ago Saturday as I passed a Lincoln dealership closer to my area, I made the mistake of going in to Rizza Lincoln. The salesman showed me a similar vehicle to the one I was interested in and gave me a price. I got down to the GM of the store and just that quick the price jumped up by $96.00 a month! I come to find that Ogden had exactly what I wanted so Monday afternoon I drove there walked in and asked for the GM. His name is Matt btw, I told him what I was looking for and asked if he could put the deal together as I already knew exactly where I should be money wise with the term. Two minutes later he said here are the numbers. He was spot on, I was so happy to do the deal with a straight shooter! The salesman Bob was terrific with getting everything together and the gentleman by the name of Zach in finance was great! If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would strongly recommend you go see Matt and the crew at Ogden as they are as good as it gets. Not to mention my new Aviator is like driving in a cloud, just amazing!

The Ogden team is always polite and accommodating. They do good work, and take the time to explain it. My vehicles most recent service turned out to be more challenging than otherwise ideal, requiring three different trips to Ogden. That, plus the fact that the vehicle could have been cleaner upon final pickup, is the main reason for the less than five star review.

Ogden Lincoln of Westmont was easy to find. I dealt with Ted K, very nice and attentive person, and was not pushy. He negotiated well and was able to get a price very reasonable for my family. If your looking for a good used car, or new ask for Ted K. The financing manager Matt had all the paperwork ready and made signing very easy. Great friendly staff. I recommend them, they are an old school mentality dealership to me.

Upon arrival for my appointment for an oil change and tune up, I asked the lady who greeted me, “What procedures are done and the price for a tune-up”? She responded that she would have to ask her manager about my question. Meanwhile, a smug individual who was next to the lady stated that a tune-up was $250-300. I asked what was involved and he stated that a spark plug change was all you get for that price, whatever the price is. Not pleased with the new personnel in the service bay. Went in for a recall was told it would be less than an hour that we could wait it was an hour and 20 minutes. We brought a cabin filter with us and ask them to install we had the glove compartment down only needed to take out two screws and replace the filter and they wanted to charge us $45 labor. Very disappointed it was our first time there first service

I came here to get my car serviced for a recall. All the staff were nice and professional. I was in and out in a timely manner. Only looses one star because the facility was kind of dirty and not laid out very nice, at least for a luxury car dealership. It was under construction so hopefully when its all finished itll be much nicer.

I purchased a $71,000.00 Audi R8 From this dealership.The car was shipped to us with odometer discrepancy and in operable AC when it’s 98 degrees outside here in Cincinnati.I tried to reach the salesperson but no luck!!!Buyers be aware !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience at Ogden Lincoln. They have a large inventory of new Lincolns to choose from, so I had no problem finding the model I wanted in the exact color with the exact options I wanted. Salesman was Ted Korda whose knowledge of the Lincoln product is best described as unrivaled. Everything went smoothly, from vehicle selection, to test drives, through delivery. They treat you well and value you as a customer. I couldnt be happier with the people, the process, the deal, or the vehicle itself.

From beginning to end I had a wonderful experience at Ogden Lincoln. Ted and Bob both helped me, and were great in their own way. Bob gave fantastic advise and made sure I was understanding what and how I was purchasing. Took $500 deposit that they verbally and in writing said was refundable if we decided against vehicle.Instead refused to take no for answer on vehicle with numerous deffects and looked like it had been in several accidents, needing lots of work. Refused refund numerous times and hung up on me when attempting to get it the 5th time.Poor excuse for business entity in Westmont. A place like this wont last for long! Buyers Beware!!!!
