This was a horrible experience! Came in with a simple problem should have been a simple fix. Said I needed a new sms card which they replaced. After being assisted with the phone for over 30 minutes, and after waiting over an hour to see someone, was told it wasnt the sms card, it was wiring within the phone itself. As the phone was under warranty, I called Samsung and made arrangements to return the phone for repair. Fortunately, theres another Verizon store in town. I took the phone in there to make sure my data was backed up and phone was ready to return. They had my phone working in less than 5 minutes. What a waste of time. Dont go to this Verizon store if you want help. They seem to not know much about phones.

I have gone this place to return my iPads which were bought at Hot springs AR during our Thanks giving event. I Came to know MONTANA DOESN’T HAVE SALES TAX. I Regret my self for buying these tablets at Hot springs AR and paid 82$ as sales TAX. When I ask for refund the store people said I can get 18$ from sales tax I paid at AR, which Is worst part of the VERIZON Process. They suggested me to dail *611 To talk with sales team who can help me in this matter. Disappointedly I came back to home.The store people are nice and customer friendly. They have answered all my questions.

I just got turned away from Verizon. I got a replacement from asurion I cant activate. I came to get some help and was told it was a 90 minute wait. I came back 60 minutes later and was told the store closed at 6 the sign on the door says 7 and it says 8 online. The customer service I received is absolute garbage.

Verizon does have solid network reliability in town but there are plenty of gaps and dead spots. However, I finally grew tired of being charged different amounts every month with their fees etc. Constantly calling to verify every month about why my phone bill varied 10, 20 or 30 dollars every month while my service was exactly the same. Finally went down to the store where I waited 40 minutes to have a 1 minute conversation. Nothing changed from the conversation but my carrier. I won’t be back. Goodbye Verizon. Happy to report I’m now paying much less for my service and my bill is EXACTLY the same every month. My advice. Shop around.

The staff here are amazing, got my issue sorted out rapidly after the online and phone chat Verizon had proved absolutely useless, a not uncommon occurrence. I told the manager verizon as a company is almost as bad as AT&T, but his staff is good. This is not the first time I have had to find a store to get something resolved, and likely wont be the last....

My last few visits in there were great despite that in last couple of years occasionally gets crowded during the afternoons and evenings. They do take appointments which is the best way to get serviced. The location is great and the parking is OK.

After buying several items I was offered a deal on a docking station. But they didn’t have one in stock. Said to come back in a few days to check on it. Did so several times. Still not one in stock. Checked today and they had one but refused to honor the agreement. Said I waited to long. Now who’s fault was this. I bought a phone and iPad and wish I hadn’t. This store is the most miserable store to go into. You wait an hour or more to get service. And then they bad mouth the guy you talked to in the first place. They really don’t care to help you. They get you on one thing and then refuse to honor what they started for you. It’s sad to see they really aren’t a service at all.

This particular Verizon store always has the most helpful staff and always help find what you actually need rather than sell you the latest product. I originally went in with my boyfriends family for their questions, but I was able to ask questions on my account, and I was able to get direct answers from the rep quickly. I have tried going to other Verizon stores around the state, but I always have the best luck with everything Verizon related at this Helena store!

I knew my phone and tablet were in need of upgrades. Sofia assisted me in deciding which upgrades I needed. She also assisted in transferring the information from the old phone and tablet to the new phone and tablet. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I am very pleased with the new phone and tablet. Thanks Sofia and staff.

Verizon lost 8 lines from me because I went in to see why my Gear S was blinking. I couldnt click anything so I needed help factory resetting it. Andrew, the Assistant manager did some things and when it turned on all my settings were there. I told him thats not a factory reset because it would remove all my settings. He told me I didnt know what I was talking about. I politely said, Im not sure why youre being rude. His word, I will say the same to you. Your assistant manager is creating an atmosphere to leave Verizon for another carrier, even for lesser service. That says a lot. Went back a few weeks later and he asked what I was in the store needing. I told him and he tried to help me and I politely said that I would wait for the next person. He said he will help me or I dont get helped. I left. That was the final straw and I ported all my lines away. I had 3 cell phones, 3 tablets (2 ipads and a Galaxy S3) as well as 2 Galaxy Books for my business. I dont get the cell service that Verizon has, but I get great customer service. You dont have to have the best product, but you have to have the best customer service.

Overall I like the help I get there. My last visit I had an associate go out of his way to help resolve my problem after one on the previous visit didnt seem very interested in my problem. I have had more luck in help at the store by Macys than the others.

I just went in today July 27,2017 and a lady named Anna helped me and she was extremely rude the entire time and degrading in her tone. I understand this is her job and she knows phones but she doesnt know my phone and the problems going on with it. She tried to argue with me the entire visit, didnt give any helpful advice or offer support. If you work with customers you should have better customer service and she did not!!

Everytime we come in this store we are lied to. We get told one thing and the next day its completely different and no one will admit their mistake or even attempt to fix it. We have 6 lines right now. I will not buy another phone from them. I will finish paying off the ones we have now and I will be switching service providers.

I tried to buy a new charger today. When I went into the store I told the lady what I was looking for. She grabbed the charger from a stand and walked me over to a self serve kiosk, instead of checking me out herself. I couldnt get the kiosk to work so I left. Terrible customer service. If I wanted to do self checkout, I would shop on Amazon, which I ended up doing to buy my charger. Thanks a lot Verizon.

The store of No...we cant do that.Absolutely the worst Verizon store ever. Weve been Verizon customers for well over 18 years and have never experienced (on more than one occasion) a store with staff that seem unable to conceptualize the idea of Customer Service. Buy a new phone from Apple, walk in and ask for assistance to set it up? Nope...We dont do that. Dear Manager (or Verizon Regional Manager) Please do something about this location. Its NOT what our experience of 18 years with your company represents! What a dissapointment.

Would not help. I have 300 in gift cards does not say inly go in certain phones. So they wont refund the 300 they just told me screw you. They say they wont guarentee any gift card or work to make customer happy.

The last 2 months that I have gone in to pay my bill, the kiosk has been unable to print my receipt or email my receipt. The workers have been rude and treated me like I was wasting their time when I asked them to print my receipt! Very unhappy with their attitudes!

Ive gone through hell trying to find WiFi phone that will work on my property. Finally!!! Verizon had the phone at a reasonable price. Showed me how WiFi calling works. Now I can get rid of the satellite phone that doesnt work.

Went there because of an issue with the calls dropping and signal strength. They did no more than the last time I was there, basically nothing. I am paying for protection coverage month and they seem reluctant to acknowledge the phone is garbage (Pixel XL) and replace it with something that works. They replaced this phone once before when it started having a different issue, without blinking an eye. Of course they replaced it with a refurbished phone, not another new phone. I think Google made a bunch of junk and jumped at the chance to pickup some of the Note 7 replacement business. Biggest mistake I ever made, getting a Google phone.

When I went in for help, I was so mistreated by the young, chubby brunette woman who works here... I had spent a ton of money on a non-activateable Verizon phone and was trying to figure out how to switch from straight talk to Verizon prepaid. i became flustered, confused when I was appraoached by this horrible woman who was so short with me, acted disgusted with my child, rolled her eyes and did everything she could to not help us. I was surprised and hurt at how quickly she pushed us out the door saying theres nothing i will do to help, sorry you wasted so much money on us and oh youre baby is trying to touch our things. Bye.Turns out i am not switching to verizon.
