Really good experience from start to finish. Relocated to OK from WA without a vehicle and was able to come in for what I initially looked at and ended up leaving in a better option. OK motor cars helped me additionally secure a loan to help rebuild my credit and despite a low score get a decent interest rate and monthly payment. Ryan, John and Robert were tentative, understanding and more than helpful in all aspects to work with my situation.

ETA: Downgrading to 2 stars. Its been months since I got my car from Oklahoma Motorcars and when I bought the car they told me they would fix a big key scratch on the side of my car and to schedule a time to get it fixed. Its been MONTHS since I got my car and I keep getting the runaround from people in this company. Suddenly no one can help or theyre not there, or theyre booked out too far. Doesnt matter! Get me on the schedule and make it right. Ive been getting the runaround. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!Awesome experience all around! Justin helped me find the perfect car and made sure the buying process was smooth and easy. While waiting in the lobby area, several team members came by to make sure I had been taken care of and asked if I needed anything in the meantime. All were professional and chill. Definitely not a corporate feel like some other car lots I had visited. They even have cornhole and a basketball hoop you can play around with if you have to wait. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, but buyer beware. They will promise you a car to get you in the doors, then tell you its been sold when you get there. Their internet sales person flat out lied to me about the car I wanted. When I got there, they said the engine was no good, and tried to get me to buy one thats 9 times the price. Oh well, at least the salesmen were nice.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They sell cars with problems, then after a month of trying to reach someone and no one calling back, I got to the owner who interrupted me over and over and was on his phone while I was talking then they pretended to work on my vehicle, just cleared out the codes to make it look fixed and now will not respond to me. Go literally anywhere else! Don’t waste your energy.

Bought a car and less than 2 weeks later it is already in the shop I went by the dealer and was told the soonest they could get to it was maybe Monday or Tuesday not even willi g to let me use a vehicle for a few days for the inconvenience. Hopefully its nothing to serious but ended up taking it to somewhere else to have it looked at
This dealership is falsely advertising a price that is actually on the very high end of KBB value, then when we got to the dealership to look at the vehicle they stated they would actually be charging thousand of dollars more because they needed to recoup costs of fixing the vehicle to make it drivable. The salesperson stated that this higher price was market value, and that KBB didnt reflect real world pricing. I told him as someone who had previously worked in auto finance I could understand that might very well be true. However, it doesnt make the fact that they are falsely advertising a lower price any less fraudulent. This lower price was listed in ads on multiple platforms, and we showed the salesperson all of the ads we found currently listing this price. We had even called ahead before making the 100 mile drive from our home, and took the time to give our them our information, but never once did anyone mention that they would actually be asking a high price than advertised. We did ask to speak to a sales manager or owner, but were met with more of the same ambivalence and rude attitudes. The salesperson also suggested to my husband that there was no way we would get financing for this vehicle, even though we have great credit and had already been pre-approved for a loan through our own bank. My husband has been in the military for nearly 18 years, so we have lived literally all over the country, having shopped around at many car dealerships also all over the country in that time. I can honestly say hands down this was the worst experience we have ever had at any car dealership ever. I would not even look at vehicles here unless you are prepared to deal with a completely scandalous business.

It was a very good experience, Justin went above and behind to get me on the road and have transportation to work,, you can be professional all day, but my car did not last a day before overheating and having acceleration issues, so I’m not pleased at all, then what makes it bad is my car was picked for me, the car had body damage and it’s overheating they are the typical reason people avoid dealerships, if you need a reliable vehicle go else where, and these reviews are not true they bribe you with a gas card to leave a good review . I’ve not bashing just stating FACTS

This place was a joke they left us sitting there for hours.called several times before I went up there when I got there they tried to sell me a car that hadnt even been detailed and every light on the dash was on.every car they had on there website they said either it wasnt running or it was sold.none of them had the right miles on the cars as they said on there wed sife..qthe manager Ricky Lied about everything they told me one thing and when I got there it was something different.we were there for about 3hrs.i wouldnt go there

