This is great storage facility, I like the fact that they have access doors around the facility and you can pick the door which is close to your assigned storage unit. But above all is the staff Jordan is professional, polite, and helpful with the customers. I would recommend the facility.

The atmosphere is that of which deserves a Michelin star. The staff, though from a lower social class from my own, are some of the closest friends in my life. Id go as far as calling them, dare I say, family. Alas, my relationship with this company isnt perfect. There are many situations where I have the urge to visit my storage unit late at night either to retrieve a gold bar/priceless jewel or to admire the various treasured artifacts my daddy forcefully removed from foreign lands, but I am unable to. Unbeknownst to me, their operational hours not only reflect when my dear friends go home, but when the robot that controls access to my belongings is deactivated. Perhaps this is common practice within the industry, but I find it inconvenient. The best way to convey my feelings is to borrow a quote from one of the geniuses of our time. Its my money, and I want it now!.

Been storing here for 10 yrs and the current staff here are the best theyve had since storing here. Jordan the assistant is awesome and keeps the property looking great. Both employees are welcoming and great to visit with.

This place is the best due to the management and it’s employees are so dam friendly and helpful. Talk about clean and welcoming. I met the owners and staff throughout my move and was happy to see them each time.

Really appreciate proximity to home and reasonable pricing for climate controlled secure area.They provide carts/flatbed trolleys to move your stuff which is awesome!I didn’t know about the access code and roll up door to make it easier to get in with a loaded cart. I must’ve missed that in the paperwork. I will absolutely be using that next time I need to drop stuff off.I would certainly recommend to anyone needing some extra storage space.

I moved in about 1 year ago and was in desperate need for a storage unit. I am very particular and came across self storage plus. Truly best decision ever. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a storage unit!

Great customer experience. We use one of the inside-access units. The design of the facility is nice - they provide not only a pedestrian door to get into the storage units, but also a roll-up door that you can raise using your access code so that you can easily wheel carts in and out. Good security - access codes required at the perimeter to drive in and then again to get into the buildings. Staff has been friendly and helpful 100% of the time. Small stock of supplies available so if you are working on organizing stuff they probably have what you need (markers, boxes, tape, etc.) And, last but certainly not least, they have a bathroom you can use (this may be affected by the pandemic...).

They go out of their way to help you out. Whatever you need. Great. Very friendly staff. Location is always kept up and clean. So I would recommend this storage facility

My husband and I have been renting here for 3 or so years. We always pay late due to when we get paid. We are well aware of the late fee guidelines and dont mind paying the late fee. The late fee has been waived maybe once a year which is fine. The place is always clean, smells fresh and welcoming. The thing I love however is the employees customer service. Since we are always late, we get phone calls and text reminders asking when we can pay. When ever Ive actually answered the phone when they call, they are so respectful and never make me feel like a bad person/customer because we are late making the payment. For that fact alone this place and the employees here deserve 100 stars.

I am very happy with self storage its right around the corner from where I live and I have my motorcycle in one of there units. I can walk or drive over there and ride my bike when ever I want. I did my shopping and it was priced right and easy payment setup.

Im moving and was in a pinch for boxes. I called and asked if they sold boxes (which they do), the lady that answered was extremely nice and professional. Once I arrived Rebecca helped me pick out the best boxes for my move. Most places ive gotten boxes from just let me go willy nilly through the boxes, but Rebecca personally picked them out for me. Less work for me and I really appreciated it. Thank you!

I recently did a virtual lease. I was very skeptical as this was the first time I had done one. But the property manager made the process very easy and she was very detailed about everything. She emailed me my gate code and a map to the property. I was worried I would get lost or do something wrong, but the instructions were very clear. It was convenient for me until the rent increased by $15 monthly. Makes me wonder if this is across the board for all customers what is your profit monthly? I am intending to get out of my contract soonest.
