Horrible customer service. Holly was very rude and she seemed like she didn’t like her job. I also told her I was only interested in frames only and I wanted to get my lens elsewhere: without checking she said “we can’t do that” explain to her what I was told by my vision insurance, she automatically made it sound like I was lying. I was also told by her colleague I was able too. I had the worst experience at this place.
I was hesitant about getting LASIK for quite a while and decided to call one day and get some more information and the front desk staff was so nice and helpful, they made me feel comfortable enough to schedule my appointment and get over my fear of LASIK. Dr. Lin did my surgery and she is amazing! She walked me through the entire thing and I was overall very satisfied with her and the service of the entire staff. Myrna was also wonderful and helped to ensure that I felt comfortable with everything and gave me some really great tips! I was able to see pretty clearly just a few hours after the procedure. I definitely recommend going here!
I just got Lasik yesterday from Dr. Mifflin and staff and it was the best experience ever! I can see better than perfect vision at 20/15 vision! During the surgery, Dr. Mifflin talked me through everything they were doing and it kept me very calm throughout the surgery. It was a painless and surprisingly quick procedure. Myrna was awesome too, she walked me through everything I should expect from the surgery and shes a very sweet and knowledgeable lady. I highly recommend getting your surgery done by Dr. Mifflin. Very professional, experienced, and an awesome guy. If you were ever worried about getting Lasik done, go here. Youre in very good hands.
Dr. Meyers is the best. Sooo knowledgeable about keratoconus. Such a relief to find a really good doctor who knows what hes doing. I cant recommend him enough! 😊
I am absolutely appalled by the workers at this location. I went in to get an eye exam to find out my prescription for glasses and contacts. The doctor was very friendly, but the staff messed up almost all my paper work. I received my prescription for contacts and I went into a store to try them on, but I could not see out of my right eye because I had received the wrong prescription for my right eye. I went in to talk to them, and they got back to me a week later. I went into the store again with the new prescriptions and I did not like my contacts, so I went into Moran Eye Center again to talk with the Doctor. The Doctor recommended a sharper resolution, and recommended another brand. Now, the brand that I paid so much money for doesnt fit my eye curve and is a pain to take off. I only wear those contacts for special events, and even so, my eyes irritate the hell out of me and I never feel like my eyes can breathe through them. I didnt co-pay $200 with insurance and pay tons for my contacts for my bad experience. Never coming back again.
Very well kept facility, but SLOW SLOW SLOW. Had an appointment at 10:15, at 11:10 I was finally taken to the initial exam room where they did a basic eye exam. I was then sent to a dilation room where I sat and waited for over an hour to finally be taken to the exam room, where I once again had to sit and wait for the Dr. to come in 15 minutes later. It is now 2:48 and I am finally leaving. They seriously need to re examin the way they schedule patients because being seen over 2 hours after my appointment time is unacceptable customer service.I will not be returning to this location.
I had my first visit at this location of the Moran Eye Center and had a really positive experience. My visit was a complete 180 from the other vision clinic that I went to a couple weeks ago. The parking is a lot easier at this location. From scheduling to the actual appt, everyone was very friendly and helpful. My appt was with Dr. Vincent and he was really awesome, I didnt feel like just another patient, he was attentive, pleasant and sharp. I definitely will come back to this location, also theyre not even covered by my insurance plan, which is due to my insurance not Moran Eye clinic. Three thumbs up from me.
The U makes it so hard to get the treatment you need and/or want.I made an appointment for contact lenses for my son. I have to go to the U because they are in network. So we have the appointment and he gets the exam, we are then told he has to have contact lenses training, we are sent to a person, but instead of getting the training we have to schedule it. And then once the training is complete he gets a pair of contacts to wear for a week then we have to come back. So all in all we have to go Moran 3 times, just to try a pair of contacts???? Why does the U make it so hard to get care? This happens all over the U.
I loved this facility and all of Dr. Mifflin’s team. Especially Myrna, she is the sweetest and most informative person I’ve met in the medical world. I received LASIK here and my surgery went so smooth, I’ve been raving to family and friends ever since. They kept me calm even though I was scared crazy. I can see perfectly now thanks to these guys and I’ll be forever grateful.
Ami Lin the goat no cap
First and last time I will ever go here. Called the office for two and a half weeks straight and never ended up getting my contact prescription. I had to end up getting another eye exams elsewhere to get my prescription.
Good
I wished to find the right doctor but I am still wishing 😞
Everyone was great, friendly!
