This just so happened to be my first stop when I was looking for a new bed. Keith was such a wonderful help to me when I came in. At 8 months pregnant- and completely unsure of what I would need, he and Barry were so kind to patiently and clearly explain everything, so that I could find the perfect bed for my back pain, as well as my budget. I felt like they really listened to my needs, they didnt try to take advantage of my ignorance when it came to what to look for. They werent pushy, but they made a few suggestions, gave me a very reasonable price, and even threw in a few extra incentives....but being overly cautious, I still felt like I should shop around a little before committing myself to the first place I came. I quickly found that they offered a better warranty at Mattress Warehouse, they were significantly more knowledgeable about their products, and had 100% better customer service than the two other places that I stopped by later that day. I came back the next day and ordered the Serta that Keith suggested. They were able to have it delivered and setup within only a few days, and having slept on the bed for almost a week, it is very comfortable. Im so happy with their recommendation, and Im very grateful for their expertise. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go see Keith and Barry. These guys definitely take care of their customers. 😊

I had the pleasure of dealing with Barry and Nick. Barry was a breath of fresh air in this industry. In my search for a mattress I went to almost every store in the Lancaster/York area. It was frustrating to deal with salesman who employed high pressure tactics to try to grab a sale . Barry has mastered the skill of providing knowledgeable insight into his products but also knows how to give the customer time to try out mattresses. Every other store they would just hover around me while I tested mattresses. In the end I found my mattress at another store (this store didn’t carry this model) but I ended up buying an adjustable base from Barry because of how great my experience was!
