Bought prescription glasses. Michael was pleasant to work with and is so detail oriented. Had a tough time because of a wrong prescription. They corrected lens first to adjust the progressives to see if that helped. Subsequently got a whole new prescription. They are fixing it now. All at free of cost to me. I would recommend anyone to go to there and see Michael.

Twice I have tried to buy glasses or have lenses replaced in my Daughters glasses after an appointment at Round Rock Vision next door. Round Rock Vision is incredible, but these guys are very slow and rude. They have only had two staff each time. The first time, I left after half an hour of waiting. This time I was just there to get lenses in a set of frames. I told the woman when she came over to see what I was there for. It took so long to be acknowledged again, I left to pick up my car at the Discount Tire since it was ready. When we got back she asked us to sit down but after she did an exchange with another customer she walked right by us to Greet a new customer. I guess since we just wanted new lenses we were second class. She barely asked what we wanted, but wanted to go spend time Greeting the new ones. All I wanted to do was drop off the frames with the prescription and come back to pick them up when they were ready. Dont waste time here. Rude and SLOW AF.

Terry helped me find the PERFECT frames. David got me measured and fitted to PERFECTION and Julie made sure I left with the FANCY case for my fancy new glasses. Some of the absolute best teamwork and customer care Ive experienced in ages. Worth the money to have a team help you get it right. Wow. What a terrible experience. I would absolutely not recommend anyone who needs the proper lens in your glasses come here. They put in the wrong lens and didnt even give me a fitting when I went. I mentioned they felt off and they told me it was just me in my head. I waited two weeks while suffering from headaches and eye strain before I went to another Lenscrafter store that almost within a min realized the error and did everything to fix my lens. Drive to that one. Avoid this mess of a store. Also I wrote a complaint in regards to the issue and all I got was Thank you for contacting us, well take this in consideration. Have a nice day.WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER. Clearly the manager there, and regional manager who reviewed that complaint doesnt care about their clients. Ridiculous.

Ive purchased several pairs of glasses here in the last couple of years. Ive always gotten excellent service and their selection and prices are really good. Its also very convenient to the Pflugerville area where I live. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my glasses prescription filled and to start the process. I would highly recommend these guys.

I have gone to this lenscrafters for years because they have always been so amazing, though yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sofia as well as Ms. Terry and I have to say they were beyond wonderful. I know they couldn’t see it because of my mask but I literally had a smile the entire time, they were so sweet, funny, and kind and you could just tell even the work space is a safe space for them. They got to be themselves and in return I got to be myself which felt pretty great. If you want exceptional service go to this lenscrafters, you won’t be disappointed! 10/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought 3 glasses from this store. Once they sell you, they show their back. Glasses were termed as scratch resistant when sold. Paid EXTRA money for polycarbonate, scratch resistant etc. One of our Oakley glasses had a scratch within 3 months of buying. We went to the store and they said we cannot do anything after it is Sold. They are here to make money. Provide the WORST customer Service. Do not buy glasses from this location. I never write reviews but this was one of the poorest experience I ever had for buying glasses. I have bought glasses from Walmart and other places - at least these locations will give you a good service and might even replace the glasses within one year if anything goes wrong. Lenscrafter is WORST. I will never buy glasses from this location. Go somewhere else.

I just purchased a new pair of Costa sunglasses and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and helpful, frame selection contained a wide variety of new styles. The store was exceptionally clean, all the staff wear mask and the frames are sanitized after each person tries them on. I cannot wait to pick up my new shades and will be returning in the future for all my families needs.Side note, Ive had my eye examination done next door with Dr Dennis and I cannot say enough good things about him. I often have a difficult experience getting the right Rx, BUT he always gets it right the first time and he is very efficient and personable. Highly recommended.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, my visit was a breeze. If you need glasses in a pinch and need them same day, this place is great. However, if you can wait a day or two for your new glasses, and you have your presription, and know which frames you want, then go online. I was charged over $500 for my new glasses, only to find out later that I could have gotten the exact pair with the prescription lenses online for less than $99.

UPDATE: my original trip to this store was not the best, at that time I had given the rating of 2 stars. Shortly after posting my review, the owner added a response to my original review asking me to contact their corporate office via a link provided. At first, I was pleased with the prompt response from the owner, seeming to take ownership of the problem and wanting to make things right. After submitting the information on the website, I received a response back from Luxottica who owns Lenscrafters. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is because the owners knew exactly what would happen when they provided the link to the corporate office, nothing. If you want to make your local customers happy and get positive reviews, then simply take care of them and their issue. Do it at the local store level instead of deflecting the problem to the corporate office. A phone call from a manager, or the owner? An email from anyone directly to me? That would have made me rethink things, maybe it was an off day at the store. Maybe *I* was the one that was off that day. We could have figured that out fairly quickly within a few minutes of conversation. More than likely I would have purchased a pair of glasses and would be changing my review to reflect that experience. Even if I didnt purchase from this store for whatever reason I would have edited my review to include the response from the owner and their attempt to make things right. Instead, I believe the response to my original review was not a sincere attempt to correct the issue but more of an attempt at damage control for the low rating. A bad review with an owners response seems to be less bad than one with no response at all.Ive heard great things about Warby Parker, perhaps its time to find out for myself.

