Super happy with my experience today! I brought my Kia Stinger GT in for a muffler delete and new custom exhaust tips and it came out perfectly! Some additional cutting was needed to make it fit and they were more than helpful with advice and suggestions to help me. I highly recommend bringing your car to this shop.

I’m new to town and needed a muffler installed on my old truck and thought I’d give this place a shot! So glad I did! Everyone here is very professional and hardworking and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! I was out of there within an hour and now my truck is as quiet as a mouse!

My name is Larry I took my Buick Regal low rider on Tuesday I picked it up on Wednesday I had to take it back on Friday because my fault I forgot to mention to him that my car had hydraulics so the exhaust was hitting my drive shaft every time I hit my switches, The gentleman told me to just leave the car and he would take care of it he would see whats going on he called me about 4 hours later and said that my car was ready for pick up when I got there I was expecting to pay something because it is my fault not only did he not charge me he was very kind to me he cut out the exhaust they originally put in and he completely redid it to compensate for my hydraulics, This place is awesome they really know how to take care of their customers Even when its our fault I will always go back there and I recommend everybody do business with them

Went in due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Here to say they were worth every star. Friendly, quick, fair pricing, etc.I just wanted to put a new exhaust tip on one of my cars, and think they did a great job. The waiting area could be better, but didnt bother me.

Personally I was treated well and with good service..My vehicle was vadalized and I had 2 converters and both sensors stolen. Spring Valley Muffler placed new converters and sensors on my vehicle and the job was done right and under a 3hour window from first contact..I will give them my business again if or when needed.

The best customer service I have EVER experienced! I had been looking for a muffler shop and everyone I called would give me a price of $200+ over the phone, but once I brought my car in to be looked at the price they told me would double. (I drive a modded Scion FR-S) Finally I came across Spring Valley Muffler and called, they immediately told me what services I would need and the estimate was way less than what the other shops were telling me over the phone. Due to my experience at the other shops, I expected them to double the price they originally had told me once I brought my car in to be worked on. The muffler delete went smoothly and they made sure to update me/ ask my preferences throughout the whole process. They removed the muffler, welded on my new burnt tips, and the process was over. They even charged me 5 cents below what they originally said they would charge me. I know that’s not much but considering what I had gone through with the other shops, I was shocked. Their customer service and hospitality were beyond measure! Please, if you ever need any service done to your car (they offer many services besides exhaust work) TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM! They do it right and at a fare price!! Sorry for the long rant, but they deserve all the praise!

Went for a price quote, quoted almost 200 dollars for a muffler delete...and the mufflers were right behind the bumper. Totally over priced imo.

Got my rear right tire plugged. I wanted a patch but the man said they only do plugs. They were nice, it was organized and not cluttered or dirty. The man helped me get the tire out of my trunk, he found the hole, plugged it up really fast, aired it up and then switched my donut tire with the regular one. He then helped me put away the donut tire. So nice. They did a great job and i will be taking my business there from now on.

Good service there. I was to go to another shop but I have started to come to here because the customer service is better and they treat the customer politely. The technician is so helpul and nice. He just wants to help the customers and reply to their concerns. I did my oil change there yesterday so fast and reliable job. Planning to bring my car their to fix the brake. Sometimes they do not charge anything unless they fix the defect.

AWESOME VERY HONEST MECHANICS. Went in for oil change. Owner came to tell me about my oil filter and gave me options after telling me the problem. The mechanic whi dud the oil change went into detail to make sure i understood the oroblem with my filter. He also reminded me twice lol about when to change my oil again. I made the decisions about my oil filter change and not them. I thought that was very honest. Ive had other work done including state inspections. Ive seen expensive cars there also.They are quick and also reliable. I trust them and you should check them out.

I went in for some rattling under my 370Z and they just threw it on a lift to find that a rock had just gotten stuck in a bracket. It was going to take a dealership days to wait for someone certified and cost $90 to find that out. Great service with genuine people.

