Great place. I was out of my insurance network but they worked with me and I saved about a 100 bucks. The optometrist next door was excellent also. They take walk-ins. I only waited 45 minutes. I recommend them all day.

Mrs.Emma was so helpful. Even though it was very busy in there we did not feel rushed. Angela was the most helpful, nicest associate Ive ever worked with at an eyeglasses store (or any store, really). I was in and out of there so quickly, even though there were several customers there before me. It has a huge selection of all styles. They dont rush you. It was an easy, painless process. Usually eyeglasses places suck but this one is actually good.

As soon as I went in to get a pair of glasses since I recently lost mine, I was welcomed with courteous and kind help. They were very resourceful and worked with me on getting a quick pair of glasses. It took them about an hour and a half and I was on my way with a new pair of glasses. Very pleased and also much more reasonable than buying them from your average eye doctor.

I purchased two pair of glasses and requested polycarbonate Lenses on both pair, but there was a miscommunication so due to one pair being rimless only one pair of glasses were made when I came back to pick them up. It was no big deal, mistakes happen, and everyone there was super nice just like they were when I ordered them, so I just came back the next day for the second pair. It is so nice to walk into a store where people seem happy and you can tell they enjoy their job. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll go back there for my next glasses

I went to Eyemart because my son lost his glasses on the second day of school. We went in picked out two pair per the special they were running (2 for $79) and left to get something to eat. 25 minutes later both pair of glasses were done. We went back to see how they felt on his face and left. They did a great job.

The process was easy because I was just getting my prescription filled. All I really had to do is pick out what I wanted in eyewear and apply my insurance because nobody seems to want to take my Medicaid to pay for glasses which is completely okay with me, because I had the Grandparents that made sure I understood that Nothing in life is free, everything has a price. I was told to give them 2 hours and they would be ready, this was at 1:51 pm. 88 minutes I received a text message telling me to come pick up my glasses.

I went to the eyemart on Wendover and the service there was excellent! Emma the sales associate who helped us was so friendly and so efficient in helping our daughter get two pairs of glasses. Absolutely amazing! It was my first time coming here and I just had to get my hands on some glasses and quick! I probably spent a little over 30 minutes inside and part of that was because I was just so indecisive. Thanks to Angela, my experience was awesome. I didn’t think I would get my glasses that day because it was a little busy, however, I was told that if we could finish my order in the next 10 minutes that I could come back within an hour to pick them up. HERES THE KICKER… I left and not even 20 minutes after leaving, I got the text letting me know my glasses were ready. They’re so quick and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING. And when you do go, ask for Angela. She’s so sweet and helpful.

Staff was great.But ordered glasses 8-18-21 and heard nothing from the company that glasses were ready. Call 9-7-21 and glasses were there. Told them I could not see out of my left eye. It was very blurry. Called back today 9-8-21 and going back for them to check them . Pray they can be fix at no cost. $600 pair of glasses.

I’ve recently been trying to replace a pair of glasses that were unable to be located after a horrendous car accident. As I received my new Rx, I discovered I am now in bifocals. I learned how much more expensive they are and what a. tedious process it became to get them. It took over a month to get my new pair. The problem was I was I tried going elsewhere instead of my tried and try eyemart; where I’ve gone to for over 10 years. My relied upon going into Eye Mart was spectacular! The process was quick easy and overall an tremendously wonderful experience. The customer service and prices and ultimately the entire transaction and process was gratifying and amazing! This eyemart location stays busy for a reason. I can get my glasses for a fraction of what I pay elsewhere, even with great insurance. The staff are always friendly amd as attentive as they can be with a store full of customers. I find all of them to be knowledgeable of basic orders, with a few of them having experience with more specialized presciptions and needs.Any time I go in for adjustments to my frames they are patient, cheerful and dont mind me coming back 20 minutes later to tweak it!

I took my granddaughter to get new glasses. The store had a wide variety of frames to choose from. Zoi was the very pleasant associate that helped us with our purchase. Zoi circled a time on our receipt and said the glasses would be ready then - in one hour. I asked if they would really be done by then because they were super busy and we had somewhere to be in a couple of hours. I was assured they would be ready. 19 minutes later, I got a text that the glasses were ready for pick up. I couldnt believe it! I dont know why I was expecting a disappointing experience, but was pleasantly surprised!!

Company is incompetent on claims and benefits that they are supposed to honor, and working atmosphere seems tense and disingenuous. I was taken aback when I referenced an employee as her coworker and the person on the line snapped back with, Shes not my coworker, shes the GM. Geez Talk about attitude. Take your business elsewhere if possible. Plenty of possibilities in Greensboro.

Angela was AWESOME!! From the minute I walked in, she immediately acknowledged me, helped me pick out a frame and got everything set up. She was Professional, Friendly and Knowledgable with everything from my prescription to explaining to me why, although their website says they accept my Vision Care Insurance (VSP) Eyemart is out of Network, through no fault of Angela’s I got that all straightened out with VSP though (and will be getting 100% of my out of pocket expenses paid back in full).My eyeglasses were ready in exactly 26 minutes!!I had an enjoyable and quick experience, I will be returning in the future.

Our experience was outstanding in many ways. I was very impressed with the care that was taken to insure the wellbeing of customers during this difficult time. The staff was careful to insure that the guidelines for the maximum number of customers allowed was followed. I cant say enough about the way John helped my mother in law. She is very satisfied with both pair of glasses and truly appreciated his knowledge and experience. We will be back to the Wendover location.

