The personal touch that Anita and Alyssa managed to have even while multitasking was extraordinary. Dealing with long downloads for over client, multiple phone issues with another and even hostile clients who lost their patience. The two (one still in training) handled the transaction with calmness and moved all quickly as possible. I will return based on the customer service alone.

I am normally very frustrated going into verizon stores, and this one was great. The help was fantastic. I will be back.

Terrible experience with this store and the other just south of this location at 1429 11th Ave, Helena, MT 59601.I ordered a new phone for instore delivery to the 11th Ave. location. Verizon changed my pickup location to this store without notifying me, thus wasting my time as I went to the 11th Ave location where I indicated Id like to pick it up. Upon that store not being able to locate my device they called this location finding it had been delivered here instead. Whats the point of in store pickup if Verizon wont deliver to the location you request???Next upon arrival at this location there is a substantial line (the reason I had selected the 11 Ave store because there is typically no line, which was true today, no line...). No one in the line at this location had been welcomed or informed if or when an associate would be with them.Typically Im reasonably patient and happy to wait my turn, but when there is another store a couple blocks away with no line it irritates me especially when I ordered to that location....Moral of the story? Dont waste your time with Verizons in store pick up, its cost me more time and frustration than Id care to admit.At this point Ive waisted my entire lunch break still dont have my phone and will have to return tonight. Ill update this review depending how things go this evening when I return.

My wife and I came into the store to look at upgrading our phones, Anita has always helped me in the passed so I requested to have her help us this time. Anita has always gone above and beyond helping me/ us with everything. She took the time to figure out the best deal and promo as well as trade in values for our current phones to make sure our bill every month does drastically increase. She showed up options to make our bill cheaper while also getting new phones and switching to an unlimited plan. Always recommend this store to everyone I know. We will always continue to come to this store for any help we need regarding our phones.

Called with questions. Desperate for answers about my account called dozen of different verizon numbers was left no choice but to call the store. Taylor gave me another number to call and wouldnt give me any good information to solve my problem made me pretty upset he didnt seem to care. Going to think twice before I buy another phone from them. Im tired of verizon having no sort of customer service in place for the customers that spend 100-200+ dollars a month for their services yet when something goes wrong you just have to take time off of work to figure it out yourself. My advice- put your money towards a company that actually cares about their customers and the services they give you. What a waste of time, money, and air even talking to these people.
