I scheduled a test drive on Friday, September 10 for Saturday, September 18. I received a confirmation call and email on Thursday, September 16.Less than 2 hours before the scheduled test drive, I received a call indicating that the model I was scheduled to test drive was no longer available for test driving and my appointment was cancelled.This was my first experience with Tesla and it leaves much to be desired. I am left with the impression that they dont really value the time of others.

I loved the experience, i like my model 3 everyday. Starlynn has been very helpful.

Great location to test drive from.Hit 90 into the tunnel. Colton was an expert on the vehicle features.

Very modern showroom and the sales rep was kind and didnt hover over me like at other dealers.

Went in here to check out the place and the cars they have are totally cool. When I went in here the employee who worked there talked with me in a very friendly manner and said that I could ask then any questions I had. The place was impeccable clean and if you are at Prudential Center, definately go and check out the cars. Totally worth it

Perfect location, elegant and classy.The staff is very kind.You are allowed to sit in the car and test everthing.The only think i dont like is that they have on display only one model of Tesla.

After multiple email and phone call no resolution.Tesla customer care is not helpful. I dont know who to contact now.I will keep posting my update. Order placed in April 2nd 2020.Edit 3rdMay 12 2020Mr Aiden Matched a car White in color, I m good with white too.My order was booked with cost of 49,990 which is changed.My delivery was may 14 but now after talking to local office came to know he matched DEMO car to my account with 1800 miles on it.I didnt ask for demo car. one of the worst experience for buying Tesla.Still no car.

Nice cars. You get to sit in and explore the vehicles. Also information on Tesla solar. I think the sales staff should be more engaging to speak to and greet people. Its a great opportunity for them to make people more knowledgeable about the company, its offerings, answer questions, and even make a sale if not now then a person may gain interest to buy in the future. So, I suggest to be more engaging I came in with 3 other adults. No one some to any of us. We were al potential buyers for a vehicle or solar/energy products for our homes.

The sales guy was great. Made me think about the cars and technologies in ways I didnt know. The place was clean cut and nice. Might consider a vehicle like these in the future.

Very promising concept to have service cost built in car price. I always get ripped off by other dealership with smallest repairs. Besides there is good chance no service will be necessary (only 17 moving parts).Not having garage or private drive way might be difficult for long distance commute and charging.Our electric energy is still 14% fossil but that is better than 100% and at better efficiency.

It is a really nice store. Most people visit to watch and get a feel for the Tesla Models currently available, both of which are beautiful in design and will hopefully help humanity to transition into free-emission transport.The staff is very friendly and will help anyone with any kind of question, they feel motivated and involved with the cause Mr. Musk is behind.

Review is for Nick from the Boston office. My boyfriend has placed a down payment for the car so Nick was assigned to his account. My bf had a couple of questions and has been trying to reach out to Nick this week but the calls went unanswered and his voicemail was full. Its understandable that Nick might be busy, but yesterday my boyfriend called the office and his coworker mentioned that Nick was working. Today, Nick finally replies via text. Subpar customer service and while we do not expect Nick to be at our beck and call, we would appreciate a call back at the very least.

Although my wife and I are not currently in the market for a new vehicle, the store employees were willing to talk with us and demonstrate many of the features of the Tesla vehicle they had on the showroom floor. I hope some day we are able to get a Tesla!

I stopped in from out of state while on a business trip. They can’t sell directly in Wisconsin so I was excited to see things up close, being a huge car guy. The interior of the cars were filthy and the staff everyone raves about here didn’t give me the time of day. The exterior and location of the place are both quite nice.

Thinking of making the switch to electric .... The Model X is awesome but i think Im waiting for the Cyber truck

Visited one day when I was in Boston and it was fantastic. I was with a couple of friends and there happened to be no other customers in the store so we were able to observe the vehicle with no interruption. The sales associate, Donald, was amazing. He informed us of all the in and outs of the Model X and now I think I know enough to take over Tesla. Amazing experience. 10/10 would most definitely visit again. :)

Service team member I spoke with today was useless did not know any information I had asked. They turned me away and hung up the phone not what you would expect from Tesla. The sales associate Scott was also not helpful in answering my questions about Tesla’s as I will be buying my first one in the next coming weeks. Disappointed

Love Tesla and what they are doing to the car industry. This is another store in the mall with a demo car of each of their models. Great place to look. Keep in mind Teslas business model this isnt your average dealership that allows you to test drive cars.

Just as awesome as all their others! the store is about same dimensions as usual but cool since it is wider (more window front) rather than deeper.

Great cars and great costumer service. You can book a test drive free. When you do it, they explain everything about the car and all the features that it has.

Great cars, knowledgable, non-pushy staff. No oriental haggling or sleezy salesmen pressuring for deals. As prices normalize Tesla is the future of mobility.

For all the female employees here, their customer services are horrible. They dont want to explain more if your first language isnt English. Guys are fine.

The cars are amazing. As of my last visit, the store shows two Model X SUVs, and one Model S. The staff are great and could answer any of my questions about the cars.

I booked yesterday evening for a ride-along trip at 14:30, for the next day. They said I will receive an email - nope, didnt happen. So I went the next day at 12 to confirm it is still on, and they said all ok. I came back at half past two - and after 20 minutes they offered either a visit in the freezing garage or the showroom, but no way to get the ride-along. Great customer care, thank you! Beware: not serious people! PS: Please review the store, not the cars (which are great btw)

Went to this store today pretty disappointed with how knowledgable the sales employees where about the Tesla vehicles, and the fact that they dont sell clothes there was a bummer. I mean it was great to sit in an X & S but i still think that they should start making dealerships so if I wanted to take a test drive the cars would already be ready to go rather than planning a week in advance to schedule one. Overall my experience was a 3 out of 10, definitely not worth going to this location unless you just feel like looking at the cars, but dont talk to the employees because they are clueless! Go to the Dedham store if you want to buy apparel.

Very welcoming and friendly staff that is ready to discuss with you the Tesla cars’ features, production, availability, etc. You are invited to look around, sit in the cars and fiddle with the large screens. You can do a test drive as well.

Friendly staff, has both a Model S and Model X on site. They give very long, extensive test drives. Lots of foot traffic passes the store so it can get crowded during peak mall times.

The store is named nikolai tesla. in the youtube video tesla was a penniless octagenerian. the autonomous vehicles should be coming out soon. if there was free energy would people just zone out even more? the people who sell the teslas are nice though. i think elon musk should get more involved in other topics such as responsible governmentship. i might see about how it would work in outer space with sociopaths out there. i think there should be more mental health screening. people who are using teslas ideas and energy shouldnt try to be so snobby to other people. i think the tesla is about the most modern car out there compared to a lotus or an import from japan even. it seems like the korean and japanese imports are maxing out on innovation for now. tesla also uses the grid to charge up
