Had gone to Clarkson eyewear in Benton for my last pair of glasses… I could never see properly out of either pair I’d purchased. Finally called Dr Jarvis’s office and they got me right in. My prescription was wrong, no wonder my eyes were hurting. Dr Jarvis explained thoroughly how the progressive lens used wasn’t a good fit for my particular eye needs so with some new drops to help soothe my eye strain, new glasses ordered, peace of mind instilled… all is right in the world. This man is good… for eye issues of all kinds!

I have been seeing optometrists for 60+ years. Dr. Jarvis is the most thorough and up-to-date optometrist of my lifetime. He is also equally good at hiring tremendous personnel. His entire staff treat their patients like people. Always a pleasure and a privilege to go there.

I love the way you guys operate. I was there today for an exam and to have my glasses adjusted. If you dont give Miss Rachel a raise, you are missing something. I dont look anywhereElse for eye are. Dr. Jarvis is the greatest.

Took my daughter to Jarvis Vision Center and was very pleased with the care and services. Staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. I also liked the way the sitting area is set up, it’s decorated well and is very comfortable. We will be returning here for our family eye care needs.

A mixup had me scheduled to see a different doctor, but this was quickly corrected. Everyone was nice to interact with, from reception staff to Alicia the technician to Dr. Williams and the examination room nurse. Great service all around!
