I brought my daughter here as I had to switch her eye doctor due to a change in insurance. I really like how they make you wash your hands upon arrival!! If only all places had a sink up front so everyone can wash their hands right away. The establishment is very clean. The staff was very kind and caring and answered any questions I had. I suffer from very high myopia so I’m glad they addressed my concerns for my daughter. My daughter felt comfortable and excited for her first pair of eye glasses. I’m glad I found Dr Lao and her team.

I am a first time patient and everyone was so AMAZING! I learned a lot of stuff! When I would go to Americas best it was like they were just there to work and get things done. All the staff here cared about everyone and made me feel like family. I learned so much and finally got contacts that I could see out of. I recommend them to my mom, and she is very excited about going. She has never gotten glasses because of how expensive they cost her plus contacts. I told her about my experience and the price of the glasses that I got, she cant wait to go! They treat everyone that comes in and their employees like family and that is what I like. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME FIND CONTACTS THAT WORK!

We have been going to these guys for years! Myself and my daughter both have been VERY pleased. This is one of the only doctors that would let my daughter give contacts a try at her age. Very comfortable place where the job is done well and very accurately done. We have moved a few times and still continue to drive to this office. Very family oriented office and extremely accommodating in special situations. Their office hours are also amazing. YOU CAN HAVE A WEEKEND APPOINTMENT! Something I have personally found to be very special is that they always have some sort of charity or way to give back to the community. Give them a try, promise youll never go anywhere else!

My experience at Eyes in Sight was awesome! At first, I was merely dropping by to visit and get a consultation on my eye health, but after the very thorough eye examination, I have a clear picture of my eyesight and eye health! Grace, the assistant, was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Loan Lao was extremely professional, friendly, and clear about my eye needs and prognosis. She even showed me a few options with contacts and glasses and answered all my questions about my eyes that I had. I am curious to understand different parts of the analysis, and the staff was patient in explaining each part with such clarity that I felt like I understand my eyes so much better now. Great place to come and I highly recommend for the great and friendly service. This place is a great deal and a find here in Frisco!!!

Everyone in this office is top notch. When my Rx changed 6 months after my visit, they promptly got me in with the doc and got me taken care of. Its refreshing to go to a place like this, where they treat you like family. I refer everyone I know to this office!