Was working on my truck project Saturday during a holiday weekend and these great guys took excellent care of me and my truck on a last minute request. Had new Flow master exhaust installed and double pipes on my GMC Sierra, they did a great job and everything looks and sounds great. I appreciate it and enjoy the new rumble from my 4x4. thanks!

I was over charged the three items they took care of was no more than $150. Not to mention my car still makes a loud noise. They charged me $485 total to do really nothing to my car

Cheap oil change and quick

I dont go anywhere else, been taking my whole familys cars there for years. Even take cars there Im thinking about buying to inspect them. I dont trust anyone else but these guys.

My wife has taken her car twice here. Once for brake pads and another time to check on the struts. The price was more than fair, and they only did repairs that were necessary on struts. She was in and out without an appointment in a very timely manner. If you want a place that is fair and saves you money by not having the bells and whistles in waiting area, etc it is worth checking out!!!

Go here! I was quoted at another big shop almost $400 more and also replacing a caliper that didnt need to be replaced. I was recommended this place by someone in my neighborhood. Ive only been here this one time but I will for sure be coming back if I need to. He saved me money (that I didnt have in the first place) seemed honest and my car is fixed and in a timely manner! My catalytic converter went out, and one shop priced me double what I paid at Spring Valley Muffler. The main guy quoted me an amount when I stopped by, and that is what I was charged when I picked up my vehicle the day it was repaired, even though they had some difficulty with the rust on my car due to it being from the north. Dropped it off in the morning before work, picked it up on my way home.Also I took my car by there last year to fix a muffler hanger, and I had a pretty severe oil leak. They fixed it for around $100 bucks, though I cant remember what was the issue.Good service, fair pricing.

Always honest and sincere work. Took my Saab in for muffler repair and was done in 20 minutes with a very reasonable bill. I was so happy I paid $10 extra on top for the excellent service.

The owner is a great guy and understands your needs and problems and doesnt take advantage of women.. I truly appreciate the whole staff .. That is never a time that I go and he doesnt take the time to explain what is needed and he works fast.. I never call for an appt.. But one thing about them if he needs to keep it for a day he will be honest and let you know.. These guys try to give you a possible but incorrect diagnosis that ends up way more expensive than it should be. I had an acceleration problem in my truck and a strange noise coming from the cat converter. I asked one of the guys to check it out for me, but told me that its probably the fuel system or the ignition system, which working on those systems can turn out way more expensive. Finally I told him to replace the cat converter, and it turns out that that was the problem. I recommend going here if you absolutely know the problem in your car, because if you dont, theyll try to charge you for something way more expensive.

Chose this place after getting a second estimate from them after getting a first estimate from another shop. The value was great for the service and the part. I think they were easy to work with, and friendly. My wife initially took the car in to see if they needed to order any parts for the next day repair to happen. My wife was pleased with how she was treated.So to summarize: Great Value.. check... Wife Test... check Easy to work with.. check... Is my car fixed now a few weeks later.... check. I agree that their office isnt very cozy, and the whole ambiance could be better, but overall a great experience and a happily completed and paid for repair. It doesnt hurt either that an Ihop, a Movie Theater, and Microcenter is within walking distance if there is a wait.

Air conditioner needed servicing! Told us it would take 30 mins; only about 20 mins

They are not honest in dealing, he asked me to install the Catalytic Converter 120 before I bring the car, but after I brought the car and he installed, he changed the price and he asked me 280 and he changed his previous speech completely, and they are trying to exploit and deceive especially when the customer is Arab. I do not recommend to come to this shop at all.

Have a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited had codes for bank 2 cat...this was done in July 2018 I have had 2 cats put on this vehicle and code continues ...took to 3rd party( at request of shop) mechanic which recommended manufacturer replacement cat ...continue to have same problem but manager wants to continue replacing ineffective part ...have offered to pay additional parts cost ..still trying to have aftermarket company hold bag....
