They were able to tell if my battery could be charged, which it couldnt. Then gave me a core rebate towards my new one.

Honored the warranty, as promised,and very quickly! He also gave me some pointers to make the battery last longer.I got an expensive laptop battery for my Dell e6520. 97 Watt hours. Made in China.On or before 5 months after purchase, it started declining to the point where when I unplugged the charger cord it said there were four minutes left. Within 30 seconds it was down to 80% another minute it was down to 60%. Interstate Battery is replacing this battery.He also said its good to charge the battery, then unplug the charger cord and use the battery down to 25% before recharging. It keeps it fresh.
