Staff was very helpful from the first call through the whole exam. I was able to see the eye Dr. the same day I called. Did I mention their new technology machines are awesome, no air puffs in the eyes as well as no dilating eyes. There was also no pressure to buy like where I had been going for over 20 + years. I highly recommend this place !!! I will continue to be a customer there.

The staff in this place is very friendly with the kids. They have a good collection of frames. Cant say enough good things about this place. Its so good to have them in the neighborhood!

My mother has a complicated eye problem with double vision and got no help from 2 other eye doctors. Dr Guenthner was incredibly patient with my mom and very persistent in finding a solution. After spending the last couple of years squinting one eye closed, she now has both eyes open. Thank you Dr Guenthner for your caring and expertise!

I waited over 2 months to have a routine checkup. But it worth it totally. I brought two of my latest pair of glasses to Dr. Lumby, because I was not happy with either of them. and at the end, I got a better pair than both of them. and staff are friendly and patient, especially Steve!

The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful! We are a family of 6 and they have taken great care of every one. Very helpful at setting appointments and even flexing when schedules changed. They were the first to diagnose a vision issue with one of our children who struggled all the way thru school. Their daughter diagnosis helped connect us with audio textbooks and she just graduated from College—and she didn’t think that was even going to be possible. We love Aspire Vision Care!

The staff is thorough and facility is great—One of the doctors though is unprofessional and really quick to show her frustration at a situation where we could have tried to work things out for the better. I was excited to have a new eye care service in our community but left feeling disappointed.

I recently switched over to Aspire Vision and I was so impressed. At my previous place I felt as if I was being rushed and upsold in their fancy display room. The personal care was lacking! However, at Aspire they took their time with me, gave me more vision tests than I have ever had and they listened to my wants when it came to the glasses.

I decided to check out Aspire Vision Care because I was having contact lens fitting issues from my last place. I informed the staff about my complications with getting fitted for contacts (I have astigmatism) and they did an amazing job! Their exams were thorough! The doctor was very polite and friendly as well. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed during the exam! This is important for me because Im still new to wearing contacts and wanted to make sure I had the right prescription this time around. I will definitely be coming back for next eye exam!

Aspire has excellent staff and does a thorough vision evaluation. I had my first visit after my previous optometrist retired, having gone there annually since the mid 1970s. Aspire performs more vision tests with more hi-tech diagnostic equipment and twice the staff, who are very friendly. And at a fraction of the cost, based on what the two (Aspire and my previous provider) charged my insurance (and my co-pay), for a routine examination. I was shocked at the difference--yes, less than 1/2 the price for an exam. Please, dont hesitate to use Aspire as your vision provider. I will continue going there.

Found Aspire Vision Care through my insurance. They provided excellent service. I had been having a lot of dry eye problem. I had a full eye exam and the optometrist checked my eyes and provided me with a treatment for my eye condition which has proofed very effective. Great service.

Dr. Guenthner is a miracle worker! After struggling for nearly six months with another eye doctor trying to get the rx right (and finally giving up!) I went to Aspire Vision Care on a friends recommendation. They were able to work me in quickly, and I was so happy with how thorough Dr. Guenthner was (and the optician, too!). Sure enough, the rx I had from another doctor was wrong (as was the placement in my progressive lens) and I left wearing contacts I could actually see with. A first, even though Ive tried for years to make them work. I cant say enough great things about this doctor/clinic. Dr. Guenthner will be our go-to family eye doctor from now on.

Dr. Guenthner has been my eye doctor for more than eight years. She is one of the best eyecare professionals in her field. She not only performs very thorough annual vision check-ups but also carefully examines my eyes, measures my eye pressures and checks my visual fields. She also provides advice and offers treatment options for dry eyes.She alerted me to my glaucoma problems and referred me to a specialist several years ago. I was able to start treatments for glaucoma and took steps to preserve my vision. I could never thank her enough.She is always very professional, patient and gives me sufficient time to ask questions. She truly shows very genuine concern for the eye health of her patients. She is the best eye doctor I have ever had.

My vision has changed a lot since the COVID lock down. I went to get a full eye exam. I was a new patient. Dr. Nancy Guenthner Was very nice and patient with me, taking her time answering all my questions. I felt being cared, not rushed out. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I went in by myself, when picking out glass frames, I needed second/third opinions lol, they were being so honest, not just trying to push me buy expensive frames. They also have second pair of frame free deal. I had a great experience there, I’m planning taking my daughter there get her yes exam since she is doing virtual learning.

With all the craziness of being quarantined, the staff was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Within two hours of Sarah contacting me and getting me all set up i was able to video conference with Dr. Lumby and get everything taken care of. The doctor was nice and I liked the prescription very much. I did not like the staff though, they were not friendly except for one lady. When I went to pick up my glasses they were handed to me without a case, this is the very first time I experience that, the frame was not adjusted and as I walked into the office and greeted the ladies no one replied and one of them helped me without any expression on her face, she did not even smile back at me. I have spent over $500 in two weeks there and I just believe that I deserved a better service. One more thing, it is very unusual to see staff playing video games instead of being helpful to customers.

