Had to get a new phone today and Verizon hooked me up with a great phone, bundle packages and great service!
I am writing this review to ward off any and all customers from coming into this location to upgrade their phones, activate new lines, or do anything with their Verizon accounts. These technicians are nice but very poorly trained. Ive had so many people leave their store with their phones not even in their names and just about every phone not activated. They bait you with an awesome Costco gift card and then go into your account and mess everything up. And then when you go back to their store to return your phone(because its not usable) they tell you to go an other location to return the device. If you want to be technical you actually cant return a device at any location other than where you got it from because of inventory. Soooo what theyre doing is wasting the 14 days you have to return the device so that youre stuck with it and they keep the commission.
Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
