Went to this store customer service was good. I was looking to but my husband some earrings for fathers day. I paid just about $200 for threse earrings. 3 weeks later my husbands tells me his ears were turning black. Then another week later he told me his ears were getting irritated. Turns out they sold me fake gold. I was not expecting a diamond but i was at least expecting the gold to be real. I have bought$20 earrings from wal mart and the gold was real. These people are scammers.
I made a purchase, and yes I was very happy with my purchase. I will definitely go back to Zaire’s and buy more jewelry.
We purchased an upgraded wedding ring here. The service was good but the actual ring had major issues. The gold chipped which seemed very unusual so we brought it to two different jewelers and were told by one that it wasn’t actually gold at all (the ring was $5700). Both jewelers told me the center stone measured at .6 carat vs the 1.0 carat we purchased. I had a really tough time getting through to customer service so they could escalate this issue. In the end, I was offered an exchange, so that’s good but I would have preferred a full refund. Moral of the story, make sure you are getting what you paid for.
I went in the store order a ring and was told they would have to order the size.Ok cool well they lady order the wrong size online,I tried to cancel the order they would not let me. So fast forward they had to now wait two weeks for it to come to the store just to have to send it out to have it size another two weeks...And now its going on a month and I still dont have my ring..I will never order from this location once I get my ring..Then I called three time and updated my number they still have the wrong number in system..
Tina was my sales person and when I tell you she got me a great deal on 5 items that my husband was buying me, I MEAN SHE WORKED HER BUTT OFF!! She had a great personality and attitude and made sure we got what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. This is one of the best locations of Zales there is and I highly recommend going in to check it out. Thanks again Tina! ☺️

Stopped in to purchase jewelery cleaner, and was surprised to see a familiar face of employee Amy! She is always extremely helpful and friendly. Amy took the time to clean my wedding band while I waited.She went above and beyond to help find my account in the system, come to find out the system has been updated. She showed me items for my birthstone.I do not live in the area, but I will visit this location again for the quality customer service. Thank you Amy!

Amy was amazing!!! She was the most thorough inspector I’ve ever had. She even looked at a ring from another jeweler and found a loose stone that they didn’t even find!! I highly recommend shopping with her at Zales.
They have one gate opened in order to tell you to shop online. Horrible customer service. Might as well be closed and save money on hourly employment and electricity.
Brought two watches from them, after a month or so my wife watch is all scratch up, after many time we ask if the watch scratch proof before we brought them. The lady said yes, also we ask over many time how the battery going to last, she said a very long time because is use the sun to recharge the battery. My wife use it about few month not even a year, the battery already went out. Went back to them few days ago and they said it going to cost $230 to replace the battery and new face on the watch. Even though we just brought that watch a year ago. Such a great watch, I don’t think I would ever go back to this place to purchase anything in the near future. Wouldn’t recommend to any one to go here either.
From past experiences I would have given Zales a 1-star, however after visiting Laryssa today, I give The Shops at Willow Bend Mall location a 5. We have had the complete run around from numerous Zales managers but Laryssa took the time to make our situation right. After completely being turned away from the Galleria Mall Zales manager, Laryssa dug into our account issues, made sure our warranty was squared away and is currently taking care of our ring so that I can finally wear it again. Thanks for being the exception and providing great custom service! If you are in the DFW area, I HIGHLY recommend taking time to visit The Shops at Willow Bend mall location in Plano.-Shelli Franklin-
My wife and I stopped by this mall to look at Apple watches, but since Zales was easily spotted on the corner on the way, we stopped by to browse around. My wife has been wanting an upgrade to her wedding ring since our 10th year anniversary, and now we are at the 15th! We were immediately approached to help find something. The sales people were very friendly and worked with us to find the perfect additions to her ring. With the help of the new manager, who by the way was very energetic, nice, and so much fun, we even got a great deal on an upgraded center stone. We had to pick up the ring a couple weeks later, but the end result was the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen (3.5 carat total) with such sparkle and clarity in the color. We got a great deal, and I would like to thank all the staff especially the new manager Laryssa! They were all awesome! Ive read the other reviews and I just dont see the bad service here at all. I suggest you visit and let Laryssa work her magic to get you a great deal! Will definitely come back for future upgrades :)
Zales at Willow Bend doesnt even deserve one star. I ordered my fiances wedding band 8 weeks ago. They still dont have it, and cant even tell me where it is or when we should expect it. I already have paid in FULL for the ring.I have called numerous times, and visited the store twice, each time asking for a status update. Every time I ask for more information (as I need to determine if I should buy a ring elsewhere or not, if the ring is going to be too late), they promise theyll find the tracking information and follow-up with me, but NEVER do.Im getting married this week, and we still have no ring. Please, dont give this place your business. Its unbelievable how careless and unprofessional they are, even when they know it will negatively impact a major life event.*UPDATE* After my fiancé went to the store and asked again about his ring, the manager finally let us know the ring wouldnt be here on time for the wedding (after multiple promises that wed definitely have the ring on time). This was 6 days before the wedding. Absolute nightmare!
I went in and stood around for 15+ minutes without even being acknowledged. There were two female employees there occupied with other customers. I was bringing in my wedding rings to be resized. I was about to leave the store when another gentlemen named Azul came in to start his shift and immediately asked what he could help with. This guy was awesome. Upon inspecting my ring he put it under a microscope and realized one of the diamonds were sitting below where it should be and put in an order to also get that repaired. No one has ever inspected my ring at Zales with the level of detail like Azul did. Your wedding rings are such a personal and priceless keepsake in your life. It really means a lot when someone understands that and takes the time to take care of them as if it were theirs. Thank you Azul!

