Inquired about looking a low mileage car they had on offer. A 2005 Trail Blazer which had 31000 miles. Their website said the SUV was $8988.00 My husband asked about the condition, and was told it matched the mileage. We drove from Yukon to Norman to look. The sign in the window of the vehicle said $9988.00. We took it for a spin. the body/interior was not in alignment with the mileage, but we were willing to forgive some things. The center console would not close, and the body work had long scratches, and miscellaneous damage. We had looked at Kelly Blue Book Prior to going which stated the Vehicle was worth about $8,200 in Good, or better condition. We tried to make an offer with Dwayne for close to the amount we saw, and he said that he couldnt accept it, and that they use NADA for valuations. I asked if we could see the NADA figure. Dwayne wandered into the sales office came out a few minutes later saying he couldnt locate his NADA Book. Wheels of Norman tries to sell vehicles, and charge much more than retail value. Dwayne said his business had to make money. However Im sure they buy these cars at wholesale, do nothing to them, and mark the prices up significantly. Disappointing, and for being in business since the 70s is a wonder to me.

Horrible business. Thought they were outstanding people when we first showed up and talked to them. Bought a Chevy HHR from them and drove it back to Enid. Ran fine. Two weeks later its dead and in the shop. Timing chain problems, camshaft issues, metal shavings all over the engine. Total lemon. Needs a new motor. When I called them and talked about it they offered absolutely no help at all. Told me it was as is, which I understood, but didnt feel bad at all. These guys are crooks! Dont waste your time. Id rate the zero starts if I could.

Fair prices and good customer service remember people these are used vehicles so do your due diligence and have any used vehicle pre inspected no matter where you buy it from. This is the worse place to buy a used car from. The took advantage of me and intentionally sold me a car with a bad engine. My transmission is leaking and my car burns a quart of oil every week.My power steering pump is also messed up. My car started messing up less than a week after I bought the car. I contacted them and they did nothing about it. Dont waste your time or money dealing with these crooked car dealers.

This place was straight forward. As said dont buy the cars unless you get them inspected. They sell cars as is and did not try to low ball me. I have been in a situation like this with nexus remarketing in Stillwater ok. Every problem I have identified with any of the vehicles I had tested was acknowledged. There was no attempt of a cover up. I was able to find a car with only 1 mechanical problem noted. It is a easy fix and does not affect the performance of the vehicle. I am overall satisfied with my purchase. The price was in the medium range to what Kelly blue book posted it was valued at.

Called and spoke with Doug about a car listed online. He said the car was clean and in good condition. Drove 3 hours from Fort Worth to purchase the car. When I got there the car had unrepaired damage and was a mess. These people dont have any standards to the condition of any of their cars for sale and would say anything to sell one.

We have bought 4 to 5 cars here over the years and never had a negative experience. Great clean cars and pleasant service and easy to deal with.
