I had a good experience purchasing my car up until my car had to have the engine replaced after only owning it for a month. Mind you the vehicle was a 2020 with less than 25k miles on it. I was patient, and kind as it seemed like Fowler was going to take care of me as they “promised”, but they were actually just wasting time only to offer me 3 grand less than what I paid for the vehicle to buy it back after it was in the shop for over a month. No one could ever give me an actual answer anytime I went into the dealership to discuss the situation except for “we will make it right” or “we will make sure you’re taken care of” etc. They did the exact opposite of that. They waited until they finally had the chance to let me test drive a vehicle I had interest in potentially buying from them because they could “work the numbers” to tell me what they would be purchasing my car back for. After I informed them I did not want to move forward with purchasing another vehicle from them, as it was way out of my price range, they then decided to tell me the price they’d purchase my vehicle for, and that it wouldn’t be until it was finished. They completely and totally wasted my time for almost 2 months.They’re a joke. I usually don’t ever leave reviews but I had such a bad experience here I felt as if I needed to. I took my vehicle to carmax to sell, and they actually ended up giving me more than what I even purchased the vehicle for. I’m glad I didn’t give in and sell the vehicle back to Fowler just so they could make money off of it for a second time. Hopefully no one else experiences this with them!

I had an amazing experience with Fowler Toyota. Oscar, the salesman I dealt with, was knowledgeable on the car I wanted and was very helpful with my questions throughout the process. Keegan in finance was just as helpful, as this was my first car to finance myself and had a lot of questions. They also were able to offer me what I was hoping to get for my trade-in! All the employees we encountered were so helpful. We had some mechanical problems with our lightly used truck on the way home. The overall process was easy, I went on Kelly Blue Book first and didnt get an offer however, they helped point me into James and set up an appointment. James is a great employee there, he know what he wants to help and he was our best decision. Best dealership I have ever experienced. I like how they involve more of the younger side of employees to keep you engaged and not just typical older employees who could bore you in a story. Jacob Callaway was fantastic. Never felt pressured, if he didn’t know the answer he found it. Communicated with me as the deal took a week to finish (which was my own doing). Finance lady was fantastic also!! However giving 4 star because the new care sales manager did not have job knowledge and also was quite rude at some points.

I wanted to let you know about my experience at Fowler. First off, with the current market conditions, you all have a great inventory and your customer service is some of the best I have experienced in this business. I have bought and sold over 15 cars in the last 16 years. Secondly, Louis is a great asset to your team. He has a great attitude when it comes to selling cars based on my experience. I had my eye on a brand new Tacoma and then a few used. After I arrived (about 40 mins after our phone conversation, I live in Edmond) both of the ones I had wanted were sold. He worked with me and even helped me measure the truck since I knew that the long bed might have been a deal breaker. Next, Ryan the manager and Dylan were both extremely nice and cordial. Lastly, Lori was patient with me as I had to run the figures by my spouse and it was getting close to closing time on Saturday Night. Overall, as long as you all have the inventory I am looking for, you have gained a customer for life at this point in my journey.

I can’t put into words how wonderful my experience was at Fowler Toyota. I connected with Louis Parris and he did everything to take care of me. He was professional without being pushy, as well as friendly and personable. This was the second purchase of a vehicle from Fowler Toyota within three months for my wife and I. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted welcoming, in our case, Zion. Zion was a gentleman and extremely welcoming. The used vehicle manager offering us a very fair trade, a wee bit above KBB for our vehicle. The financing simply blew me away with the price, rate, and thorough explanation of the terms and conditions. All and all, the most pleasant vehicle purchase we have encountered.

Fowler’s pricing is intentionally competitive from the start to create a haggle free purchase process for buyers. I found the sales staff be particularly impressive. Tyler Landess is knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming. He made buying our 4Runner easy and did everything he said he would to meet the dealership’s obligations to the buyer. You will likely save time and money if you start your car search at Fowler.

