It took me two days to decide on the right frames, and on the first night, Kristina even stayed past store hours to continue assisting me. Since I live in another town, Kristina took the initiative to have my purchase sent to a store near me. I am more than impressed with my experience!
The team at this LC is amazing. The post office said my package was delivered but when I called in, they couldn’t find the package. Needed to have my badly bent glasses fixed. Wasn’t sure if they would do it since I didn’t purchase them at LensCrafters, but they happily did. Paul D. and his colleagues were awesome. I’ve been wearing glasses for 30 years and no one has made so many precise adjustments to made sure they were just right. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and it was a free service, too! Highly recommend and they definitely earned my patronage back for my next pair.

Excellent, friendly customer service!Once you purchase your glasses, any adjustments to the frames will be done free of charge for the life of the pair. If you loose your glasses, they have your prescription on file and can make a new pair on the spot.

Wow where can I start? First store is very clean, I am always greeted with a friendly smile as I enter the store, very good customer service.Now to the second part and the reason for this compliment that I’m sending. A little over a month ago I purchased two pair of glasses, costing close to $1000 after insurance (pair of Oakley and Versace). Unfortunately I lost my Versace’s on 495 riding my motorcycle (they fell out of my pocket) and never could find them so I couldn’t use the insurance that I purchased with them (yeah right cars just have a field day running over them), so I chalked that up to a loss, then I had my Oakley’s left has very happy with them until my face started breaking out from an allergic reaction to the metal in them (what a bummer) two pairs of glasses cost close yo $1000 and I can’t wear or don’t have any more. This is where Superman Josh the manager came in to save the day, knowing that it was pass my time limit for exchange Josh knew that my situation was in need of some Superman help…. so he exchanged my Oakleys on an emergency basses with a pair that fits the need and looks that I like. Well done to a good manager.I want to thank Devinder for the wonderful help she gave me when I came to exchange my glasses, she seems to be a wonderful asset to the company along with Paul (The Pen Guru), Kristina (wearing the glasses I wish I could) and Milka, this is a well together team the you all have at this location.Thanks again for everything.Corey J. Could not have been happier with our experience. We live 2 1/2 hours away from this Lenscrafters. We came in, picked out the frame my son wanted, and in less than a hour his glasses were ready for pickup. That was a huge help for us. And we didnt even have to ask for any kind of special treatment. We just browsed in other stores while we waited. And I was very pleased with the cleanliness and disinfecting I saw.
Alexis and Ashley were extremely pleasant and explained the complete process for my appointment. It was first time visiting this practice and I am a satisfied customer...this will be my eye care office of choice going forward. Thanks for the professionalism of the staff and the doctor!
I make a call before I went there and they said they will fix my frame glasses but when I show up they said they can not fix it ND they are trying to sell me another frame. They not even try to look at it👎

We went in on a busy Saturday and Paul took excellent care of both of us in a calm and timely manner. We had a complex order to put together and though the store was busy and they were short a few employees he stayed calm, focused, and helped us get just what we needed. The lenses made for our glasses are of high quality and clearest we have ever experienced in a decade of wearing glasses.
This was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We walked into the store with the intention of purchasing a new frame. Almost immediately, we were approached by Josh Abrams, who very rudely stated there was a 10 frame limit due to COVID. It was evident that although the store was completely empty, Josh had no interest in helping us. After looking at some frames trying to stay within our 10 frame limit, we approached Zaina H. with some questions.Unfortunately, our experience didn’t get any better. Zaina had no interest in answering our questions about the three frames we had selected and would not recommend any additional frames based on our interest. Instead she suggested we take a look at the website because she didn’t want to look at the stores inventory.I will be contacting corporate to report this instance as I too work in customer service and understand this is not an acceptable experience for anyone walking in to any business.We had a different family member call the store a couple days later to ask if there was a policy pertaining the number of frames one could try on due to COVID. Josh picked up the phone and stated that there was absolutely no limit.It’s definitely disappointing for someone in a Store Market Manager role to be setting such an example for fellow employees and represent the brand in such a way. Josh and Zaina H. clearly treated us differently from the minute we walked in, as they made it clear that we were not welcome at Lens Crafters. It makes me wonder the training the employees receive or lack off, and quite frankly the example they set out for the company’s beliefs. My mom, brother and I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed in a store. We will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. I recently got new glasses and they were terribly crooked on my face. I went in and they adjusted my glasses, that werent bought there, for free. The man that helped me (I believe his name was Paul) also replaced the nose pads on the old glasses I was wearing and I didnt even ask. He was a genuinely wonderful person to deal with. The young lady (her name tag said team lead) that tried to adjust the glasses first, before the man, was also very helpful. I would be giving 5 stars if it werent for the person that I dealt with when I first walked in. She was very rude and when i told her I needed my glasses adjusted she took them from me and bent them and then tried to tell me that they werent crooked. She had no care in the world that she couldve very easily broken them by what she did. I would not want someone like that working in my establishment. All in all, excluding the woman that I first spoke to, it was a great experience.

