After waiting for 3 weeks for this appointment I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment. After questioning my further waiting time they said it would be another 15 minutes. I walked out and canceled my appointment. The waiting room was over filled. There is no excuse big enough to have such long wait times.

The staff was so polite and helpful during my first experience here. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and I even received help picking frames from one of the employees. The entire facility was so clean and employees were constantly cleaning down equipment and chairs and used glasses.

Dr. Joblanski gave me a thorough evaluation to correct my vision for distance, computer, and reading distances. His manner is courteous and caring. Eyeglass specialist was also very competent and attentive to my needs.

Super friendly staff. It was easy to make an appointment and be seen soon. Their COVID protection protocols were awesome and adhered to. The Dr was fantastic, took time to understand my issues and concerns. She did a great analysis and provided me with trial contacts. My corrected vision is better than its been in years! My glasses are great!

They made my four year old wear a mask, and claimed that my wife could not get an eye exam if he did not wear a mask. This was after he had already been in the waiting room for a while without one. They claimed it was due to CDC guidance but there is no CDC guidance that requires 4-year-olds to wear masks at an optometrist office. I am not an anti-masker or a covid-denier, but this was just due to hygiene theater and an inability to think critically (or even just read the CDC guidance).

Had a wonderful experience here! I always had Kaiser my whole life so switching eye doctors was hard for me. Got VSP insurance and was told they accept my insurance. From making my appointment online to filling out the paper work ahead of time online was so easy. The check in process made me feel very safe. They check your temperature and make you apply sanitizer and wipe your phone. Which is great! The technician who assisted me was very polite along with the doctor and optician! I felt they are very detail oriented here and it seems they had long time patients coming back. I saw nothing but smiles behind everyone’s masks. Thank you all!

I’ve been coming here since I was maybe 13 I have always been treated well here they were very helpful and kind after finding something wrong with my eyes back in 2017 I cheated on them back during the beginning of the pandemic never again this office has a great staff and all of the doctors are great 10/10 recommend great customer customer service

I LOVE Lake Ridge Vision Source! Everyone was so nice, and professional. Dr. Lim is awesome! She is friendly and very attentive to whatever questions or needs you may have.She even made me laugh when she was testing my peripheral vision by holding up various numbers of fingers on the edge of my peripheral vision, and I had to say how many fingers she had up, and I moved my eyes to look directly at her fingers, and she said, you cheated! I never had so much fun at an Optometry appointment before! :)The fellow who fitted me for glasses (sadly, didnt catch his name) was very helpful and professional. He even did a test to locate the precise point on my lenses that the bifocal lense would be located. I never had anyone do that before! I had a ton of questions for him, and he answered them all clearly. He was also very warm, talking to me about my singing (I told him I needed non-reflective lenses because I do alot of virtual singing and have to video record myself using a bright light that reflects off my lenses and looks terrible).Also! The selection of frames is incredible! I had so many favorites, it was difficult to make a choice!This was the most professional vision establishment I have ever been to!

I had not had my eyes checked in about 3 years. I had 2 bad experiences in the last few years and with a diagnosis of the beginning of cataracts I thought Id wait to see if I needed surgery or just new glasses. Im so happy to say I just needed new glasses. Dr. Conness and her staff have been so helpful when I have questions about anything. Glad I finally found a reputable vision service.

They tried to fool me by handing met designer glasses in a vision source case. When I mentioned it they realized the jig is up but had to order the case telling me they had a problem with their employees stealing the designer cases. Then my prescription was literally backwards, then I still couldnt see out of the progressive lense and they told me Id have to hold my head all the way back basically facing the ceiling to read my computer screen. They never got my prescription right and spent months going back and forth. Horrible horrible experience.

Lake Ridge Vision is always the best. I only make an appointment once every two years but they are always thorough and have the best staff and technology!

Wow! I have had a difficult time getting the proper multi-focal contact lens prescription. Either my distance vision gets corrected and looking at my phone is blurry or vice versa. Nobody could get my prescription correct...until now. Thanks to the fine folks at Lake Ridge Vision Source, I was fitted with a great combination in both eyes that addresses both distance vision and looking closely at my cell phone. Finally, after more than two years of struggling I am able to wear contacts that address both issues.

Very clean and polite. They give you instructions during your phone call for your appointment and include them within your confirmation email. They sanitizer each pair of glasses you try on before putting them back and check your temperature before entering.

I have been having issues with my contacts. The staff have been incredibly helpful and expedient in their response time. Whenever you call, you will speak to a person and not a machine! Emails are sent when there are cancellations so if my schedule permits I can come in. Lake Ridge Vision Source puts their patients first !

I had always wanted to try this eye care practice. I finally tried it and was impressed. The place is great. Clean and the opthamologist was so happy and informative. I had my exam and he got me a new prescription. I only gave 4 stars for inconvenience. I had to get the lens put in during the weekdays. I work 8-4 Mon-Fri so it took about 4 weeks to get a day off. I think Saturdays should provide full services also. Other then that the people are wonderful and you couldnt ask for a better place to get your eye care needs done.

As always with LRVS, my experience was great. I was really pleased with their added COVID-19 protocols.I worked with Dr. Lim today. Shes their newest addition and a recent graduate but she was great! She paid attention to detail and looked into all concerns about my eyes. She was thorough and knowledgeable in her craft. She was welcoming and made sure I kept comfortable and heard. I will happily accept her as my primary.I went there with the idea that Id get my exam then take my prescription elsewhere (because I can be quite cheap at times) but their glasses selection was great and all designer. With my VSP insurance, I was able to get awesome designer glasses with blue shield and Coated lenses for what felt like a steal!I love LRVS and I am sure you will too!

Terrible experience! I called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very RUDE! I kept telling her things and she was not listening to me and treated me very poorly minimizing me.

I started coming her over a year ago decided to stay. I truly enjoy the professionalism of all the staff. They took sanitizing and exercised great caution during the Covid Pandemic which was a huge plus for me. I love the selection of frames although they sell some high end frames a special or sale would be nice. The staff is very thorough and friendly.