In the past I had gotten glasses from Sams Club (1 pair lens/frames) for around $280.00 delivered in 7 days. I took my prescription to Eyemart and got 2 pairs (lens/frames) for $260.00 and both pair were ready in one hour. So, I recommended this business to my family. One sister got new glasses. This business forgot some of her eye glass requirements. She had to go back and wait another week for them to be fixed. My brother-in-law took his prescription there and his lens were not correct. He had to go back 2 times to get them right. I dont know why my experience was different than theirs. Even so, the frames were less expensive that other prescription glasses providers.

Best eye glass company in the world. Personnel are always friendly and very professional. They have an amazing amount of glasses to choose from. The prescriptions are always put into the glass frames in a timely manner.

Ive only been to this place once, but I felt I had to share my experience. I came in on a whim, I needed glasses that I got online, adjusted. Not only did they service me quickly (with a full store), but they told me exactly what they were doing and why. With this, they gave me a cleaning cloth and case to take home. John offered I come back if I need anything else! Super polite and super helpful. If I ever need glasses help, I know where to go!

Horrible customer service! I would give zero stars if I could. I have never worn glasses in my life. I have been to several other places this week but those places were so expensive. I came here because I was told they were much more affordable. However, you get what you pay for, and clearly their prices don’t come with common sense or care for their customers. At other places I went in with my mask on and wore it while walking around. I had my temperature taken and was given hand sanitizer to use before walking around touching things. Then I tried on glasses and put them in a bin, last, I was given a place to sit away from others remove my mask and try on glasses to determine what I liked. At Eyemart Express I entered with my mask on, no one took my temp, no hand sanitizer was available and after collecting frames that I thought I might like while wearing a mask, going to a table away from everyone else and beginning to look through the glasses to make a final decision, I was barked at by a rude, ignorant female employee from across the store that I could not try on glasses without a mask. Are you kidding?? I pointed out I had never had glasses and I did not even know what kind of frames I would want. She said I could put my mask on or leave, then she said it was a law and they would be shut down if I didn’t have my mask on. This is not true. I was more than 8 feet from anyone else and safely engaging in an activity for medical purposes. Not only would I not buy glasses with out seeing what they looked like on my whole face but without removing my mask there is no way to know if I have the right fit with my ears and nose. Also, the glasses immediately began to fog when I was trying them on because they are made with cheap glass. She did offer that I could stand on the sidewalk outside but with no mirror.We left. I won’t buy there. I would encourage anyone who is tired of ridiculous rude people who are Stalin like in their extra unnecessary regulations don’t buy here. Other places might be more expensive but they clearly care more about making certain their customers can see well with glasses that will be comfortable and they will be comfortable with. Something not possible to do for someone new to glasses with no prior measurements to even compare to.

First appt here and the Staff were nice. Had to schedule a time to pick up glasses when they were ready, which is normal. 2nd appt was 2 weeks later, Came back for pickup/ fitting. No, the young lady working was rude at the door. I went back to the car thinking she was going to call me in but then She came to the door and handed my bag to someone else who was standing outside, I jumped out of my car and called out, she then handed me my bag with glasses thru the door. And I said what about the fitting? She told me I had to make an appt to comeback for a fitting. I have never heard of anything like that. Disappointing!!! Not to mention they were not cheap glasses. Even with great insurance I spent 1300$ on two quality frames, that do not fit my face and keep sliding off. I really don’t want to go back for a fitting and I will not be using them in the future. I gave a three star because despite the incident the other staff I came across were very nice and helpful on my first experience.

My husband and I got 5 pairs of classes for less than $350 and they were all completed within 30 minutes! The staff give you the chance into look around without them bugging you. They take time after the glasses are complete to make sure you have they perfect fit. They also let know which special is better or if using your eye insurance is better! I’ve used them many times because they are fast and cheap!

The employees are excellent to work with. You can apply your insurance benefits, but they have an excellent selection of very affordable frames, even if you dont have insurance. The thing that impressed me the most, that would be the greatest convenience was how quickly my daughters glasses were ready! It was less than an hour. Im assuming if you hit a rush of people, it would take longer, but thats still much better than having to wait weeks for them to come in! We will definitely be repeat customers!

They said my glasses would be ready in up to 2 hours. They were ready in 18 minutes. They have a great selection with reasonable prices and friendly staff. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs glasses.

I came here to get a new pair of glasses after recently loosing my only pair at the beach. They were very helpful and polite, they didnt let the fact of them being busy stop them from still being polite. I found the glasses I liked and they had them ready within an hour! Everyone was polite and very very helpful. After i chose My glasses it only took them 20 minutes for two pair. I paid $110 for two different pair of glasses and had them in 20 minutes. It was a terrific experience.

I destroyed one of my lenses and my glass frames. I did not have a back up pair and was basically blind for 24 hours. They let me walk in and get an eye exam and walk right next door to pick out my frames. The exam took probably an hour and I had my new glasses within 30 minutes of choosing my frames. Great service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Greeter acted like it was a big inconvenience to check me in. Did not see sign when I came in the door due to other people standing in front of it. Lady yelled at me from across the store. Was a really bad experience I just left and won’t come back. Clearly lady had a problem with my sexual orientation.

Speaking more so of the optometrist office: I ended up having to go somewhere else because they were out of network for me, but the front desk staff has always been more than helpful and kind. When I had questions about insurance, they would go out of their way to check on it for me and are always considerate and know their stuff! The doctors were very helpful as well. Highly recommend.

Reasonable cost for eye exam and they except walk in. As long as you are early no worries you are seen quickly. The wait for glasses done in same day is also awesome 😎 my husband’s wait was 21 minutes and he was out with his glasses myself took a little longer because of the type of leans but well worth the wait.
