My phone wasnt charging, so I stopped in quick to see what they could do. I walked out in about 5 minutes after Ryan did a quick cleaning on the USB port with no charge. This was the fastest and most awesome time I have ever had at a Verizon store. New hero.

In early June I visited the Verizon store. I was returning a a wireless land line my mother hoped to use. As it turned out she didn’t get to use it as her blindness & health complications disabled her to use a phone by herself. I spoke with Russ Grow at the counter. Told my story and he made a call to see what was needed & if anything was owed. He went to bat for me as this device wasn’t used but a couple times. Russ not only had empathy but had my best interest. What an outstanding person to represent your brand name. You don’t get to interact with great people like Russ very often. When you do it’s amazing. Upper mgmt @ the home office I can only hope you make sure you let Russ know how awesome he is. Russ thank you for your can-do attitude.

Kody was super helpful and solved my huge problem in just 30 minutes. Way better experience than the other store and will definitely be a customer here from now on.

This store is amazing! The manager Curtis is so friendly and knowledgeable. He does an amazing job making people feel relaxed and comfortable during the entire sales process without being pushy. I truly enjoyed my experience with him and I will keep coming back!

This is by far the best Verizon store in Helena.Very rarely is there a wait time, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.Staff is also very good at remembering you.The manager is almost always out and available for questions. Would recommend to anyone seeking help with Verizon.

Went to Verizon this past week because my contacts were not showing up, and my phone seemed to not be working. They “couldn’t” help me, and wanted to wipe my phone to see if that would fix the issue. I wasn’t willing to wipe my phone, so the guy gave me my phone back and I went on my way. The guy was very nice, but I was pretty disappointed that it took me google searching to fix my phone. I pretty much expect that if I go into Verizon that they will be able to fix my problem for me.

These guys are GREAT. They KNOW cell phones. Im a Nerd having gotten my first computer before 1980 and I really appreciate the knowledgeable people who work here.

I was in your store not too long ago to get my new phone. I have to say that Michael was amazing. He was smart, patient, he got to know me and my family and was able to set me up exactly for what worked for us! Horrible service! Waited for over 30 min just to be told that they cat help me because he didnt know how to fix my phone! Tried to Google the problem. Not even wearing CDC approved mask just a dust mask and when I asked why he didnt have a approved 3 layers he asked me to leave the store. Rude and makes me want to take my business elsewhere

After destroying my phone I wasnt sure what to do. I was told I would have to pay for a new phone price and that my phone wasnt able to be upgraded until next year even though I was on the edge plan and I was told I could upgrade when ever.So, I went into Go Wireless and they were able to help me get a new phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 5 in fact) and get insurance that would cover my phone in the future.I went into the store about 2 weeks later after setting up my phone. I had dropped my phone on a rock and my glass screen cover broke (this is a cover that protects your actual screen from damage) they were able to replace my cover for free because of the insurance they helped me get! Thank you Helena Go Wireless you make my life less stressful!!