Worse experience ever.I only had my vehicle 3 days and check engine light came on.Went to get it checked had codes on it you wouldnt believe.I thought that since I had just gotten it they would resolve the issue.Took it in was told I put the wrong gas in it.I only put what I was told to put in it and that wasnt the issue.The codes that was on the vehicle had been on it was only cleared I guess so it could be sold.They tried so hard to say it was some bad gas .Then I guess they seen I wasnt going for that.Do now they tell me to take it to the dealership.I was also told I was purchasing a warranty for the vehicle when doing paperwork.When I kept asking for my warranty paperwork that no one could give...now I all of a sudden didnt get a warranty.These people are full of nothing but lies.IF YOU CAN DO BETTER PLEASE DO..THEY ARE FRAUDS

I went in looking for something reliable, we had spoke to a guy named Jonathan who said the ranger was there, and I could come in and test drive it. They had got rid of it by 11am the day We came which was about 45 minutes driving. But that’s Whatever, cars sell I get it but...I had 1500, we looked at the cheaper cars and saw nothing that ran. My friend that brought me said I’ll front you some money so maybe we can get you in something today. (Bringing the budget up to 4,000) The salesman showed us another truck that clearly had issues. I’m not one to judge a vehicle till it’s test driven, and looked over. We went for a test drive and made it about 75% in a circle back to the lot, we ended up getting separated from our salesman, and the guy that brought us back walked off as we entered the building, definitely need to get your salesman some training besides with weights. We ended up walking out the back door walking past multiple employees who didn’t even question what we were doing walking through the back bay doors.
Found the car I wanted on the website before going into dealership because I drove from 2 hours away. The people I talked to were all friendly. Felt like process was easy and went rather quick. Happy with overall experience and purchase at this dealership.
I did the application on line. They called me back ans told me i was pre approved. I told them i had 1500 up front. They told me everything was good. Just bring proof of income and a photo ID. I driven 30 mins. I arrived there. Waited for like 10 or 15 mins for someone to help me. There staff were sititng in the back not paying any attention to customers. The manger told me i wasnt approved. Service is awful and why lie to customers over the phone and tell them that your approved. Took my time out of the day to drive all the way up there. Horrible place . Do not spend your time and money on liars. Need new Management. Do not go to this dealership i will be disappointed..
I spoke with a Chris. A young man who was very courteous and honest. He had all his ducks in a row from the carfax to selling facts. Great place to go if you want honest and true answers on a vehicle.They were available and on point from the posting to the delivering of the vehicle.

Bought a 03 civic from them, they sent me a video of the car running but it needed a tuneup and had a small oil leak! The day I went to get it we couldnt get it started, my mistake was trusting them and buying it! Well thier small oil leak and a small tune up was it hadthrown a rod out the back side of the block! And I have been waiting a month for a title! I got the title at the 30day mark! And now the date on the title is from two months ago! Do not do business with these people! I am turning them in to the bbb and the ok department of used motor vehicles! And we paid cash for the vechile wish I would have paid with a check so I could have done a stop payment!
My family traveled an hour and a half to purchase a vehicle from this place yesterday. My husband called to schedule and confirm the test drive. It turns out that they had sold the specific vehicle we were looking at and our second choice vehicle right before he called. They did not let us know that the vehicles were no longer available when he called and they have not updated their Facebook marketplace posts for these same two vehicles. Very unprofessional. Most that they could offer us was an unsincere Im sorry.And if you are looking to avoid unmasked locations due to covid-19, I would highly suggest you avoid Oklahoma Motorcars

Dont buy from them!!!!!! The salesman that handled my sale was Zach, he told me everything was new and it really wasnt. The rear main seal needs to be replaced, after 4 days of me having it it stopped working it dont go over 20rpms, I paid $2500 cash for a 2007 Nissan Murano. I bought the vehicle on October 13 2020 and get still havent gotten my title. They said my title is in the mail but it dont take almost 2months for a title to come in. All they do is lie, I called to let them know about the vehicle and they said their is nothing they can do about it and when I call they give me the run around about the vehicle and the title

I purchased a truck here, that I found many flaws on after leaving the lot. These flaws were clearly intentionally hidden....whatever, they’re a car lot and out to make their dollar, right?I traded the truck 9 months later. I called to start the process in refunding my GAP insurance & extended warranty. For three weeks, I called and emailed with ZERO response. I finally talked to a manager who stated the girl responsible for getting to me was out sick (for three weeks?!?) and they were going to have someone else help me. I faxed the forms to the new woman and I didn’t hear anything for a week. I followed up and she claimed I didn’t send the forms in. I RE-sent them (with confirmation that the first ones had been sent) and she assured me I would receive a check for my refund. I have yet to receive a check after two months. I’ve called and emailed with no response.Today, after getting assertive on the phone, I was told the JUST COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK TODAY and I could expect a check in 6-8 weeks! I had called them for this update!!!! There was no explanation as to why it wasn’t done originally, as I was told. I was just told, “It can take 10-12 weeks.” I’m appalled at the lack of customer service, as well as the way customer concerns are brushed off. I definitely would not recommend this dealership to ANYBODY looking for professionalism, punctuality, or customer service.

