Dr. Wooldridge and all his staff are so very knowledgeable, kind and willing to go the extra mile or maybe two for an amazing experience before and after my Cataract removal surgery! Dr. Anderson has such excellent surgical technique and bedside manner that this surgery was a very pleasant experience! These professional people really truly care!

I cant say enough good about the good doctors and staff at the Eye Foundation of Utah. My eyes have always been HORRIBLE now I see 20/20! Everyone was wonderful from top to bottom. Friendly, professional - they did a great job all the way around. If I had a loved one that needed the job done right, I would recommend these guys!

My experience at the Eye Foundation of Utah was great!!! From the moment I walked into the office until I left I received exceptional service. The staff is friendly, caring and helpful. The appointment took some time but I felt the staff was very thorough and covered all the bases. The staff was very professional and the doctor answered any questions I had. Would I go there again? Absolutely. I feel comfortable knowing that their knowledge and expertise of my condition will help my eyes stay healthy.

I loved the eye foundation! I didnt mind at all waiting for my appointment, because the waiting room was comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and inviting. They make you feel at ease and explain procedures to you very well. They make sure to answer all of your questions and make doubly sure you understand what personal responsibility you have at home as part of your treatment to give you the best results that you can get. The doctors are knowledgeable and very open to listen to and answer your questions and concerns.

I recently had eye surgery to remove a cataract in my left eye. Dr. Wilcox did the surgery. I couldnt be more pleased. Dr. Wilcox did a wonderful job. The procedure was both quick and painless. The surgery was done two days ago. I have gone from wearing glasses full time to no glasses now. I dont normally write reviews such as this, but I would like anyone anticipating eye surgery to rest assured, you will have the best of care from the Eye Foundation and Dr. Wilcox.Martin Joyner

Poor customer service, poor communication and an overall terrible office through billing experience.There are other specialists in the area that seem to care more about servicing the patient.

I am always impressed with the kindness and professional service I get. I have been coming here for years and have always had everyone ready and willing to answer all questions. You hear laughter and kind words from everyone patients, doctor and staff which makes it a comfortable and good experience.

Today was probably my sixth or seventh visit to the Eye Foundation due to severe dry eyes. It was a pleasant experience as usual. I am always greeted by kind employees and promptly taken back to my appointment. All of the employees are welcoming by making sure youre comfortable and even offering water and candy. They are sincere and make sure to ask how things are going. Nicole is always very sweet and friendly. Dr Wooldridge has been very helpful. I feel comfortable with him because he is competent and knowledgeable. I have been to 3 other ophthalmologists before now and this has been the best experience. Cloey and the other receptionists have been very accommodating with scheduling and very kind. I have been impressed with all employees and would mention names but they elude me for now. Thanks for all your help. On the road to healthier eyes!

The staff is INCREDIBLE! Dr. Howse is Amazing!!! I highly recommend!!

My 80 year old mother went in to get an eye exam.She paid her $40.00 co-pay and then had her appointment. When she left they charged her $50.00 more for what they called a prescription consultation.I called to ask what that was, they said all eye companies do it. They said that they asked if she wanted her new prescription, and of course she said yes. Then they proceeded to consult her, hence charge her an additional $50.00, for a prescription consultation.When I go to the eye doctor, they hand over my eye prescription at the end of the doctor visit and dont charge me any more than my appointment cost. She was sooo stressed and absolutely did not understand what had happened.Shame on them for doing that to an 80 year old who cant stand up for herself.

We were in the waiting room for 55 minutes before being taken back to wait in multiple rooms for different testing. After 2 hours still havent seen the doctor.
