3 stars because this place looks nice when you enter but the service could be better the girls didnt look to happy to be working and nobody smiled. The ice cream itself was pretty good but the churros, cookies and brownies tasted like they were store bought. They were cold and kind of hard to chew compared to other spots weve tried. Overall this will be one time experience for us.

Customer service was great! Prompt and professional. They wear mask for everyones safety and my smoosh was absolutely wonderful! Ill definitely be back!

For quite a while I searched for a place similar to Stacked on N. Fry Rd and I found one! I roughly payed $15 for two of these. Vanilla ice cream is honestly refreshing and good, although I am lactose. They were good but I do wish they were warmed up a bit. The ladies in the front could really care less because it looked like she wanted to leave, so customer service is okay but needs improvement. Place is clean, came around 9PM. Its good and I would come back because it was good. Flavours were not all that though, kind of limited in variety and ways to combine for it to go well with certain toppings.

My son and I popped in while in town for a Football game. Nice location. The grab and go was ok but there wasnt any obvious designated seating area other than a neighboring restaurant.

Terrible customer service! I mean no welcome in, no have a great day nothing at all. Even when they passed me my order they didn’t even say a word. Just put it on the counter. It was my first time coming here and they didn’t even try to explain to me how to order. Will not be returning to this location at all

Super ice cream! They have a nice variety of flavors and lots of toppings. I got the brownie sundae. To me, its the best value. You get a choice of cookie, brownie, churro, or donut, 1scoop of ice cream, 2 toppings, and whipped cream. It is a must try!

Yummy are desserts but it’s really annoying when you order $60 worth of ice cream for delivery, ask for utensils/spoons to eat the ice cram with and they don’t give you any. Also the straws for the milkshake are super low quality - they’ve cracked while someone was drinking a milkshake on 2 different occasions. Last but not least, ordered a brownie milkshake to be delivered along with everything else and 1. There was no brownie? 2. I paid extra for marshmallows and there weren’t any marshmallows. I don’t mind paying a lot if I get what I ask for - but many things I asked for (and paid for!) were missing.

This was excellent! We got them delivered, and these came in great self-contained packages and was still the perfect temperature. The vast combination options plus the later hours made this the perfect evening treat!

I am not a big dessert person; however their desserts are creative and top notch. High quality ingredients, classic cereal toppings, soft baked cookies, and the shakes with big straws that never clog.The only downgrade from a 5 star is the wait. Pro: everything is super freshly made. Con: There arent many people working so only a few orders made at a time.

Walked in on a whim after dinner and was told by the employee “you can’t be in here without a mask.” When we asked if they had any disposable ones they just said “no but you can’t be in here.” Apparently my coworker had a similar experience. If that is going to be the policy, which is their right, masks should at least be provided. There are also much more courteous ways of informing customers of that policy. It’s a bummer too because I live right down the street and would have probably frequented this place..

Overall we enjoyed the place. Wish there was a little more seating inside. Greatest thing was they have a ton of options for cookie and ice cream!

Attitude from nearly everyone (except one lady with blonde highlights, she was the only nice one). Horrible. We get it, 30 minutes before closing, but if you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t take it out on the customers ladies.

We drove 30 minutes to try this fun place. Unfortunately we were met with attitude. The guy seemed like we were bothering him. He asked if I wanted my sandwich warmed and I said sure, but it was cold when I got it. Not sure what that was about. The cookie and ice cream were good, but not worth the trouble. Go buy the stuff and make it at home. Dont bother with it here.

VERY RUDE STAFF. Company refused to give our family service because we did not have masks on hand with us. When we asked if they could provide masks they refused and said they only had them for staff. There’s a nicer way to do things, we will not be giving this place our business even if we had masks.

Finally tried Smoosh Cookie truck and was disappointed. It’s suppose to be one the places to visit for some ice cream. Depending on when you visit they can be out of certain cookies and ice cream. Pricing is okay. We visited and they were out of chocolate chip cookies and chocolate ice cream. So I ordered peanut butter cookie sandwich with peanut butter brownie ice cream. The cookies were hard and I really didn’t like the sandwich being served in a paper bag. The bag made it hard to eat. I would have preferred it to be served to me in a small paper bowl or plate. The ice cream was okay, but a little icy. I won’t be going back again.

You get two cookies and smush ice cream in between! Or if you want, a brownie and cookie instead! Yummy!I ordered a brownie and double chocolate cookie with peanut butter cup ice cream in between. With chocolate sauce on top.

Took my daughter and best friend to the W18th location for the first time last night and the customer service was poor. Employees were dry and lackluster. At the very least, as a patron, I expect a welcome in or a thank you... FYI, there is not a shortage of dessert bars in Houston.

I was completely underwhelmed. The cookie part of my dessert was hard and not warmed up. The wait staff seemed ready to go home and impatient. For the price, I expected a better experience and product. I say try Smoosh once to check it out because maybe it was an off day, but I see other reviewers leaving similar comments.

I have been to two different locations and Ive had the ice cream sandwich three times. Every single the time the cookie has been hard as a rock! It shouldnt be like that when biting into an ice cream sandwich. Even after telling the employees to warm it up, its still hard. I thought the cookies were fresh? Extremely disappointed. There are better places than this pace.

Its a great concept, but both the cookies and the ice cream were pretty meh.