Visited Aspire for annual eye exam for my kids aged 6 & 10. The process they followed to ensure safety & well being of patients was admirable. The kids were comfortable throughput the process and the whole check up tool less than 30 mins !

My wife took our 2 kids in to get their eyes checked and get new glasses made if needed. Our daughters prescription had changed a bit, so she needed new glasses. After checking out the frames, she had her heart set on a really nice one, but it was just more than we could reasonably afford, especially around the holidays. She was very upset and in tears about it and my wife and I agonized over what to do. In the end, I made the call to get her a cheaper but also very cute set of frames.We went in just a bit ago to pick them up and to our surprise, Aspire had went ahead and made her glasses in the frames she loved without charging us extra. It was a complete shock, and our daughter was over the moon for her new glasses. We didnt ask them to do this or anything, it was something they did on their own.Were so touched that they were willing to do something like that for our daughter. Shes so excited about her new glasses when before she wasnt really looking forward to them at all (even on the way in, she told me she didnt want new glasses). Now, she cant stop talking about them and is thrilled to show her friends at school tomorrow.I should also note that this was our very first visit to Aspire, we werent a longtime customer that had built up years of goodwill. Well, theyll certainly have our business in the years going forward. They are an absolutely first class establishment. Id give more than 5 stars if I could!

Doctors, optometrists, and staff are great at the Round Rock location. I have been seeing Dr. Lumby for a couple of years now and she is wonderful.Thoroughly knowledgeable, will answer all questions and concerns, great common sense guidance and care.

I have some very particular problems with my eyes and they have been wonderful to me and my whole family. They are though and fair. My daughter has a problem with her glasses and how she was seeing and they took the time to do a recheck and work on the glasses issue. We won’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Lumby was so wonderfully descriptive during my annual vision check and laid out all options before me. I appreciate how clear and detailed she was. The entire visit was quick, but not rushed, and I liked how she let me take the lead on my decision to wear glasses. The vision tests were explained well, too. Its been about a decade since Ive visited an optometrist, and I left feeling so confident about my eyes and next steps.

I came to Aspire for my annual eye exam after a friend shared about her daughters great experience there, and Im glad I did. The staff is helpful and communicative, and I dont feel in the way when I ask questions or need help with something. The office seems to run very efficiently. Dr. Guenthner is friendly and great about answering questions. I didnt feel rushed or pressured as I often have at other practices.Ive also brought in my children for developmental vision evaluations. Dr. Guenthner has been friendly and patient, and explains things clearly without talking down to them. Shes sensitive to when they get tired (one of my children has difficulty with close visual tasks), and genuinely engages with them in conversation through the course of the exams. My kids like her and feel like she likes them.

Ive avoided the big chain optometrist because of the impersonal feeling but you wont find that at Aspire. They make you feel both well cared for and valued. I have been fortunate in that I have been a client of Aspire Vision for the past five years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and always feel that I have no worries or issues with my vision care that have not been addressed. I just turned Social Security age and found that the care and attention to my vision issues and possible areas of need that arise in later years were checked and documented in my annual checkups. With that knowledge and history, any care or treatment that may become necessary will not be suspect and will be more readily addressed. I am thankful for all the care that I have received and have great respect for the professionalism shown by Aspire associates and Dr. Nancy Guenther.

I started coming here to continue my post concussion eye care after I moved from Minnesota to Texas. The Traumatic Brain Injury clinic I was going to in Minnesota prided itself on their optometrist, bragging how she was the only one if the country who did what she does. After coming here to Aspire Vision Care, Im wondering what exactly it was that was so special about the Minnesotan optometrist. She didnt do half the tests Dr. Guenthner did, nor did she seem as truly invested in my care as Dr. Guenthner does.Dr. Guenthner seemed to genuinely care about my well being. She took her time, explained everything, she went above and beyond. She explained why I have the reactions I do as far as pulling away from the lenses as they flip before my eyes. She said it was subconscious reaction from my injury that I can not control, it has to do with the fight or flight response. You would think the optometrist in Minnesota would have known this or explained it seeing as she worked at a traumatic brain injury clinic, specializing in... BRAIN INJURIES! Not only did the optometrist up there not explain why I had this reaction but she would get annoyed and frustrated everytime I would pull back or shy away from the flipping of lenses. Dr. Guenthner told me to take my time, take brakes, taught me a technique called palming. I really cant say enough great things about this optometrist and her team!Everyone seemed cheery and professional. Before coming in I have had extensive communication with Sarah who has made everything with transfering my care so easy. Tyler was extremely helpful with helping me get glasses. And when checking out Charley assisted me with filling out paper work I was struggling to see. I feel bad awful that I dont remember the girls name that did my initial testing and the ratna scanning but she was so nice and helpful!

Dr. Nancy Guenther is amazing! After seeing her for the first time for an exam and prescribing my contact lenses with the correct prescription. I hardly have any headaches and any strain on my eyes like the previous prescription i had from a different place!

Dr. Guenther found out the problem I was having after several others could not. One being a heavy hitter. She found it, fixed it, and has been helping me since then. She is very kind, and professional. She takes the time and then some to help out, and make sure you are feeling good about your exam, and answers questions without making you feel stupid, or taking up her time. I enjoy her, and feel comfortable with what she is telling me.
