Came back to get my glasses again from Eyelab and was helped by a really nice GAL Shelby, she was awesome! We had a great conversation and she helped me pick out some nice frames, really took time with me.She is really nice and friendly and GREAT at what she does. I recommend her anyday! Her Manager Jeremy was also very professional and courteous as well.

Terrible experience they gave me the wrong prescription because theres not an actual doctor in house they are overseas on a television screen and they use a toy-type device to figure out your prescription if theyre wrong you have to pay again. Ive been purchasing contacting glasses for years and Ive never had such a bad experience I would recommend never to come here or any of their locations

I had an easy and quick experience at this location. I was able to book an appointment the same day and didn’t have to wait to be called in. Everyone is super kind! Melody helped me with picking out glasses and never seemed to get irritated when I kept (annoyingly) changing my mind. Definitely coming back to the pleasant hill location!

Gives you a higher prescription so you disqualify for the $59.95 two pair of eyeglasses promotion and have to pay for the exam or get thinner expensive lenses; puts more strain on your eyes and is very damaging to your eyesight. Unethical.

Manager Louis is super friendly and helpful!!! My friend lost a screw on her eye glasses, which she bought from another store. Louis helped us to find the suitable screws with no charges at all! Terrible unbelievable highway robbery experience. There are many other real eye doctors in the area! Go there. There are no doctors on staff at any location with this company. Its likely they will get your prescription wrong and if you actually catch it the will refuse to fix there wrongs and will not offer refund or try to help. I now must go pay another real doctor to do another real eye exam after being SCAMMED at MY EYELAB WHERE NO ACTUAL EYE DOCTORS WORK! CAN YOU BELEVIVE THAT?

I arrived for my appointment 10 mins early and they were ready for me with no waiting. The lady who was helping me was nice and she gave me time to look around and try on different glasses. I originally used the 90 day pay off option however upon doing some research I would not recommend that option. The company acima will charge you 3x what the price is of your stuff from here and if you don’t pay it before 90 days you pay a ridiculous amount of interest. Just be warned. Acima also has a lot of hidden fees they do not tell you about.

I lost a nose guard on my sunglasses and popped in to buy a pair. They happily replaced them at no charge

Ive been wearing glasses since I was a little girl (4-6). It adds up to a lot of eye exams, glasses, and varying places depending on the insurance coverage. To date this place has been the best experience in getting glasses and contacts. They break everything down, and customer service is phenomenal.

Im very disappointed in my experience. I have had to come back three times and they still dont have it right...They sent me to Americas Best to get my eyes dilated. I would think this should be included. Now Im forced to pay for another eye exam.

They got my prescription wrong by 1.50 I know because Ive been wearing contacts and glasses for 35 years! They refused to fix and kept my money told me to go eles where and get the right prescription and come back and order from them yea right!

0/5. I had a the worst experience. The front staff was fine, the pre-workup was fine, but the virtual visit with optometrist was awful. She was rude and the exam was so awkward. The selection is super slim, and Im not even sure which frames were the advertised $59.99. The frames took OVER A MONTH to be ready for pick up and NO ONE called as stated at time of visit. I resorted to repeatedly checking the order status, with the estimated ready date being delayed twice with no reasoning as to why. Calling the office was also unhelpful and a waste of time.For my $279 discounted price, I wish I had at least gotten a microfiber cloth with my glasses. 🥲

Quick and easy process. My glasses came in sooner than expected. I needed a adjustment to prevent glasses from slipping and it was adjusted perfectly. When I get contacts I will be back.