First let me say I’d rather put a stick in my eye than go into a car dealership. That being said, Jacob at Fowler Toyota was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is polite and respectful, and I didn’t feel pressured by him. People from several dealerships initially contacted me when I started my car search on the internet, but Jacob was the only one who tried to find what I wanted and stuck with me while I had lots of questions and tried to make up my mind about what to do. In the end, it was obvious that what I wanted wasn’t going to be available anytime soon. So, I ordered my 2021 Hybrid Highlander Platinum with Jacob’s help. I did not get a “deal”, due to market forces, but I decided to go ahead and buy the car. I never felt any pressure from Jacob. He guided and advised me. I highly recommend Jacob Callaway. I didn’t give the dealership five stars because the business office guy and the finance guy annoyed me.

It is true that their stock changes practically every week. Ive only ever seen their used compact SUVs on the lot as long as two weeks. Thats thanks in big part to how they will greet customers in the lot, but offer assistance and information, rather than an obvious persuasive speech about the latest or most expensive vehicle in a budget. Ive witnessed it and I would hope that Ive seen the honest face of Fowler Toyota because it was how I found the right SUV with an wiser gentleman, Louis assistance. the lot has signs for the different vehicle classes, so if youre looking for something specific, youll spare some time here because everything is easy to find because of the signage. Their lot entrance is wide enough to have a median and turnaround so that you dont have to go in if you only want to see the front or theyre closed. Their building front has a high overhang for great shade, allowing for good conversation in the cool rather than in a high pressure office or out in the beating sun where time is of the essence.. When you go into the sales building, youre greeted with a clean, open environment and a staff member is likely to offer a bottle of water, which all goes into great hospitality and commodity. Sales offices have taken to an open-floor concept with stylish separator walls and they are better for it.After making one or a few vehicle selections of interest, youll have the opportunity to go for a test drive, where this location is perfectly situated off a mild traffic service road that posts 50mph. Perfect. If not there, go a little more south and youre by a business district, hospital roundabout and speed bumps, bridges, junctions, traffic lights, and all manner of traffic situations for testing your choice vehicle.For myself, I was looking for an compact or mid-size SUV that could handle well with all wheel drive, for a mild sized budget. Louis took good notes and after a little talking, he offered to show me two vehicles that matched either my budget commuter Chevy Equinox, or one of the Toyota Rav4s. In both cases, Louis explained the pros of the vehicles that matched what I was wanting.After going for drives with Louis, I met their sales supervisor, Chance, then their financing officer, Connor took me to a closed office, but it was still nice, roomy, uncluttered, and relaxed. All the paperwork took probably ten minutes max for them to print and have ready, their staff are very conscious of peoples time and it is very appreciated.I went there Friday morning around ten, went home for lunch, came back, decided on a vehicle, and all the test driving, chatting, financing, and paperwork, got me out of there and into a newer vehicle in under 6hours. Waited 5 hours for maintenence which ended up being only a tire alignment that does not take 5 hours to do. Also, the guy working told me I needed my tired replaced and I told I didnt want to do it here. But after I told him, he began to respond in a sort of rude manner. Safe to say I wont be returning.

Purchased our third vehicle from the Fowler. The sales process took longer than it should have but in the end they honored their internet price. I feel confident of their service department!One of the only reasons why I took off a star is because they didn’t clean up the brand new car like they said they would. I didn’t notice the stains because it was 11 pm when we left but the next day I had to armoral the stains away.

Justin in the service department was great to deal with. I am from out of town and had a few issues on my Tacoma. He gave me a detailed breakdown of what was wrong and even had some suggested ones. Sadly one item on the list I did not know about, but I agreed with. Him and the service tech told me that the issue isnt really an issue, but down the road could become a problem. Since I was there and already had it in the shop, I went ahead and got it taken care of.The dealership is really nice with the café and small gift shop as well.

Sales Service is pretty much bottom of the barrel. Everything is expedient when you’re buying a new car but when you need additional assistance, you better make friends with the crickets because that’s all that will be there to help you.

Literally incapable of doing anything besides selling cars, extremely friendly people, but I’ve had to come in for multiple of my families cars and they always forget to fix something! Ive had to come back at least once every time we have an issue with something, PLUS it always takes FOREVER! 1hr15min for 1 tire to be replaced 1!!! And I had an appointment!!! Which I had to come back for after waiting yet another hour 2days before just for them to tell me they didn’t even have the tire in stock. Also I’m supposed to get a free rental car when my car is in the shop because I bought the extended warranty, but since I’m not 21 THEY WONT RENT ME ONE EVEN WHEN IM GETTING MY CAR FIXED!