Terrible customer service, including manager.I went there to ask about a specific ring. An employee promised me to call back, but no body called me back. I called them and repeated my request, then they promised me again. As the same, no body called me back.Later, I went there to ask them to order a ring online (because they don’t have it at the store) to pick up at that store. One week later, I called to check my ring’s status. The employee asked me again and again whether I received the confirm email in order to not to check it. After she asked my information, she hung the phone up...... Really rude behavior..... never buy anything from Zales
I went to Zales seeking to purchase an engagement ring for the love of my life and I must tell you that I was a little nervous because selecting the right ring for me was extremely important. I was greeted by Larissa who took the time to go over everything for me including the type of stone to selecting the right wedding band. I wanted her to know that I really appreciated her knowledge and professionalism especially when I was about to spend a small fortune. I would definitely recommend Zales and most important this location because she was absolutely awesome, By the way I proposed on Tuesday January 8th and she said yes!!!Update 3/21/19I have had this ring sized twice since purchasing this ring. Had it sized the first time and needed a 7.5 but the rep sized it at a 8 received the it but the ring was just too big. had it sized again and we are still waiting for the ring. Their repair shop services other jewelry companies. Since purchasing this ring we have had it in our possession for maybe a week as it has been in the repair shop since. My initial review was for the staff at the location however they dont seem to be much help at this time as I am at the mercy of the repair shop. My advice if you are going to purchase something as important as a wedding or engagement ring please just spend a little more and use a private jeweler because if I had done this from the beginning I would have had my wifes ring back in a few days. compared to waiting weeks with no information regarding when it will be ready.
I was looking for the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend that I’ve been with for several years so I went to Zales. I’m so happy I went to zales becuase the service I received from Tina was amazing! She was kind and patient with me when I told her this was my first time and she broke down the pros and cons of every ring. I can’t thank tina enough for finding me the perfect ring!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Went to buy a cross for the wife a week before Black Friday and it was for about $500. the person behind the counter told me they will have discounts on Black Friday so I waited. Went to buy the cross on Black Friday and the price went up to $770, minus the discount plus tax and it came to about $600. WTH?The girl with the scarf around her head said these are our prices, if you dont like them you can go shop somewhere else. Guess what? I took her advice and I am never ever buying anything from zales.Good Job on your false advertisement zales.
