I brought in an antique family ring that had a piece of it broken off. You cant even tell they replaced anything, it looks brand new and is extremely clean! I looked up this store on Google search, called them and he said he could do it immediately -- no wait. He had his repairman fix it on the spot. He was funny and charming and offered to clean all of my rings for free while I waited!. Now that is service with a smile. This is THE place to go.

Adrian is top notch for customer service, repair and reliability. We’ve tried multiple places over the years to get watch batteries and watch repair. We were clearly going to the wrong places. Quickset jewelry repair is the only place we will bring them from now on. Not only was Adrian completely helpful, on the first visit he helped pick out a watch band for my husband’s work watch. Most people would not have taken the time to bring a catalog out, give personal suggestions and genuinely care. Once the band was ordered we ran into a bit of a problem due to bent screws. He walked me through what I needed to order on my own to get it set up. I just picked it up and it’s all set! People spend a lot of time complaining about their service, I do not have a single complaint. This place deserves a 5 star all day. Thank you Adrian for your hard work sir, you are a rockstar!

Needed help with a car keyfob that had died. Car wouldnt start, so we walked over to find a place that might have replacement battery. Quikset opened the keyfob, identified the battery and replaced it for us in less than a minute. Lifesaver.

They seemed rather irritated with us when we came in to get my wedding set resized. When we came back for them, the two rings we got back were not the promised size. In fact, they were not even the same size! They charged $180 to size down both rings, and kept the gold they cut out saying if they gave it back it would be more expensive. They stretched out the smaller ring a bit, but when it was apparent they were still both too small, I didnt even want to go back in because the vibes they gave off seriously set off my anxiety. The experience and result were enough to leave me in tears. The Jared in the area is wonderful, so I recommend going there to resize your jewelry instead of this place.

Adrian and the other staff were wonderful. He worked patiently with me on both a simple chain repair, and also a complicated re-design of an Etsy-item that wasnt working for me. He also shortened a beaded necklace for me, added a short chain to allow variable length, and suggested they could (and beautifully did!) make earring to match the necklace with the extra beads. Im sold, and wont go anyplace else now.

Took my dad’s vintage wedding band in to be sized up for our son, and we’re very happy with the way it turned out and service we received. At the same time, I had a watch battery replaced. Again- extremely happy we went to Quikset Jewelry Repair. The battery was replaced on the spot and for less than another jewelry store wanted to charge.

My wife took her Ebel watch to Quickset on 11/6. We had to pay $300+ up front with a promised repair date of 11/27. We were told in early December that a part had to be ordered from overseas. In January they said the part was still on order. I contacted Ebel and was told that the part was available in the US, but Quickset had not ordered from them. When we requested Quickset to refund our money and give us the watch to send to Ebel for repair, they have stonewalled us since saying that someone else in their company had to approve that request and they would get back to us. We have not heard from Quickset in weeks so we opened a dispute with our credit card company.

I sent my bracelet here to be repaired & paid $43, which I had no problem paying except for when I went to pick it up & it broke in the same spot the very next day. The guy offered to repair it again at no charge, which I let them do. I picked it up again & again it broke the very next day in the same spot & this time it was a diamond. I asked for my money back, which they declined. I took it to Dallas Gold and silver and they fixed it at NO CHARGE in about 10 min. The moral of the story is GO TO DALLAS GOLD & SILVER FOR REPAIRS & STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I’ve been using this place for watch repair for about 10 years now. I have a Michael Kors tortoise shell watch that I adore but is a bit older and the links keep breaking or the bars that keep the links together fall out. Every time this happens, Quikset has fixed it in under 5 minutes and sometimes at no cost. I’ve also consulted them with prong questions, battery replacement in my watches, and jewelry cleanings. They’ve done a fantastic job every time.

Terrible service... I took a $12k ring in only to get it back looking like it cost $5k... setting too low and prongs look terrible. I had to take it back twice. Diamonds kept falling out daily. They do not seem to care. There are plenty of jewelry repair stores out there please choose wisely. This place should have a 0 rating!

I go there for everything, even though its a long drive to get there. They are always nice, the items are done on time, and I have always been happy. I have had things repaired, stones changed, rings resized numerous times, and the work has always been first rate. If anything is going to take longer, due to needing to order materials, they always inform me. I trust them here!

I believe this place practiced age discrimination on me. I needed a battery changed for an inexpensive wrist watch. They took it, then quoted $46.95, because it was difficult. I went 3 miles away where it was $12.95. Ill avoid this place like the plague!!!!

Was not impressed with this place. I was referred to come here by another jewelry store to have my Tag H watch repaired. After they told me they were going to send the watch off to the manufacturer for repair I picked up the watch after waiting 3 weeks for the watch to return and wore it for 2 weeks before the back fell off. This watch is supposed to be water resistant and I was upset when the back just fell off after I had been swimming in a pool with it recently. I went back to the store with my watch and explained to the young customer service girl what happened, during the conversation she told me they never send jewelry, watches to any manufacturers! I was lied to on my first visit. I was never given the opportunity to speak to the people at the store who work on the watches, I always had to talk to a young customer service person. I still dont know what they did to repair the watch, replace parts, change the battery, not sure. Never going back to this place....EVER.

My son had stepped on and broke in my classes and I was unable to repair them with my eyeglass repair kit I assumed I would be out another $500 going to an eyeglass place but decided to stop by quikset repair in Willow Bend.
