I was caravanning with someone back to Helena and we needed a place to stop for a break. I wanted something peaceful and serene. Pelican Point fit the bill perfectly. It is easy to get to.. only about 2 miles off the freeway. Nice trails for a short walk. A vault toilet. Has a boat ramp. And if you want to let the kids take dip in the Missouri River there is a beach area.. small rocks, not sand. The beach is on the left side of the hill that you face when you park. The views are amazing, too! You can almost imagine Lewis and Clark working their way up the river 200+ years ago. This is also a good location to take out if your doing a long float from Craig, or the Dearborn River. There are even 4 camping spaces! It would be a great place to stop for a picnic lunch, too.
Absolutely superb customer service at this location!! They helped us get our phones set to travel mode, warned us of the drop off at the other side of parking lot and helped stop traffic so we could back our motor home out of the lot when we were finished! Loved this tmobile staff and location.
Agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made it a pleasant experience.
Love t mobile but I don’t recommend the Helena store. If Brad wasn’t working there it might be a decent store but if you walk in and brad is there just walk out. He’s just going to blame you for trying to get help. He’s a joke I hope he gets fired for the way he treats customers.

Restarted my phone and all the apps on the home screen were gone. Took it into the store and all he said was to reinstall all the apps. I use this phone for my business and spending a few hours fixing everything take away form me working. The store didnt even try anything.
Need more coverage around Yellowstone and in Montana

LOVE TMobile but more importantly I love coming to this location. The Helena store is always fun and friendly. They treat you like a person and not just a number. They remember you when you walk through the door. I love my coverage, my phone and my experiences anytime I ever go in. Its always a pleasure. Highly recommend this location.

I love the employees at the Helena store. The manager Catie is a rock star and honestly treats you with the utmost professional customer service and you honestly leave there feeling like your best friend took care of you. I say that because if it was your best friend taking care of you you KNOW your getting the best of the best and thats how I leave there feeling.
I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I was treated very rudely by the manager of the Helena MT store when I went to return my device. I will not be back!

Was super frustrated with what we were promised compared to what we were getting — until Dustin. He was willing to do more, listen, and deal with our frustrations. We ended up getting the situation fixed, and it was pretty much painless. Hope he stays around, I don’t know that we want to work with anyone else! The 5 stars are for Dustin alone.

I get what I need and nothing more. Catie is extremely helpful and does her utmost to get issues resolved. She cares for her clients. T-mobile for me was an easy. choice compared to the sorry service from Verizon.
Alex is who you want to go see hands down. Extremely knowledgeable on all products that are offered by T-Mobile and will tailor the device to your needs. Changing providers or getting new equipment can be a long process sometimes.....however, your time spent while doing this at the Helena store with Alex will be enjoyable and entertaining to pass the time smoothly. Best of all, the non stop extra gifts you will receive and Netflix service being paid for every month will blow your mind as to how much T-Mobile goes above an beyond to satisfy their customers.

They claimed they could port my number from my straight talk phone within 24 hours, it’s been 2 months and I’m still using my “temporary” number. Also they promised our bill would be roughly 110$, which was a lie. It ended up being close to 400$ a month. Would not recommend to anyone

I went into t-mobile because I was sick and tired of spending $160-180 for one line for a single guy at Verizon. The sales guy, Alex, guy with a beard. went literally above and beyond to make sure I got the phone of my choice and and the plan that was best for me. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this man did. He is just an awesome and understanding guy. The whole t mobile team at our local store is great. But bearded alex really stands out.
Both times I went in I worked with Alex (I think hes an intern or something) he did a great job getting me all setup even though he was a little slow (intern). All in all for an intern I think he did a great job. Hes basically a computer nerd wizard and managed to get the government out of my phone. Thanks Intern Alex
They were super helpful and answered all our questions well. They also told us about other offers we might have been interested in and made the process of switching two lines from two separate companies streamleas and fast. Definitely recommend them!
Alex the store manger or idk if he’s the store manger but he should be. I’ve been coming there for almost a year now and Alex hasn’t never taken advantage of me or my lack of knowledge of this stuff unfortunately that can’t be said for all the staff I’ve had a problem with one of the managers and Alex makes up for all thanks for keeping at T-mobile Alex your amazing !!

They set up a trailer at Memorial Park on Memorial day. Incredibly disrespectful. They (and other corporations) use Memorial day as an excuse to make profits. In other words, they profit off of American sacrifice. Its like saying, Hey, I know you lost your brother in Iraq or your Dad in Vietnam, but heres a cell phone for 10 percent off! A good service, but seriously - shame on you.
The staff was nice and friendly. They even drove out to our house to show wed have service. Initially the service worked ok. What we didnt expect was that over the 3 months the service would worsen. I couldnt call my spouse inside Costco. A week later I tried to call my daughter around 9 pm. Got all circuits are busy 3 times. My daughter got the incoming callsl but no one on the line. Then trying to get T-Mobile to release our phone numbers to transfer back to Verizon. Ugh! They put us on hold after 5 minutes Verizons tech support. This happened because I needed to get a text which i couldnt because we had temporary new number until our numbers were ported back to Verizon. On hold because the guy refused to let me talk to a supervisor and wanted to hang up because in his words. We are only allowed so much time per call and have to move on. I said no youve been on the line with us for only five minutes. Not once did he offer to email the confirmation information. Verizon had to end call because we were on hold over 5 minutes no supervisor got on the phone and no other representatives. Called back got a different T-Mobile rep. She was able to send the confirmation via the email for our T-Mobile account. Worst experience in a long time.So Im only giving a 2 because i think if you are not needing excellent service T-Mobile will work for you. If you travel, are a professional or just like to be connected most of the time when you need it stick with Verizon.

Ok so to start with the coverage is mediocre at best even tho they say comparable to Verizon. Second the deals u get u have to watch them due to lack of the employee doing what they say they will. And lastly we have customer service.....there is not a bit of it to be found in this store rude employees and management are a common staple. If ur thinking of switching I would warn u to these issues.
I just switched over to this company from Verizon to save in my Bill. The sales person I talked to was extremely awesome! But what actually pisses me off is I do not have service in my house or at work only txt and call... I am paying for data that I cant use I was told I will have data coverage and I dont... I havent had this phone for a week and I am done with it ..

Awful customer service. I have had a “tower go down” 3 times since August first which means i have no service whatsoever. They give no explanations just say they have no idea when it will be back up, they should have a back up plan. Many people here in Montana are not happy.