Came here to try the dessert and while it was tasty, we were sorely disappointed by the customer service. There were 3 girls working (they all looked maybe high school/college age). Each of them met customers with an attitude. They messed up my order and after trying to reexplain it three times I gave up. I’d rather give business to restaurants who care about their customers.

I loved it. Was really good. Felt like they were rushing me to order.

Have known these guys since they first started as a food truck. Still haven’t visited the store yet, I plan to. But anything I’ve tried here so far has been absolutely spot on! Staff are extremely helpful and polite, and wait times are usually pretty quick.

Staff is horribly rude. We went in the other day to grab some ice cream after dinner and were refused service due to the fact we had no masks because we are fully vaccinated and have been since March. Keep in mind, this policy does not follow the science through the CDC, NIAID, etc (or even Fauci’s leaked emails) Anyway, they required masks and we had none on hand. They didn’t have any to offer us. The staff were masked and shielded by masses of plexiglass. Through our encounter numbers of other groups were told the same and most left without ordering at all. Smoosh is an absolute joke. They need to get with the science and update their policies.

It’s June 2021, and we were still told they wouldn’t serve me or my wife unless we were wearing masks. Then they said they would make us pay for masks. Not going to support them anymore!

The ice cream sandwich was hard as a rock. Was asked if I wanted mine warm but was still cold when handed to me. After asking if it could be warmed up again sense it was cold, I received a lot of attitude from an employee. The costumer service was not very nice at all. Please take your money some where else.

The ice cream was creamy and delicious, customer service was great, and the double chocolate chip cookie was amazing.

The cookie was cold for the cookie sandwich. Then I took it in to get it reheated, and it was still cold. The server said that the cookie warmer didnt touch the top..so i took it and say ok. Bad...and my girlfriend’s iced cream cone was stale. Not coming back and I’m disappointed. For ten dollars it should have been better.

YOU HAVE TO GO. They have a great variety of “bread” and ice cream for your ice cream sandwich. The best part is that they smoosh/grill it at the very end so the hot cookie/churro/donut/etc melts and presses into the ice cream. Definitely the best ice cream sandwich in Houston. Also, they have a pretty good loyalty program and friendly staff! My pup enjoys visiting too!

Food truck meets cookies+ice cream =HELLO! I stopped by for the first time and I got an ice cream sandwich. Butter pecan ice cream, between oatmeal raisin cookies. It was HEAVEN! The ice cream was perfect, not too sweet....not too hard/soft. The cookies were thick, chewy and super fresh. The price point was decent, $3.75 I believe. The female attendant was very nice and helpful. I will definitely return for another awesome creation!

The cookies are delicious. The ice cream flavors that we had were really tasty! They have enough flavors to quench everyone’s cravings for a cold treat! They have lots of GF flavors too! While their food was great, the service was not! The gentleman serving us was super unfriendly and didn’t seem too happy about having customers. I understand people have less than great days, but this was the second time with this exact experience. The quality of the food is important, but the quality of the service is a huge component in whether we will revisit a place again or not. I don’t think we will be coming back here.

We were kicked out because my five-year old did not have a mask. The server was very rude and refused to serve us even if the kids waited outside.

I have to stay away from this place or Ill be as big as Texas (they do say everything is bigger in Texas though...lol)! The fact that you can pick not one but TWO different cookies to create your sandwich and theyll warm up the ice cream sandwich (dont worry its just a light warm up...it wont melt) is dessert heaven. Being the chocoholic that I am, I ordered a Red Velvet Cookies, Double Chocolate Chip Cookie, Blue Cookie Crunch Ice Cream (its really blue...like Cookie Monster), and topped it off with Sprinkles! Cute atmosphere with lots of Instaworthy photo ops.

Plenty of ice cream and cookie options! They also heat up the cookies to order(if wanted) which gives you a nice contrast between warm and cold.

It was ok. Im afraid to tally up calories! I had white chocolate cookies with vanilla ice cream. I know...boring. I could only eat one cookie and some ice cream. Big no no was that they didnt accept cash. I know were going digital soon but its still America and everyone should still accept cash. Just my personal pet peeve. They do have regular ice cream cones too. Not soooo many calories...:)

Its a small place but its really neat inside. Looks very professional and the woman who was serving me my cookie sandwich was very generous! I enjoyed this place a lot. Definitely would come again some time soon.

Incredible ice cream sandwiches. Starts with melt in your mouth cookies that they warm just a tad and then slater so much ice cream in between. Plus they are under $5! For two cookies and ice cream??!! It’s a steal!!

My visit here at SMOOSH Cookies was great. Nice and clean place, always enjoy a place like this. You can eat your ice cream outside. They have a sitting area to enjoy the day

Delicious and great experience. I was super indecisive because they have some many tasty options but the staff was patient and helpful. This wasnt just a trendy looking place the ice cream and cookies were really good. Make sure you get your sandwich heated. I cant wait to go back!

I would recommend this place but unfortunately due to the COVID outbreak we drove all the way from cypress to try them but they couldnt even do basic customer service by posting that you need a mask in order to have service. As an owner Id highly recommend advertising any updates to to COVID so you can maximize customers. I will try this later but frankly this was a disappointing trip and wasted gas because of laziness.

Good cookies, really nice ice cream, lots of options (including gluten free or no sugar added). Credit cards only. A little on the pricey side, but this is the Heights.
