The owner was amazing to work with. Helped us with payments we could handle and overall a great experience. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and I wouldnt change a thing. The only reason I dock a star is because our ring was priced at $16,000. It was 3.56 carats and STUNNING. She gave us a great deal and said 70% off. So we paid right around $5400. However, upon asking for an appraisal to be able to get insurance on the ring, it was valued at only $7350. Still above what we paid, which was great, but felt a little lied to with the original price tag. Im sure all jewelers do this to some extent but still felt like an excessive price gap to lower for fake sales

We went there earlier today to get the battery replaced for two of our watches. The gentleman said $12.95 each. He completed the work quickly and gave the watches back to us in no time. He even gave one year warranty on the same. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely go there again.

I needed to replace some watch pins and all the other places i had talked to wanted to charge me indecent prices (over $10 each) for them. and would not listen to me about what i needed or wanted.i stopped into Diamond District as i passed it, frustrated by the terrible lack of respect and knowledge at all the other places. at Diamond District though, they jumped to help me the moment i walked in and when i said i needed watch pins they said, We can help you! and they did, they even let me borrow their gauge to measure and make sure they got me the correct size pins i needed. i walked out of the store in less than 5 minutes with exactly what i wanted in hand, with no blathering on by inane sales tactless-icians, and i did not pay absurd prices for what i bought.

I purchased a watch from a different retailer and was trying to find a place to adjust (take links off) my watch. So I discovered the Diamond District of America. Mrs. Muniza happily took care of me - Who is a very sweet lady btw. While making small talk she discovered that I was a college student and did not charge me for the service at all. I highly recommend checking this place out.
