I just had to cancel my order with Rocky Mountain Optical. I ordered glasses for my daughter 6 weeks ago. When I went to pick up the glasses they broke the frames when they were adjusting them. So, they said they would rush another pair and it would be in by the following Monday. Well, after several phone calls and 3 more weeks still no glasses. I am tired to waiting for them to get the glasses in and I have just canceled my order with them. Dont bother going in.

I had used this company a few times for glasses and contacts and they did a great job until my most recent issue. My lens popped out of my glasses and took it in to be fixed. They repaired it and everything was good...Or so I thought. Later on my ear piece broke and I needed to get new frames. They were going to simply pop out the lens and put them in a new same frame. I waited...They called saying that they couldnt the one lens out because someone had GLUED it in. They argued back and forth with me saying that they didnt glue it and I said that I hadnt glued it in basically they wouldnt even admit the possibility that one of their employs could have made a mistake when not to long ago I had them pop that lens back in! I CANNOT BELIVE HOW NON HELPFUL THEY WERE!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Knowltons for over 2 decades. His knowledge and expertise in prescribing contact lenses has made it possible for me to see and live a normal life. Ive moved around the country and hsd to return to him because my odd prescription is too difficult for the average optometrist to handle. Im just grateful Dr Knowlton is still practicing. I just recently had my lenses replaced and can see better and with more comfort than Ive had in years. I highly recommend this office!
