I was the next happy customer today at the Helena store. My old phone was about to die and Trey Roberts showed me how fast and easy it is to get a new phone and a new service plan. Plus a lot of extras that come with my service. Youre in good hands when you come to the cricket wireless of Helena.

Ive had multiple problems with this store. Last time I went in to buy a phone the associate told me it would be multiple prices and it ended up being 40 bucks more than any of those.I just called today to ask if they had a certain phone in stock, he said no then told me to hold on a second, put me on hold, then hung up.Wouldnt be an issue if I havent had trouble with them multiple times.Ive been using cricket for years and at this point Id rather give my money to a better company.

Was at the store today with a sign will be right back. After waitonf an hr and no one showed up we finished oyr other errands and qent back. Walked in and the employee asked us to leave because he had to go get his kid from school. I will never go back to the Helena, MT store again. will take my business to another retailer 60 milvice aqay from my home instead of 25 miles away. Very disappointed with thia storea customer service

Horrible just horrible my dad has been a loyal customer to them for years. They lack recently in their customer service. Lied about the bill, plus local store constantly closed- especially when payments are due- then they hit you will reactivating fee because he couldn’t get payment in until the next day. TOTAL SCAM IN OUR VIEWWe are taking him elsewhere- YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER - but you don’t care

2.5 weeks of the local store being closed because of no AC! WHAT A JOKE. Businesses are open if they dont have ac but you guys do. I pay cash only for bills and now we are screwed without service because we cant even pay for our phonesCalled 611 thats useless

Called to see if they carried a case for my phone. Guy told me I had to come in. Wouldnt tell me if they carry it. Guess Ill spend my money somewhere else.

These people dont even answer the telephone. I went to get a cord for my phone and was told that they couldnt help me if I couldnt come into the store. I am in electric wheelchair and have no way to transport in my vehicle

I have never had an issue with the service which is why I give any stars. The customer service or lackthereof, leaves much to be desired. I normally purchase the prepaid cards but one day I stopped in during lunch since I was in the area and a gentleman named Mike was listening to music and eating chips as I walked in and the whole time he was processing my transaction he kept stating how I could just get the service cards and it would be convenient for everyone insinuating I, a paying customer was an inconvenience .Fast forward to March 5th 2021 while his supervisor was on break, Mike wasnt able to answer my husbands question of what an additional charge was for, so he started yelling and proceeded to curse and threaten my husband. Were fine with paying any added service charges but i dont think its too much to ask what it is the added money for. I have worked many jobs in the customer service industry and I have never cursed or theatened a customer. Id suggest more training and anger management for Mike.

I was considering on using Cricket Wireless since Metro keeps screwing me over but Daniel the rep at the Helena Mt location told me on the phone he could get me set up with a phone today I told him two time over the phone I wont have any money till August 03 he told me he would work with me and when I got their he told me about the Emergency broadband program then he said he could set me up in a new phone for $85 I told him for the 3rd time I dont get paid till August 03 so I called now three times to ask him question and the first two times he said he was helping other customers and the third time I call he hung up on me,,,,,,,, So with that being said rudeness must be part of the customer services training they do with all their employees

Alot of there phones are WiFi only. They changed to 3/4 of phones are WiFi only. They changed with out telling any body.
