I’ve gone to Pearle Vision ever since I was a kid the people used to be super super helpful and nice but now the doctor keeps getting snarky if I say I’m ok for today on the dilation and their selection on glasses aren’t amazing but the staff is really nice this new doctor didn’t screw up my prescription this time like the last one did

Ordered a pair of Oakley prescription glasses always satisfied with the brand. Purchased the insurance plan with them. Needed to use the plan for the lenses, had swirling scratches in them. New lenses arrived went to have them put in my frames th the Lense manufacturers had made them to small. I was told they must not have had a pattern for my frames. How does a manufacture not have the pattern for a well name brand ( Oakley ) on hand ? Pearl Vision wanted to send my frames to the Lense manufacturer so gge could make the lenses correctly. Need my glasses to drive so I left with my glasses and old lenses. Is it my problem the lense manufacture didn’t have the what they needed to perform there wok ? Should I have been with glasses I need for driving and I am a truck driver. So Pearl vision has lost a customer for life In a matter of 20 minutes due ti there lense manufacture and there employees wanting me to go without my glasses that I need for my career. Never had this kind of problem with Lense Crafters over 10 years with them thank god my new insurance is accepted at Lense Crafters. Don’t waste your time with Pearl Vision like I did .

Pearl Vision in Murray is excellent. I get my eyes checked by them 2X per year. I get my eye glasses from them when my vision changes. Very professional. Very accommodating. Their optometrists always take the time to explain things and review my options.

Very friendly, great selection in contacts and glasses. They even have a more advance eye test that replaces getting your eye dilated. With this test, you don’t have to get your eyes dilated and they look into the condition of your eyes by taking pictures of it. It’s a very cool test that I haven’t seen at other places and it seems more advance. I would highly recommend coming here for anyone

I went to the location Murray I dont really know if they have another location but that was just the one that was closest to my house. The doctor was an older gentleman he was super nice and thorough and the girls at the front desk were very awesome I had to try on probably 40 to 50 different pair of glasses. The girl that was helping me remained calm and was not impatient I believe her name was Lorie*. I had to try on so many different pair because I have a big head I guess its kind of my fault if there was anything I would change is just them carrying bigger/wider glasses. She checked a bunch of frames that I like to see if they came in different sizes and I think a lot of this is on the manufacturers because a lot of the ones I liked they didnt make bigger. but I still gave a five star rating because their customer service and facility was so great

I’ve been getting my eye exam, contacts, & glasses at Pearle Vision in Murray for the past five years. It’s been fun to see the improvements to the office & the technology they use. While the staff has changed over the years the quality of service has improved! Yesterday Laurie and I were actually laughing and chatting quite a bit while she was helping me check out. It’s so nice to feel comfortable & confident in the care you are receiving! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Really a fantastic fitting for my contacts, I have never had an optometrist actually check and make sure that the contacts fit my eye properly and Im not damaging my eye. Turns out Ive been wearing the wrong contact for the past 5 years. Now Im on the path to finding the correct ones. And Olga is really a fantastic customer service representative! Definitely the best customer service around.

Great experience. The testing was very thorough, the eye doctor was kind and patient. And the rest of the staff was patient and helpful. I appreciated that they asked what I wanted on my prescription rather than just ordering extra stuff to make more money. Will return.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not impressed with the optometrist that we saw but I suppose he’s competent. Given that we were simply ordering new lenses for our existing frames the prices were on the high side. Since we were traveling, we needed to have the lenses shipped and we weren’t given an accurate delivery timeframe. And found out today that we have to pay extra to have them shipped when they could have been sent directly to where we planned to be. Waiting on the lenses now and will have to travel 150 miles to have them installed and fitted. Only guarantee I can make is that we will not be using Pearle Vision in the future.

Ive been getting my eye exams and my glasses here for the last 4 or 5 years I think. Two pair each year. Dr. Gray is really great and is thorough in his exams. The gals who work the sales floor are also really friendly and are good at recommending frames that will look good on you.

I came into Pearle Vision to get my annual eye exam. It was a great experience They helped me pick the frames that were best fitting form my face. I was very impressed and will return to this location and business!

I found the receptionist to be very sweet, helpful and willing to answer questions. I had been in once before and the doctor was late. Same thing happened today. But I guess if your the doc you can do whatever you want. He was pretty helpful as well. He seemed tired and like he didn’t want to be there. But no big deal, we all have those days. My only gripe and the loss of a star was the cleanliness of the exam room. It was 10am and they just opened, I didn’t see a single customer before me yet their garbages were all over flowing. Also the cover they use to cover one eye, was caked with some weird white stuff, possibly the cleaner itself... you can be the judge.

