This was my first visit since my regular eye doctor retired. Dr. Jarvis and his staff were polite, professional, and very competent. They use the latest technology, explain things as they go, and have an in-house vision center for purchasing glasses and accessories. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area.

I was incredibly impressed with our entire experience! From the front desk staff all the way through to choosing glasses the staff was excellent! Really friendly staff and really good optometrist. Also when I went to get my glasses they were running behind and I had to wait an hour but they made up for it with a sirloin stockade gift card. Very pleased with my new glasses and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience.I am a truck driver who was only in Murray for one day. My glasses broke in two. Unrepairable.Jarvis got me in same day. Full eye exam and a new pair of glasses.They also fitted my old lenses into an odd frame they had. Everyone at Jarvis Vision Center was absolutely FABULOUS! They were not only clean with proper safety precautions in place, but also so kind and patient. Alicia walked my daughter through her kindergarten exam and made it fun and exciting. She explained everything to my daughter and to me, as a parent, at each step. Dr. Jarvis took great care with my daughter and with me. He did not rush through any part of either exam. He also explained everything about our eyes and took the time to answer all of our questions. Amazing services performed by friendly staff. I had no idea what to expect walking in, and left feeling like Id been a patient there since as long as I could remember. The nurses were kind and willing to go above and beyond for even the simplest things, and Dr. Jarvis explained his exam and findings in a way anyone could easily understand. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and someone is always asking if they can help you. They give great advice as to whether a pair of frames looks good on you or not. Very knowledgeable staff. Our last appointment they taught my 11 yo son to put in and take out contacts. My son has been a patient since he was 2 yo. My son had surgery at Vanderbilt University on his eyes when he was 1 yo and It took me lots of tears and many not so great experiences to finally find a team I trusted with his eye health and that is Dr. Jarvis and Dr. Williams! Yesterday was my first visit at Jarvis Vision Center, and I was very pleased. The entire staff was friendly, and Dr. Jarvis was very knowledgeable. He worked with me to ensure the best lens for me. The lady that helped me in the optical center was very helpful and very friendly.

I was well taken care of at the Jarvis Eye Clinic. Everyone was friendly and good to me. Everything that was done was thoroughly explained to me, and I was encouraged to ask questions. Dr. Jarvis was very considerate and thorough while making sure I would end up seeing better with his eye glass prescription.In the eye glass boutique the young lady who helped me did a superb job. When I told her I would like to reuse the frames I love she took measurements of them and ordered the lenses to fit them so I could keep them while waiting for the new lenses. She also adjusted my glasses so they felt much more comfortable. I was thrilled with my experience there.

Had to go in for what couldve been a serious issue threatening my sight and I was nervous about it. The staff and Dr. Williams are very gentle in their patient handling. The staff, also, helped me get my insurance in order which had been changed during this pandemic. Probably the easiest visit Ive ever had regarding medical visits.

They were able to fit me in after a cancellation. My visit was very efficient and informative. I came in with frames I wanted to reuse and didn’t feel pressured to buy additional frames. They worked with me to find the most affordable solution to go with my insurance. They’ve also always had the best selection of frames. I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten the best service and choice available.

I really enjoyed the customer service. I have twins and it’s very hard time wise to get them and myself in and their staff makes it all seems so easy. They’re up to date equipment allows for thorough yet simplified eye exams. My old glasses never got checked by Dr. Williams or the person helping me pick out new ones. I have wore bifocals to read with! I suffer badly with eye strain! And eye dryness! I would go elsewhere. Nice friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile and they know you by name. It’s expensive though for a family to get good eye care, even with insurance. We may have to make payments but know we’re getting the best care.

I’ve been seeing an optometrist since I was 8. I’m slightly older now, and I’ve seen several optometrists since. I’ve learned more about my eyes in the 3 years that I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams than I did in over 20 years of yearly visits elsewhere. The staff is always super helpful and nice. When I was having an emergency and was unable to see my normal eyecare provider, Jarvis Vision Center got me in quickly and without question. The staff was super friendly and understanding about my light sensitivity. Dr. Jarvis explained my condition in a way that was understandable but, at the same time, not dumbed-down (Ive had many doctors either not explain things at all or do so in a way that made me feel like an idiot). They also have office hours that fit around my work schedule, which is an added bonus. Ill definitely be going back!
