I worked with Rodney, we went there just for a mattress protector for our mattress until we received the mattress that we bought from Ashleys, once talking to the Rodney about the mattress that we are getting from Ashleys that it would take 12 to 15 weeks for them to have it for us. Rodney said that he could get us a mattress in just a few days. So once looking at the mattress, not only did we get a better mattress. But we got it cheaper then what Ashleys was selling the one that we had to wait on. And by the way we are receiving in just two days and they are taking the old away. Dont plan on ever utilizing the warranty. The sales contract states they are your warranty advocates, but this could not be further from the truth. After two months of waiting for the next hoop to jump through, the mattress we ordered has had its delivery date cancelled indefinitely (purchased on 1/21, scheduled for delivery a week later). It is now a week and a half later, we are told we never scheduled delivery. The customer support line listed on the website directs the customer to the store for assistance with warranty claims. It also suggests asking for the district managers contact information. Unfortunately, the store will not share the district managers number with the customer.Update: After writing this review and submitting a complaint through the better business bureau, I was contacted the next day! Turns out, there was huge progress made on the warranty claim that night. The process was hung up on a pillow included in the transaction. The store kept the pillow and I was able to schedule delivery. We never heard from the district manager.The only good part of this process was the sales team. While the process was incredibly annoying, I suspect it was likely a policy/corporate issue. The local sales team at least seemed rather nice.

Pulled in, Mark (manager) immediately introduced himself, I explained my situation, and he directed me to an item in the back that had just been taken off the floor. Offered a stunningly low price (over 60% lower than other local outfits). I was out in 15 minutes, AND he loaded it onto my car and securely strapped it in. The ultimate in customer service. Had a fantastic experience with both Michael and Jake purchasing my mattress on Saturday. Michael spent at least an hour helping me decide which mattress to purchase based on my body scan. When my boyfriend had questions over the phone, Michael answered all of them and even spoke to him directly. My bed was delivered today (Monday, two days later) during the specified time window by two professional men who quickly removed my old mattress and box spring and set up my new set. I have purchased one mattress before this one and found that this experience blew that one out of the water. Will recommend this location to anyone.

They got me a mattress & box spring set that was already on sale for $899 (originally $1300) for $550 all said and done. Including the frame. Unbelievable.
