The store was clean and had plenty of samples to try. I was initially very skeptical about the BedMatch process but it was 100% right. That was very helpful. So glad we stopped in!Jake was fantastic. He was very polite and helpful. He checked on several things for us and was very patient. I really feel like he went above and beyond.

Love this location! Have gotten a mattress here for myself, parents, and grandparents. All three times the guys their were kind, patient, and very informative. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Jake was a major help! We were sent his way from another Mattress Warehouse who didn’t want our business. Trey the sales associate and Chris the manager were great. Trey was very knowledgeable and Chris got a great deal worked out. Delivery was smooth, just got the bed so cant review it yet but should be great. My mom had bought a bed here and now I have and would recommend.

My husband and I decided to start our search for a new mattress at Mattress Warehouse. Even though there was a location nearer to our home, we chose to start with the Galleria location because it appeared to have the most positive reviews.I can now confirm the reviews. We worked with Travis and Scott -- both of whom were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a good job of selling their products without overselling (which would have driven us out of the store).All aspects of the sale went smoothly -- and delivery took place on the stated day within the stated time-frame.I frankly dreaded the process of mattress shopping -- but this experience was painless and (surprisingly) enjoyable. I would recommend this specific location to others and it will be our first stop should we need a new mattress in the future.

Travis was super accommodating and listened to our needs and budget. A real no pressure approach that made him easy to talk too. I highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking for a mattress. If you need a mattress, this is place to come and Travis is the guy to see.

Travis worked with us for 2 hours to find our first mattress we are going to get. I am a bit demanding and he worked with such patience and grace to help make sure that we were getting the best price possible. The store is so clean and I am hyper-vigilant of insects and never once did I feel insecure.

My wife and I had a great experience with Dave at Mattress Warehouse. He spent plenty of time with us answering all questions then would leave us alone to relax and try different beds. He gave us excellent service and was a pleasure to work with. We thought we found the right mattress for us but after 2 months or so we thought it might be too firm. We went back and were able to switch to a different mattress with a minimal cost and delivery fee.We are very pleased with the bed we purchased and have nothing but good things to say about our experience there. We had a lot of trouble with our previous mattress, when we came in to mattress Warehouse and they had a machine that was great at matching us up with the perfect mattress! Staff was friendly and helpful!

What an amazing experience! This was my first new mattress purchase and Tom Dagostino was absolutely wonderful. I never knew there was so much to consider when buying a mattress. He took his time with me and we discussed my needs and he was able to help me get the perfect mattress and fit my budget. BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! He actually called me to let me know that my mattress had just gone on sale and processed a refund for the difference! Who does that? TOM THAT’S WHO!The store is really clean and bright and it was a joy to be there.My experience ended with another wonderful experience with manager Travis Greiman!These guys are terrific!

I have been trying to get my money back for 2 weeks for a mattress set I purchased back on 5/29/2016. I called the office to get my money back and they said it would be a few days till I got my money back on my card. Now, 2 weeks later I called the customer service number & the corporate office has yet to receive a request to get my money back. AND customer service can not help get my money back either because it has to be processed where I bought it from. I tried calling the number to the Galleria York location & they wont pick up their phone now. Anywhere else in the world is better than this place. Poor customer care.

10/11/15 My son and I went here today during their holiday sale. The salesman was not helpful at all. Did not care what our needs were. I tried my best to come across as a friendly customer, hoping that the salesman would reciprocate- no such luck. Needless to say, we went somewhere else.

Bought the worst mattress ever here. We were even fortunate enough to pay way too much money for it. If anyone reading this review wants to be barely able to get out of bed, and then spend at least the first half hour of your morning in pain, the Kingsdown Valencia mattress is the one for you. Once I recover from my spinal surgery from sleeping on this awful mattress, I am looking to purchase a pile of rocks, which will provide better support for my back. Screw you Mattress Warehouse, and the weirdo you sent out to tell us our awful mattress was fine, so we couldnt get our money back.

Scott was fantastic. He helped my husband and I replace a faulty mattress that was giving us horrible nights of sleep for years. We can finally sleep soundly with our new Tempur-pedic and I couldnt be happier! Scott was honest, friendly, and super accommodating to our needs. One of the worse companys to deal with bought 2 beds to start they had a new person who who no idea what she was doing was lead on to believe my beds would be ready to be pick up in 2 days then that turned into 5 then I was told well deliver them for the inconvenience so I agreed and then get another call as to another problem. Then I asked to speak to a manager I get the run around there aswell so I demanded a refund and was told it takes 48 hours still have yet to receive a refund and cant even get a manager to call me I will never ever ever use or want somebody to shop here Just redlioclous never I repeat never use this company

For me and my wifes first mattress buying experience we couldnt have asked for a better person to buy from. Mr. Foster was honest and very knowledgeable and guided us to a great mattress. After buying my first home, I needed to buy my first mattress. Travis helped me find an nice mattress which is very comfortable and was in my budget. the bedmatch Travis had us do worked really well and made the choice of mattress very simple and easy. We bought a bed frame and instead of having to pay for delivery a worker named Travis drove in his own car to bring it to our house and put it together, hes really nice and friendly, kudos to Travis :)

Bought pillows, without being told head of time, that cannot be returned!!Now we have 2 pillows sitting in the closet, costs of over $100!!Bought the Kingsdown mattress, which we bought thought we were going to roll off.Horrible mattress!Then, had to spend another $200 to get it replaced!!Nothing was ever explained prior to sale, if you want to call it a sale.My opinion, is go Stay away from this store and its company.

Wonderful service, wonderful people

This morning I was looking for a bed frame online. Came across a few of interest at Mattress Warehouse. Googled and called the store by the Galleria Mall @ 2915 Whiteford Road in York. Nick answered the phone, helped with all of my questions and put a product on hold for me to come see. I arrived within the hour. He showed me the frame I found online and it just so happened that they had one on display that I’d seen in my research but had been unsure about. Nick and Jake both lifted up mattress and box spring sets so I could see the different frames prior to making any decisions. I ended up choosing two very impressive, easy to assemble Knickerbocker frames. These gentlemen were personable, friendly, and helpful. I ask about 101 questions prior to any purchases I make. These two were knowledgeable, right down to knowing model numbers off the top of their heads. We had a nice chat and I let them know how much I appreciated their help during my current (stressful) situation. You don’t get customer service like this much anymore, so my experience today was a pleasure. Being in sales myself, I always say it’s not about WHAT, it’s about WHO. Regardless of whether your purchase is a bed frame, or a house to put it in, it’s the help you have that makes all the difference.
