I live in helena and I have never had so many problems with my past call phone companys. I have had my plan changed with out my Knowledge. Charges on my phone that could not be explained. I have been trying to up grade my phone to the newer phone I have now and have been told for 6 months that a shipment is coming in and I will be put on a list and get a call when it does come in. After the first time the response was we just sold the last one so I can put you on a list for the next shipment and give you a call when it does. Now I had prime video as part of my plan and now Im told I have to pay for it or change my plan!!! This company is a joke.
I always enjoy going into MetroPCS. Its a lot better than the other phone stores.
Ive had the service for years now and I normally have great customer service experiences, but I moved to Helena from missoula and the woman working is never wearing a mask and I find it so disrespectful
I came in to buy a phone today and the girl working wasn’t wearing a mask. As someone who is immune compromised I found this highly disrespectful especially when there are signs inside and outside the building that say “masks required”. Straight talk will have my business moving forward.
The woman who helped me some time ago was the rudest woman i have encountered in a customer service setting in quite some time. I came in to consider switching back to metro and left certain I would not.
Current manager will take your number out of the system and harrass you on different numbers if she doesnt like you/make you mad. Would. It recommended going there
Great deal. Saving our family $150 from our previous provider. They were wonderful when my husband & son set up when we were switching providers. Was very helpful, knowledgeable, & quick.Had a few issues with service being down a couple of times but hasnt happened since. Overall happy with service & of course saving money.
This is the second time this month been without service. Cant make calls or text. Cant receive texts or receive calls either What if I needed to get a hold of m husband in an emergency or get a hold of our kids? When we switched a couple months ago set up was a breeze and employees helpful but beyond that seems like they could care less about their paying customers. Should be able to get the services we are paying for. Going on 10 hours without service!
The lady working had a great personality and great customer service I definitely highly recommend.

We came in here several months ago looking to gather new information about a different service plan and they offered two free phones with both of us switching over to Metro PCS. The staff was accommodating and very knowledgeable nice place to come if youre looking to get a decent cell phone and a decent cell phone service MetroPCS is connected with T-Mobile so thats the service youll be using

This place is a joke! They will tell you what you want to hear to make you switch over, then completely screw you over. Dont waste your time with these con artists. Im going back to straight talk, at least I know my phone will work again.

I dont know if anyone else has this problem but every week at least once a week my husband and I loose all 4G service cant make or receive calls or texts. The 866 number customer service never helps. I am sick of paying for service Im not getting!

I’d give no stars but it wasn’t an option! Nothing but problems that they aren’t able to resolve!! We don’t live by the store and can’t get assistance online either! I’ve driven to the store in Helena, MT twice this week and a new person has been there alone that can’t help! Don’t switch!!
