Was in the area and randomly stopped by this place. He made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. It was so good I had to call a few friends and shoot the details around. Made it seam like I already purchased it. Had a few friends offer to buy it at much higher prices than the owner was selling it for so I figured with the online reviewed and the fact that I could seek it and get my money back I went ahead and got it. I was worried while waiting for the appraisal. Turns out he fibed a bit on the carrot size, he mentioned it was between 1 and .7 carrots. When I got the appraisal it came back as .5 carrots which is a big diff in my opinion. Luckily the price I got was still a good deal, just not the unreal crazy deal he made it seem like at first. Overall I would go back and plan on going back for more items as well as getting some custom work

Winston was extremely helpful, explained the work he would do, and gave me an estimated price and time. I went here about a month ago to get my engagement ring resized. Winston is very sweet and helpful. I was worried about finding the right place to get my ring resized. Its a family heirloom, about 100 years old, and a rare cut 1 karat diamond. I didnt want to go to just any jewelry store. I wanted it to be safe and in good hands! Well, I dont think you need to worry about safety here. First off, the store is located in a beautiful, almost ritzy area. Second, you have to be buzzed to get into the store. The premises looks very secure. Third, its a family-owned business. Winston says that theyve been in business for a long time! Youre better off going to a small, privately own company than some chain that sells tacky jewelry. It took a few days, but I got my ring back, and it fits perfectly, and Winston cleaned it up, and it just looks gorgeous. Safe and secure place, great quality, and friendly staff.
