Went in here earlier today to have some glasses tightened. The ladies there were incredibly nice and efficient! Not to mention the service was free of charge and done in seconds. Will come here if I ever need anything else done.

I brought my glasses to be fix and they did an amazing job. I’ll totally recommend them, they were so nice, and were able to fix them in less than 10 minutes.

As always, excellent customer service! I’ve been a satisfied patient for many years! This weekend I had an eye issue that caused concern and I hoped to have it addressed, but since it was a Saturday, I thought I would have to wait until Monday earliest, to see a doctor. Diana, the manager, spoke to the doctor who said they would fit me in between patients, so please come in as soon as possible. I hadn’t been to this doctor before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I received excellent care from the staff and the doctor was very kind, friendly, and informative during the exam as she thoroughly explained what was going on. I really appreciated this experience and have already recommended them to a friend who is having a similar eye issue. Highly recommend! They also have very cool frames!

I just went in to get my glasses adjusted after a bit of an accident, and he was incredibly friendly, fast, and skilled. He was a huge help and it was such a relief to have my glasses fitting nicely again!

The staff at Eclectic Eyewear is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in resolving a pricing problem. I appreciate their business ethic. They offer a range of products from classic to hipster, and will produce your glasses in a reasonable amount of time, as promised.

They have a nice selection of frames, however the service was sorely lacking. Of the two people working, one was minimally helpful when he wasnt accompanying the other who giggled endlessly at something on the computer. For a good portion of our visit we wondered if she was even an employee. This didnt instill any confidence in their abilities. In the end we just didnt feel good about giving them our money.

Eclectic eyewear has an incredible array of eyeglasses many of which are high end hard to find frames. Justin takes a personal interest in which frames best fit. Never felt rushed. And very honest opinions about which frames fit. They are willing to work with you on getting the best frames! Don’t bother with the many of other optical shops. This is the one!!! You will not regret your visit to this awesome optical shop. And I am from another state which offers nothing like this!! Susan R

Dr. Gadja is great. He is very professional and kind. Glasses are on the high end, so if youre looking for bargains, probably go somewhere else. But the treatment youll get from the doctor is superb!

This place is GREAT! Would highly recommend. They are super flexible, willing to work with you for what you need, and in a convenient location. Most of the places I called charged the same for an eye exam (price set by insurance I think) so figured I would try them out, and appreciated the local feel of their store. They also were great in letting me try out different contacts (was potentially looking to switch brands) and helping me pick out glasses that would look ok. Thanks for your help!

Working close to this establishment is why I tried it and Im so glad that I did! Dr Kevin was amazing and caring with my needs as I have worn glasses/contacts all my life and have many different questions and concerns. He answered them all and I was super comfortable in the exam. Ill be switching and making Dr Kevin my primary optometrist!

Friendly staff. The location is fairly small but they still have a pretty good selection of frames. Very happy with my purchase!

Love this place. Dr. Gajda is thorough and careful and always comes up with a prescription that maximizes your eye health. The office staff is a delight as well - friendly and professional.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! THEY ARE ALL ABOUT $$$$$$My prescription was to expire in 2 1/2 weeks and they would not authorize the request to order contacts because they wanted me to get another exam from them (100 dollars or more).. so I looked up the law and it said it was illegal for them to do that since my prescription was still valid so the contact lens company sold it to me without their authorization. Also, I wanted the EXACT SAME LENS( same brand, same size) in a different color, and they wanted me to PAY to get ANOTHER EXAM!!

I had been purchasing glasses here since 2005, but the last visit was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and confused when I arrived for my appointment. The staff assured me the frames I picked would fit better after the lens were put in, which they didnt.The antireflective coating is expensive and they dont give you all the options. My glasses reflect so bad that they ruin any pictures Im in. I wanted to return the glasses, but they gave me are hard time and acted annoyed every time I asked them to adjust them. I kept the horrible glasses due to the fact that I couldnt get a different better fitting pair and my insurance would be an issue. I regret this last purchase from Eclectic Eyewear.Also they try to upsell you hardcore and when you have a problem they blame you for not choosing the higher priced extras. Its is now time for a new pair of glasses and I will not be going back.
