This is my 3rd pair of glasses from Visionworks. I have had good experiences until now. I have had my glasses back at least 3 times for adjustments and on the third trip stress cracks were generated in my lenses. I was speaking with Amy and she assured me she would get new lenses ordered and personally call me when they came in and deliver them herself to a closer location. I hadn’t heard anything for 2 weeks, called back and was told by Amy she would look into it and call me the next day. I never received a call back. A day later I received a confirmation email stating my order was being processed which means they were not ordered when I initially called. I eventually got any email saying they we waiting for pick up. I called the Brandywine store to speak to Amy however she was once again not available. I spoke to another employee (should have written the name down) and he told me he would let Amy know to bring them down to the closer location and would have her call me. Again no phone call was made. Here we are a week later and I am driving out of my way to pick them up. Hopefully this time the glasses are correct and I can be done with Visionworks!
Awesome. The best place to go. The general manager Amy helped me out. I am picky and there was a great selection. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best glasses. They came in super fast and are perfect.
Tonya was very helpful, and patient. she helped me to pick out glasses that suited my facial frame. I was thrilled with the 2 pair for $59 special that is going on. quality glasses for a great price. there was a great selection of frames to choose from. I went in to get my glasses tightened. And just something as simple as that was a great experience! Everyone was extremely helpful and had a decent conversation during the process. Oh and did I mention that the tightening of my glasses was done to perfection and completely FREE...even though I didn’t purchase my frames from there. The Manager even threw in a case w/ cleaning cloth. I’m going back next week to get an additional pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend you pay them a visit! I was in twice: once to select/order glasses, & once to pick them up. Both times, the clerks were exceptionally kind, friendly & professional. Good selection of glasses as well. A+
I went to the KOP mall store, they did not help me out at all, or help me find glasses my size or look things up from past orders etc. Horrible. I went to this store in Delaware where I have also been before. They were happy, and very helpful and took an interest in my needs and satisfaction. When you go to get glasses, you want another opinion, some advice etc. If you want the full quality customer service experience, then this is your store!
The people at the store are so pleasant every time I walk in and need assistance. They’re very professional they make it easy to do business with them and they know what they’re doing. Was there to get my prescription put in a couple pair of frames I already had, Jahmier treated me with the most pleasant customer service Ive seen and had in years, he was definitely helpful, patient and knew exactly what he was doing. Im in Philly but from now on this will be the location I go too for my eyewear needs. 5 star service.

I had a great experience with Jameer at Vision Works, Brandywine DE. My daughters prescription had changed in less than a year due to her growth. However, Jameer was kind enough to still provide her a new pair of glasses for the same price as it was not covered by our Insurance. Good luck to Jameer and Brandywine VisionWorks.
I was originally going to Sears Optical but a friend told me about Visionworks. The sales associate Jahmier was really good. He told me what my benefits cover, helped me choose frames, and lenses. He never lost patience with me and I am extremely picky.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ive never shopped here and after my experience interviewing, submitting a drug screen and back round check just to get my job offer as manager rescinded on my first day while working I never will. Apparently corporate didnt like the fact I was an African American Woman with Natural curly long hair. I was literally too black and a female...these are words from a managers mouth.. They are racist, sexist, and out right misogynous...in 2017 there is no room for that. They will never receive any positive comments nor support from me and Id suggest others boycott them as well.

Rude Employee, Pathetic service.....I went to Brandywine store on Sat Jan 27 around 10:30am to get new frames glasses. I interacted with Manager Jeff and his assistants to pick correct type of frame and glasses. Provided them with my insurance information. After waiting there for half an hour, Jeff informed me that the insurance office wont open for another half an hour and he needs their authorization before proceeding. He suggested I come back later or tomorrow. He said when I come back, only thing remaining will be measurements as he will have everything else (from insurance) ready.I went again on Sunday Jan 28 at 11:15am, just after the store opened. Jeff wasnt in store. Told the lady at front that about my discussion with Jeff yesterday. I inquired about a darker color frame than the one that I had to chose yesterday. Jeffs assistant could not find that color yesterday. She looked in the brand section for 20-30 seconds, and brought the exact frame that I was looking for. She looked into my paperwork and asked another employee, Jamier, to assist me. She went on to assist another customer.This is where my experience started getting from bad to worse to pathetic. The very first thing Jamier told me was the insurance offices are closed on weekends and he cant proceed. Yesterday Jeff, Jamiers manager, assured me the that once the insurance office opens in half an hour, he will have all information ready. Jamier acknowledged knowing this as he was around when Jeff was talking to me. After I insisted, he called my insurance, and after few minutes, got a message that the insurance office was closed today (sunday). I reminded Jamier that office being closed today is not an issue as it was open yesterday (saturday) and why they dont have the authorization yet, contrary to Jeffs assurance. I told him that his statement about insurance offices being closed on weekends is contradicting what his manager told me yesterday.Jamier was dismissive and refused to listen to my argument. I even made him listen to the voice mail Jeff left on my phone yesterday. I was explaining him politely the sequence of events from yesterday, some of which he had witnessed. All of a sudden, without saying anything to me, he got up towards another customer who just walked in. That was very rude as I was still talking to him. I was highlighting his mis-statement and he was trying to get out of the situation by ignoring me. I walked towards him, apologized to the new customer, and told Jamier that he cannot just get up in a middle of a conversation with a customer, and go to another customer who just came and not even asking for help. He rudely said, Yes, I can do that. After insisting that he has to finish conversation with me first, he kept refusing and asked me to wait. Out of respect to the new customer I waited patiently. Jamier finished assisting that customer. Then went to another table, pretending to do something. It was clear that he wanted me to keep waiting as long as possible.It was unbelievable. Finally when he came back to me, I told him that it was rude for him to leave a customer in the middle of a conversation, dismiss their requests and above all lie to them about insurance office being closed yesterday. Once he saw that he was not getting off easy, he said I am being rude and he doesnt like tone of my voice. I told him that he doesnt like tone of my voice because he was caught lying and I will make sure that VisionWorks management is made aware of this rude behavior and disciplines him. He kept dismissing me. When I was walking out, I could see him whisper expletives under his breath and wryly smiling.Although Jeff (store manager) and the lady who first talked to me on Sunday were courteous and helpful, most of other staff is pathetic. Especially Jamier, who needs a lesson in customer service. Needless to say I walked out of the store without completing the transaction.

Terrible service except for Courtney. Her help on the phone compelled me to go to the store, but the rest of the staffs lack of assistance made me leave. No one offered any assistance or explained the current promotions.
