My note 10 plus has been great until it wouldnt boot back up. I had checked out a few options but no one was able to fix it then I went to my Carrier and they had referred me here. They not only were able to get my phone backup and running which involved having to update new software. also were able to recover all of my information contact and passwords. Very friendly and experienced staff Im bringing my computer to them

I came in because my phone was acting very slow, and I knew because it was a new phone it had to be something else it couldnt be the phone luckily for me it was a simple setting that I didnt even know about. However the guys at the shop were able to solve it for me pretty quick!! And I was in and out and I appreciate it very much.

My Samsung phone would not allow me to open links from my email anymore. My phone is an incredibly good condition and I had no indication that it would be anything actually wrong with my device so I took it into the shop after a brief conversation I discovered it might only be a software update that my phone needs and I may not even need to spend any money to fix it or replace my phone. Workers in the Lancaster store were awesome. I needed a battery for an IPOD classic replaced. CPR Cell Phone Repair were happy to assist me. They needed to order the battery, but that only took few days. I spoke with the owner when I picked up my IPOD. What a great guy, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping his customers. I was very pleased with the service I received and will use them again for any electronic repair needs I have in the future.

Found this place because they were the top result of a google search, and they had really good reviews. I took my phone in for a cracked screen repair. They had a replacement screen in stock and were able to fix my phone in an hour! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Im glad I decided to try fixing my screen because they said the damage to the screen would have only gotten worse and left my phone susceptible to water damage if I hadnt replaced it. I cant speak to how their prices compare to other stores, but it seemed reasonable to me. Would definitely go back to them if I ever have any other electronic repair issues.

I’ve driven past this place multiple times and the store front definitely catches the eye. So when my son shattered the front of his tablet I went in to get it repaired since I’ve seen it so many times. Well turns out replacement would cost as much as a used tablet to replace it. Totally fine by me so I got to walk out with another tablet for my son as a happy shopper. Would return again for all my electronic needs (they also have some fun gaming accessories and PC builds that I would like to check out in the future).

These guys here are the truth!! I bought a used phone online and every since it’s been giving me issues. I came here because now it wouldn’t turn on. When they opened it they could tell it was worked on before and slapped together and sold on a site I trusted too! The battery was worn and never taped down. Next phone I buy it’s from these guys. I’m just happy they could fix my phone I didn’t want to go buy another one after just buying this one.

I brought in my phone under the impression it had a virus, luckily the technician Angel I work with educated me on it just being a setting and I didnt have to buy a whole new phone or spend any money to solve my problem this time which is always nice whenever it comes to fixing anything.

Today the three young men that helped us were awesome. They were very informative and efficient. I brought in an iPhone XR to have the speakerfixed and a screen repair. After they looked at it the speaker just needed a real good cleaning which took about 5 minutes and the screen repair took less then an hr. This wasn’t my first time here and it won’t be my last. These guys are great! I highly recommend.

I made my appointment the day before for my lunch break. I went in there at my scheduled time, the employees are super nice and very informative. I was told it would be ready by 3 and I headed back to work. Shortly after getting back to work, I received a call from an employee saying my phone was all done. IT WAS DONE IN A HOUR!!! They really did deliver that 1 hour time promise, and my phone was pretty badly cracked on the front and back! I will definitely be returning here for all my future phone issues!

Phone screen broke, was recommended to stop in. They took a look and noticed I would be out a cellphone for the weekend. With closing time approaching these guys rushed to fix the issue before sending me home with a broken cell phone for the weekend. My Samsung s21 plus randomly started not showing any picture. I came to this store an hr after they closed but the owner Tu-Sean was very helpful, quickly diagnosised my issue and stayed late to repair my phone and gave me good advice on how to take preventive measures. I am extra thankful for the two guys who stayed back and will be recommending anyone with computer or phone repair needs to them!

This place is awesome. I went in about 45 minutes before close on a Friday, and not only were they attentive and courteous, but they made sure to get my phone screen fixed before close. When I came back 5 minutes before close, they had my phone ready and even offered to keep it on the charger until it powered on so I could check the work. My first time using them was definitely a success. Would absolutely recommend them and will be returning in the future.

I brought my galaxy s9+ here because it would not turn on. they told me that in order to see what the problem was with the phone they would have to take the screen off and inspect the insides and that for them to do this it would cost $35. I agreed to this because $35 seemed like a fair price. about one week later they called me and said that they were done with the phone and that I could come pick it up. I was so exited! the lady working there handed me the phone and said “that’ll be $375”. I was so mad :(. $375??? I said, I thought you said $35. I then asked to see a rundown of the services provided to see why my bill had gone up $280. she showed me the transcript and this is what it said. screen removal fee $110, new screen $225, and new battery $45. I asked why they charged me for a new screen when the screen was perfectly fine when I brought it in. she didn’t know what to say about this so she went into the back and brought out the guy in charge. he told me that while removing the screen they had broken it and had to replace it in order to put the phone back together. I was enraged!! I told him that if they broke it they should replace it for free. But then he showed me the disclaimer I signed when dropping my phone off. It said that I would have to pay for any damages incurred by the mechanics working on the phone. This caused me to be even more angry. I called him a sneaky scumbag and told him I would not be paying for a screen I didn’t break. I told them they could keep the phone but they would be losing a customer. I will not be returning.

This is my go to place whenever I am having electronic issues. Most places I go to I feel they don’t have patience or good help but they are always kind and help me not only solve the problem but how to prevent it and to write the passwords down. Now I have everything saved for whenever it ask for passwords or log-ins.

I rely heavily on my Samsung Note 8 for work and this evening it randomly gave out. I went to ubreakifix and they could not give me any answers. Verizon recommended me to them and they instantly knew the problem. This model and the other s8 have what he told me was a Power management chip issue. Fast and did it an Hr after they. Closed. I had this big crack in my screen and I stopped into CPR. The tech quickly identified That it was just the screen protector that was broken and not my screen fortunately I actually have extra at home so instead of having to replace my screen I just had to replace the screen protector and I appreciate the honesty rather than just trying to sell me a screen repair that I didn’t need!

I had to purchase a new phone from Verizon on Fruitville pike because my old one just randomly stopped working. I was not able to get any of my information because I’m logged into the wrong Apple ID.Verizon had sent me over here and they were not only able to recover any of my information but these folks were able to reset my Apple ID information and get everything corrected so I didn’t share the same account with my wife. Honestly I loved it here. I came to get my phone screen fixed because after I went to the mall my screen was all messed up. As someone who is more timid and has a hard time sticking up for themselves this place was amazing. They never made me feel like i couldn’t ask a question or they were bothered by me. Not only was the service great but their products are unmatched. I ended up leaving today with a slightly used iPhone 11 Pro Max for 50 dollars down. Again super nice environment and great staff. My Samsung s7 randomly gave out the other day and I lost thousands of photos. After going to a few of the other shops around here I was referred to CPR Lancaster and I am very impressed by how they handled so many customers on a Sunday including my complicated problem.
