Where else but vision works to pick up some cool frames.Staff was really friendly and place well kept.I was somewhat disappointed as I wanted a rimless men’s frame and they only had one but in the end there are hundreds of other frames available and I managed to find one that made me happy. Even picked up a pair of sunglasses too while I was at it.Turnaround time on frames was around 10 days.Frame fitting was easy and a good experience.I’d definitely come back to this location again

This was my first time going there and it was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at an eye care facility. A year later I’m still dealing with no one assisting me to correct what happened. The lady who assisted me was rude, pushy and made me a pic classes that I didn’t even want. I I have not been able to wear the glasses that I paid for because either the prescription is wrong or the lady who helped me did not to her job correctly. I had a 100.00 rebate that has never come to me! I have called for assistance but no one will call me back from their corporate office!

EXCELLENT customer service. Today they knocked it out of the park! Manager Lacy personally took care of my broken glasses. I had new replacement frames in less than 30 minutes. SO easy! I have been going to this Visionworks location for years because they give me better service than any of the other eyeglasses stores in the area.

Ordered glasses. It took 2 weeks past the promised date and could not give me a reason as to why. The glasses had a huge chip on the inside and was told to take the frames and she would order new upgraded frames free of charge. Its been over a month and have not recieved thebnew lenses and upon calling they cant give me names because its only listed under employee id numbers. If you want quality service do NOT go here.... they recieve their money and do NOT deliver product. Horrible experience and not worth the headache. They will try to blame it on their outsourced company which is still thwir responsibility. Horrible service, horrible quality

Great Covid practices in place here. Temp check at door all employees wore a mask at all times. Went in to repair my wifes glasses which she bought from their San Marcos location. The eye fitting tech had issues fitting the screw into the frame. Rather than fighting with the screw she gave my wife a new set of similar frames and fixed her glasses in under 5 minutes. Will buy our next set of glasses from them again.

I did the eye exam next door and they recommended the store next to them!! It’s my first time getting glasses no experience at all. I paid same day and they told me two weeks will be arrived and will call you back!!! I had to call in third week and one of them work there told me will call you back and I didn’t get the call!! I was ignored!!! Anyway the fourth week gave them another call and same answer will call you and it’s been almost 26 days and still waiting to call me back!! I didn’t like the way the deal with customers, I would go to deferent store next time.

Prices are high compared to competition, staff are minimally trained. I ordered two pair of progressives and they lost the second pair, which wasnt noticed by the store staff until I called to ask about the long delay in getting my glasses. When they finally arrived, the prescription didnt match the first pair of progressives.

Ask for Sierra on weekends. She is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with her assistance.

I come in about twice a year and usually have no issues and everyone is always pleasant. On this day I was in a rush on my lunch hour and Page was nodifferent... she moved with a sense of urgency while maintaining a great attitude. Keep up the good work ladies and gents!!!

Optomap/dilation is not a medical requirement unless there is some reason for it. No where in making the appointment says they will be charging $40 per optomap as a requirement due to coronavirus. Other doctors will allow you to sign a waiver. I will be taking my 3 insured children to one of them instead.

We were helped by Emily and she did simply amazing. Such a sweet soul. I was assisting my seven year old in getting a new pair of glasses (which is not an easy process). She remained calm and helpful the entire time. I very much appreciate her time and patience.

Customer Service is horrible. When you call they place you on hold for 10-15 minutes without getting back with you. I asked an employee to call me back, never received a call back on the status of my glasses after 13 days of waiting. So, I called the next day, I was told the two pair I ordered would not be in for another 5 days. Then, the same day I receive a text at 7:04 PM (after hours) saying that one of my glasses were in. If the employee took the time to really research then I would have been able to pick up glasses that same day.Emily, the manger was great. But staff can use additional training and phone etiquette. I still dont have my sunglasses!! I purposely went in the store 20 days prior to my vacation to make sure I had them on time. This is super frustrating and I will be sure to post EVERYWHERE and let my community know that this store is HORRIBLE.

From my husbands specialized glasses to my daughters very first pair of glasses he has taken excellent care of us. He has been gracious and patient through multiple adjustments a child needs and even through my concerns of the best glasses and lenses a child needs.

Lacy at Visionworks has been our go-to expert on eye wear for several years. I trust her to help me pick out my glasses every time. This time the process did not go completely smoothly. When my glasses arrived they had been made in the wrong frames and with an incorrect prescription (not sure whose fault the prescription was). It took me several trips to get this issue corrected, but eventually it was. Lacy and Emily are phenomenal. The rest of the staff are very friendly and pleasant, but not as competent.

I went in to get both contacts and glasses. I already had the glasses ID and Scew number from a previous purchase at another location. They had no trouble finding them. They assisted me in my purchases to find the best product for the best price. They had a sale till March 8th that was 1/2 off on all glasses so I got a great discount. I paid less just buying than I did when I had insurance. It was hassle and pain free. My contacts were cheap too. I get the transition contacts. I came from right next door where I got my prescriptions. Dont even get insurance. Buying outright and using them is so much easier and in my opinion cheaper.

The worst service at this location and at the Lakeline location. We waited weeks for glasses and they never called to let us know they were there. The glasses are missing the nose rubber things on top of it all. They doctor side well thats a freaking joke, rude staff all around.

The staff is great! Always friendly and knowledgeable. I always get a regular pair of glasses and a pair of sun glasses, I am always able to find glasses that I love that wont break the bank. Lacy and the rest of the staff at Visionworks makes this a pleasant experience every year!

It was the lady sitting behind the kind receptionist (lacey), that lady was arrogant - she didnt even get up from her desk to check with one of the doctors if they are willing to see the patient or not. OMG! Lacy and the staff here have been taking care of my crazy (accident prone) family for years now. They always work some sort of magic to fix our glasses when we break them (like over and over). They also work to make sure the figure out the best value with our insurance and their store sales. They see us coming and still let us in! 😄