I was pre approved for a cx9 for 4000. When I got here Chris told me they couldnt finance anything over 80,000 miles, even though I was approved for a vehicle with 150000. The next vehicles he tried to sell me were $10,000 more than what I told them I was even interested in.A few mins later Amanda came to my car and told me she missed the $6000 charge from the bank. She told me she would let me know if anything in my range came in.When I mentioned I already read the bad reviews, Chris asked me to not leave a bad review. If you want good reviews you should do good business. I depend of reviews and hope this helps people that also depend on reviews.
Our salesman Chris was freaking awesome. He was straight forward when he didnt have to be. He made sure he met our budget (actually got us a better deal than we expected), the GM came and gave us some sound advice. Everyone was personable and cool. Ive never had service like this, especially because they legit wasnt trying to SELL us a car. We were having some issues and they helped us tremendously through all of them.

Was offered a sales position only to realize they have nothing to sell. Do not bother coming here to sell cars or buy them because they are missing the most important part the cars. and the sales staff they already have completely unprofessional.I was wrongfully terminated and discriminated against because I was refusing to utilize my personal cell phone for their business relations they have but one business landline and refused to allow employees to conduct sales via that telephone line but they failed to properly inform you of this information prior to hiring. Im almost pretty certain theyre not intending on paying me for the 9 hours I did labor providing services for them as an employee. the biggest query is how could one possibly sell something when one has nothing to sell or even better yet a landline to cell it with.
Very unprofessional, will not return phone calls. Ive experienced this from the General Manager, sales, customer service, parts and service department. Non of them will call you back. Every department blames the other department for any mistake. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! they share inventory with Big Red Imports.

Before I even decided driving 3 hours down here to buy the car I wanted, I told them I wanted to be pre-approved. I filled out the application Saturday and she got me pre-approved. I was headed to a wedding and then had to work the next 3 days and I work 12 hour shifts overnight. I told her I would be there Wednesday to sign paperwork to buy the car. I drive 3 hours after my shift to get there for her to tell me the car is at one of their other lots and someone else is trying to buy the car so we had to move fast. Long story short the other person was buying the vehicle thru their personal bank and mind you I know I dont have the best credit hence the fact I wanted pre-approved first. So they beat around the bush for almost an hour and then tried to get me to buy another car at a higher value bc they could get me lower payments. I told her no, Im sick of you car lots getting people like me to choose something they absolutely do NOT want and double the total price of the vehicle they actually do want, I came here for that exact car. She never even showed me totals or breakdowns of monthly payments or anything. Needless to say I left. So I wasted 6 hours total for no reason! She could have said all of this over the phone!!!

Chris helped my fiancé and I get into an awesome truck! We had a couple issues with paperwork at the beginning but with the new management in, they understood our frustrations while also working super fast and efficiently to get us into a newer truck! Norman Mitsubishi is such a great place to buy your next car. The atmosphere was pretty decent had some music playing in the background. Dustin assisted us in our car buying experience. He was excellent, to say the least. He has great customer service skills, and was very personable. Everyone we sat down with was very respectful, and listened to our concerns. The gentleman there were exceptional and i cant say thank you enough.

We had our 2 little ones with us and Matt our sales rep did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable while picking out our Jeep. He was very helpful and honest with all our questions. The thing I like the most was how quickly the whole process was. Ive bought at a dealership before and easily spent over 6 hours there. We were in and out with our Jeep in less than 2.5. I highly recommend buying from them!

Awesome place to buy a vehicle. The salesman Justin was excellent and the financial person was excellent. I usually really hate going and talking to salesman, but I didnt hate it at all. It didnt take a super long time like other places, I actually enjoyed myself. I feel we will always go there to buy our vehicles.
