We had a wonderful experience with Manny! We needed to get an engagement ring appraisal for insurance purposes, we had called around and numerous places wanted our piece left overnight, a few days etc. Manny promised quick and thorough service that was done completely in front of you- and he lived up to his promise! He took time with us to explain our ring, let us see it with a microscope and loop, and went over the appraisal value in detail. The ring never left our sight. I had a very good experience with Manny. I called numerous places and he was the only one that offered to do the appraisal in front of me, without having to leave the ring. He was able to get me in very quickly for an appointment and was very informative during the entire process. He wanted to make sure I understood exactly what he was doing and looking at and showed me everything in detail under the microscope, making sure I understood. He was also very reasonably priced, better than any of the other places I called for quotes. I highly recommend!

Just bought a lab grown engagement ring for my girlfriend and brought it to Manny to make sure I did not get ripped off. He was able to fit me in his schedule very quickly and did the appraisal in front of me. My ring was verified and shown under the microscope which was pretty neat and gave me a fair market value for the ring. Highly recommend him if you need your ring appraised for insurance purposes.

Very professional and fast turnaround, Although the owner offered to come to my home or office, I went to his office and waited while he photographed, tested, measured and examined dozens of items. The written appraisals were available several days later and the jewelry pieces were only out of my safe deposit box for the few hours they were at his office.The owner is extremely knowledgeable, having been in the jewelry business for more than 25-years (retail, corporate and wholesale). Several of my items were unique and he did the required research to ascertain a value.In addition to appraisals, a full range of jewelry services and referrals are also available. I expect to be working with the owner on resetting and custom designing several pieces.