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealer. Avoid this place at all costs. Would give zero stars if I could.All happened in October 2019.Initially went in a bought a used 2016 Highlander. Had the title in hand and everything was good to go. Drove the car all the way to Springfield MO where I work and I get a call saying that they couldnt get things worked out on their end with finance and I would have to take the vehicle back.Drove 320 miles back and found out they ran my credit 15 times and ruined it.Had no choice what to buy and had to roll away in a new 2020 corolla for 25000 with horrible financing.Furthermore they never gave me a spare key for the vehicle when I bought it brand new and I lost the key this week. Had to have the car towed to a dealership to have them reprogram a new key. Its all going to cost me 1000 bucks.

We just bought a car from Fowler, our 2nd from them. Our sales person was Travis & he was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure. Just answered questions & gave us the time we needed. Actually, everyone we encountered was awesome at this dealership. Seriously top notch all the way. Horrible experience getting bait and switched today. Worked out a lease with a Tacoma over the phone, was assured that paperwork was all ready to go (lie), price confirmed (lie), and I had the salesman confirm the VIN for insurance. Test drive, everything was fine. However, come to sign the deal and the sales manager tells me unfortunately the price that we quoted you for is the wrong truck and this isnt going to work. Sales manager was extremely unfriendly. It is unfortunate that they have to lie to people to get them in the door. Fortunately though Post Oak offered to drive the car straight to my house so I went with them instead. The salesman even had the nerve to talk badly about Post Oak, saying you dodged a bullet! When really it looks like I should have gone there in the first place. What a waste of an hour of my life

I had been looking for a new car for several months and had been to many dealerships. None of which could get me the deal I needed to get into a new car. I was ready to give up on the whole thing and just keep my previous car to avoid dealing it. My husband and I stopped at Fowler Toyota on our way home from the city one evening just to look but we ended up buying a Toyota Highlander. Our salesman Kale was so helpful and went the extra mile for us! He heard my situation and reassured me that there was no problem getting me into the car I wanted. From start to finish the whole deal was pressure free and calm. The only reason I took off a star is that it took about 3 1/2 hours of paperwork and things but overall very happy with our experience! Awesome experience. Sent msg to Check Availability on a car LATE Friday night. By around 8:30am Saturday, I had an email from Chris Smith to please call and set up a time. Kale Kemp helped me on the phone. We arrived that afternoon; Chris helped us and we bought a car! It was so smooth!

Absolutely terrible! I went Saturday to try and upgrade my vehicle, and I had the worst experience ever at any car lot. I had to go through three people to help me, and the second salesman tried to make you feel real small especially when you try to explain your finances with him and all he can do is get loud and put my business for everyone to hear. When we get towards the end to finish, they wanted to lie to me and say the bank were busy and they would get a hold of me on Monday. But i was the only one, right? I felt like they were being prejudice. I bought my very first car here, and I have not missed any payments, and they treat you like trash (being polite!). I will no longer do business with them!

My experience at Fowler is one worth writing a review about. I, like many have had to rebuild my credit from the bottom up. I went into Fowler not expecting to be approved. I have worked tiredlessly to rebuild my credit. I am forever grateful to Fowler for making everything come together.The whole experience at Fowler was five star. I was honest with Brian and was honest with me. Brian made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. He was kind, respectful and courteous. It wasnt just Brian that really made the experience great. Chase came over and introduced himself to me and offered his assistance if it were needed and also the very respectful guy from finance. I apologize up front but I dont remember his name. I do remember he is 27. He graciously set my fears aside about the financing aspects of it. The bottom line is that Fowler is doing it the right way. Fowler makes you feel welcome from the time the greeter welcomes you and finds someone to help you to the time you sign on the dotted line. Thank you Fowler for a chance again and to Brian, Chase and the finance guy. Oh, and thank you Brian for taking my rental car back to Enterprise. That was a huge blessing for me.

Great experience with Fowler Toyota. We had been looking for a used car for awhile. The Fowler team was wonderful not pushy and gave us everything we needed to know about the car. I had a great feeling about the car but wanted to check one other car first. Left to visit another dealership who was pushy about buying theirs. Came back an hour later drove again and again no pressure. Wonderful experience and bought with ease.
