If I could rate higher than a 5 star I most certainly would. Dakota was absolutely incredible. Not only is he a very knowledgeable sales associate, he made my family and I feel extremely comfortable as soon as we stepped foot in the door. Family owned companies are a different breed. They are nothing like these big box stores. On top of all that we were more than pleased with the deal we received. If you are looking to purchase a new mattress, box spring, pillows etc. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse. Ask for Dakota, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We just purchased a king mattress set at the Concord Road store in York PA. I cant say enough good things about our sales person Dakota. He was very nice and personable and took time to explain all the different types of hybrid mattresses. I would recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase a new mattress set. I’m so glad we went here and the timing was perfect for their no APR special. The manager was the one who helped us. She was so nice and a straight shooter. We knew what we wanted in terms of comfort, support and durability and she was able to point us into exactly what we wanted. She didn’t go right for the most expensive model, but that was where we ended up because it was an amazing feeling Sterns and Foster bed. If you never tried one, it’s to die for! We were in the store under an hour and my new bed will be here in less than a week. I’m anxiously awaiting a world of slumber! Thanks!

I had previously purchased a memory foam mattress online, trusting the great reviews. The memory foam was hot to sleep on, and I decided to get an old school innerspring mattress. Dakota at Mattress Warehouse helped me select the right one fir me at a reasonable price. I appreciated his input about brands and cost vs.quality. He did not try to push me into getting something just for the sake of a higher sale, he knew all of the products and options. Dakota was a super big help when it came to everything, his number one goal was to make sure I walked out with a bed that I would be satisfied with while also looking for the best deal. The amount of care and consideration that was shown to my fiancé and I while shopping here was amazing no question went unanswered. As for the shipping and handling it was amazing, the movers showed up at the exact time they gave us and they were in and out super professional and mindful of my home. The entire delivery and setup took them no longer then 15mins. 10/10 all the way around.