The receptionist is the worst ever! It is clear that it is not her own business and she could care less if patients are coming or not! As a the first contact with current and future patient, you should be nice and friendly! if you do not like what you are doing - do not push clients away to other businesses - Visionworks next doors front desk are very nice to work with and are super nice! Sorry LensCrafters - the front desk for your optometry section really need some lessons on customer services.
After picking out frames, my wife and I waited over20 minutes for the customer rep to get off phone, the talking continued with no end in sight, we walked out, I guess they are so busy they dont need a $1000. +, we both were planning to buy glasses. Management needs to wake up.
The service from Jose and Milka and Jeremy/ Jared the sweet big guy. (Not sure of his name but i went to school w/ him). He gave his opinion to help me narrow down my last 2 frame picks. Milka helped answer my difficult insurance and voucher questions. Jose took the time to review pricing and lens options. But they were all so very patient and helpful. I had no clue what i was going to do bc its difficult to fit the width of my face. Lenscrafters selection made it possible for me to find a super attractive frame w/o having to go the sunglass frame route. Which was cute when i had no other option at the other place but i was ready for a conservative more low profile look this time around. I am huge on quality and customer service. Josh your team nailed it!
My family has purchased our glasses at Lenscrafters at Potomac Mills for at least 8 years. The only time we used another provider was due to insurance change. We promptly went back after switching insurance. The staff is always courteous, friendly and professional. We have never waited for more than 10 minutes to be serviced. Even when they are busy, they check in with us to let us know who is next or they get another attendant to service us. Great selection and they are good at having glasses completed in an hour unless it is specialty that has to be sent out. Anytime we come in for repair or adjustment we are seen right away.

I love this place ! The supervisor, a lady, I dont know her name but she is AMAZING. They are very cheerful and offer the best protection plan. If you are like me and always break your glasses and cant go a day without them, make sure you go to lens crafters !
This Lenscrafters appears to have improved a little over time. Customer service is better, but the prices arent. The glasses came in quickly. Less than a week.
The service is good. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and quick. Now the getting your glasses from the lab process is a different story. It is almost one month and I still have not received my glasses....
Could not have asked for a better experience! Potomac Mills Lenscrafters has an amazing staff. Jose and Jimmy were so kind and accommodating. They even stayed open 10 minutes later so that we could get my daughters glasses in the same day and not have to make a special trip. Four out of five of us wear glasses/contacts (I have been wearing glasses for 32 years) and have never had a staff that was so willing to help. I will definitely be spreading the word. Thanks again guys!

Can and agree with service. I spent about 15 mins looking at different glasses, and not one time did any acknowledge me. Not once. I spent about another 5 mins in there, then decided to just leave. I will try again, and see if I get the same results.
Douglas was the best, he helped me find something in my price range and he was super nice, and an added bonus he also has good steam punk fashion sense.
Although I like their selection of frames the lens they use are cheap and the service after sale is horrible. Also buyer beware as they are motivated not to share cost saving tactics with you.
I agree with the excellent service except for Lewis. We went in last week to buy glasses and by the time we were done the total was $1000 for two pair of glasses, after the 30% discount! He wouldnt break down the price and insisted this is what we have to get. Well we didnt as we walked out of the store and left him open mouthed and shocked!. We went in the next day and worked with Linda who gave us a better price...$350. I will not see him again but will see Linda. I understand working for comission but service comes first!
Been here several times for about 10-15 mins a visit and still haven’t been helped. They’re hardly busy but the employees don’t even acknowledge that I’m there. I’m not the only person who’s had this experience. you can sense the frustration of the other people there as well. Terrible service

Was a returning customer trying get a pair of new glasses. The guy who helped me did everything in his power not to make a sale with me . Was more concerned about his upcoming trip he was taking that he was discussing with a coworker . Didnt have the pair I wanted . The 2nd pair I wanted he said it would be 2 weeks and probably cheaper somewhere else. But I wanted the polo frames Ive found in store . So it comes to my prescription that expired two days prior which I didnt catch at first . So when I asked about eye exam he told me next door is like 100 dollars so maybe you should shop around for cheaper prices. We never discussed prices so Im guessing you was assuming. Pretty disrespectful overall so went to Americas Best next day got the first pair of raybans I wanted and another similar to the polo frames I wanted without the disrespect. Never again Lenscrafters never again ....
