My husband and I bought a mattress from here last weekend. It was a Saturday morning and our sales rep was a young lady named Miracle. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We noticed that she was there by herself to run the store so we asked her about it and she said her manager didnt show up. My husband and I were impressed at how well she balanced all the customers and kept everyone happy but the manager should never allow anyone to run the store by themselves, especially for safety reasons and on a busy Saturday. Miracle deserves recognition for her hard work.

I highly recommend this Mattress Warehouse for their excellent customer service and their interest in making sure you choose the right mattress for your needs.The manager, Robin, helped us with our comfort exchange even though we did not purchase our mattress here. After getting conflictinginformation from another location,Robin was able to sort out all of our previous misinformation,there by making the exchange quicker and less stressful. Robin,who I wholeheartedly recommend,is an asset to this store and Mattress Warehouse. She is very professional and friendly and thoroughly knows her products.This location is a large store with a larger selection of mattresses. Very clean store.Right along Rt 30 with lots of parking. The only complaint I had was with the delivery people used by Mattress Warehouse in each instance.

We went in on Labor Day Monday the 6th and bought a mattress - we were told it would be delivered on the following Monday the 13th and they would give us a call to set up the delivery the day before. Sunday at 5, an hour before they close I still hadn’t heard from them so I called them. Then they told me they wouldn’t be able to deliver it until Friday or Saturday the 17th or 18th. No communication whatsoever to let us know of the delay or anything. Very unimpressed with the service.