Super friendly, quick and a painless. They understood my needs and definitely met them. They knew what they were doing and I was comfortable the whole time. A plus!

I went in to see if some one could help me put my lenses in to a new frame I had purchased online, Dani was very helpful and tried to achieve the task. however the lenses didnt fit. I also wanted to have the temples removed from my old glasses and and put on the new ones as we could not get the old ones anywhere. When we found that the lenses did not fit the new classes she went online and helped us find the exact frames that we wanted and helped us order them on my smart phone. I have been a getting my glasses and exams and contacts at pearl vision for years and have asked them to help me find these frames before, but since they did not carry them I could not get any help, I have been gluing them for over 2 yrs now. Dani was amazing and the best person we have ever worked with there. I was so impressed with her.

Never had an eye exam before and lm 23 years old. Awesome experience here at Pearle Vision. The staff was so helpful and kind. Tim helped me find the perfect frames that looked good on me. He was super nice and even stayed late and didnt rush me to make sure I was taken care of.

Horrible customer service !!! Ive spent thousands in this store over the years~ daily contacts, 3 pairs of prescription glasses with brand name frames .. I sent my Dad here who has also spent thousands over the years on prescription lenses with top of the line frames .. Stopped by this weekend to exchange a box of contacts and order a couple more and the manager seemed pretty put out, she was insulting my choice of daily contacts, not very popular people have a love hate I truly dont sale very many so let me take 15 minute to look up the price I had my decision made before I walked in the door, I was not there to shop, only to offer them more of my money . I did not feel like a customer at all ! Myself and my family will not be back!!!

My Wife and I had an appointment at this location and once we arrived, we were told the doctor could only see one of us. This was due them double booking one of our time slots. They had given precedence over the more recent double booking, and they couldn’t honor one of the previously scheduled appointment.This has resulted in several hours of wasted time on our end has been a major inconvenience.We will be shopping for a new doctor.

Poor customer services, waited around for ten minutes was t even acknowledged, it’s damn near impossible to order a product from this company because your at the mercy of customer,ms, if there’s more than two people in the shop, you’ll be waiting for hours and the sales clerks just blab on with their clients and they don’t even acknowledge people as they walk into the store. I have never had such poor service. My daughter did not appreciate the doctor. When it came time to order, they were so over priced and thats with insurance. We waited 3 weeks for lenses and finally got our money back. We took our business else where and paid out of pocket to a place we knew would get them done in a week. And it was cheaper without insurance. We will never be back to pearl vision.

If you get a coupon from your insurance for $25 off a complete pair of glasses or rx sunglasses for Pearl Vision, make sure you bring it in on your first visit when you order/purchase your glasses. I learned the hard way which leaves a sour taste in my mouth. They were not willing to apply this when I went in to pick up my glasses and pay the remaining balance. Card states, Coupon required at time of purchase and may be combined with vision insurance benefits and in store offers so it was only because I did not present it on my first visit which they pressured me into buying the glasses at the store when I told them I was going to another eyewear company to make the same purchase. Therefore I didnt have the coupon on me initially on this visit since my intention was to go elsewhere . I would just think they would be more understanding for a $25 coupon when I spend hundreds of dollars in their store. My glasses were great. I spoke to Elizabeth and then she called Tim and they both declined. Coupon is valid til 3/2/19. And if they say I was not a customer, this is flat out nonsense. My legal first name is different than the name I use here on google which I can happily provide if they say I am not a customer.

Ive never been to an eye-care clinic that seemed to care about me as much as Pearle Vision. Ive been to several places over the last 18 years or so and never felt strongly enough to be a loyal customer, but after visiting Pearle Vision for the first time last week Ive decided this will be my permanent eye-care solution.

Worst experience EVER! The receptionist is extremely rude. She literally rolled her eyes at me and talked under her breath when I had questions about my insurance. The doctor was too occupied with construction and didnt care ever. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Definitely calling corporate and giving them a piece of my mind too. Avoid at all costs!

I order a pair of prescription sunglasses here. After a week, they arrived, but with only one lense. They ordered new lenses. After another week, the lenses arrived. When I tried on the glasses with the new lenses, the lense popped out immediately. The lense didnt fit the frame properly. They ordered new lenses and frames. Two weeks later, they called me and said my glasses were finally ready. When I went in to pick them up, there were no lenses, just frames. At this point I asked for a refund. They tried to convince me that they could get new lenses in soon, but I had already waited nearly a month enduring several problems and trips to the shop. To their credit, they eventually gave me a full refund, but they wasted a ton of my time and set me back more than a month in my search for new glasses.