Terrible experience. The guy at the front literally told me he couldn’t get me sun lenses for my sunglasses? Then he took my frames to the back lab, came back & said they couldn’t service me because they were afraid of not being able to switch the lenses out of the PLASTIC frame of the sunglasses. I went to my car and popped out the lenses myself? Either the employees are extremely lazy here and don’t want to work, or this was a discrimination case?Never coming here again.

What you fixed my sunglasses?I had a pair of oakley sunglasses nice 200.00 pair that a screw had fallen out of i had tried to fix them a few times with no success. I took them to LensCrafters (btw they did not nor do they sell these glasses) they spent 30 min repairing my glasses even replaced the nose pads for free. The service and courtesy i heard them give to other customers was just good old fashioned customer sevice. If you need glasses or maybe a repair this is the place to go.

Was in town for a couple of days and stopped in to get my glasses adjusted. since I had purchased them at LensCrafters in Columbus, OH. Even though it was closing time a very kind and gracious lady .Alice, came to my aid and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. She could have easily dismissed me and I would have understood, but she took it all in stride and quite frankly, my glasses have never fit better. Very impressed with the service and her professionalism. Thanks again.

I purchased TWO glasses, regular prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. Paid for both. My prescription sunglasses never came in and they REFUSE to reimburse me or at least give me in store credit. They cost me over $300. They stole me money. Customer service is a JOKE.

Despite an issue requiring a reorder of my sunglass lenses, this was a good experience. Both pairs of glasses turned out great, and I ended up going with a frame I had not seen at other retailers. The staff was attentive, even when they were busy, and communicated well throughout the process.The next time I need glasses, I know where to go.

Went there for the first time to get contacts. My trial pair was just fine. When I went ahead and ordered a year supply for over 400$ I did not get the correct lenses. And because I opened a box, of course to wear them, theres nothing I can do about getting that money back. I go back in and they order me a trial pair for free as if theyre doing me a favor. After 3 weeks of waiting I call back to see if they had them in. Turns out theyre back ordered 6-8 weeks. No one has called to tell me anything. On top of that I left my boxes of lenses there because they were going to see if there was anything they could do to recoup any loss for me and no one has called me about that either. I will never go back there and I suggest no one else waste their time. And who ever Todd is, has the worst unapologetic condescending attitude Ive ever encountered.

The people here are horrible with their customer service. The Dr that did my eye exam is only in the office 2 or 3 days out of the week. Trying to get my prescription from these folks has been a task in itself. I call the number online which goes to the lenscrafters store and he says he cant provide information call back tomorrow. Instead of providing me the optometrist office number. I call the 800 # for customer service she comes back tells me she has someone on the line and as soon as she transfers me, they hang up! I get that they are contracted separately from Lenscrafters but their unwillingness to assist a Contracted Doctors Patient for Lenscrafters is Unacceptable. All their frames are horrifically over priced and dont get me started on the rebates for contacts. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

Robert, Tiffany, and Ms. Alice were so wonderful in assisting me with the purchase and fitting of my glasses. I would give this location 5 stars but their manager (Patrick I believe) was condescending and rude. I had a problem (that was my fault in his eyes) with my prescription and after explaining myself 5 times I had to talk with him to get it corrected. By the time I left I was extremely upset with how I was treated by him. Regardless of the circumstance I had the glasses for 1 day and they were under warranty so there should have been no reason for him to be so rude in fixing them (so I could actually see out of them). For the staff being so wonderful it was a shame their manager was not. I definitely dont want assistance from him again if it can be avoided in any future needs I may have with LensCrafters.And again, thank you to Robert, Tiffany, and Ms. Alice.

Service was absolutely terrible. I had to come back 3 times to pick up my glass because they kept not actually making them (lenses). Nobody took responsibility for this. They did not offer a solution other than a stupid comment of, uhh, is there something we can do to make it right? After I was upset about having to come back yet again because the glass werent done. Final result is it took 19 hours for then to complete my 1 pair of regular glasses.

The manager there is incompetent. It has been almost two weeks and I havent recieved my $300 refund. She told me it was out of her hands. They had to mail me a check because lens crafters systems are from 1985. I purchased ray ban prescription glasses and they had the name etched all over the lens. Whats the point of getting a new prescription if all I am going to see is name branding when looking through them? I went to Warby Parker and got a pair of prescription glasses for $125 versus $440 at lens crafters along with a year warranty. Same quality glass with anti reflection and scratch resistant. With my insurance I ended paying $5 due to the coverage allowance.[Update 8/19/2018]: Since it took nearly a month to get my refund, I went ahead and got Lasik done. Yes, it totally worth it!

Buyers Beware! !!! My Lady and I bought 4 pair of glasses from here with the Warranty. They tell you that the Warranty Covers broken,lost,damages & Lenses. So today I call to get new 👓 and was told that, I cant get new glasses. But our dog chewed up my Ladys glasses & they gave her a new pair after paying the deductible. Didnt have to bring in frames. Just called in.. They made a new pair. So why is it that I am having trouble getting eyewear when we bought the same PLAN! !They talk up the Protective plan. .to sell it to you..Then they dont Stand Behind the Plan in which they Sell. This is my first time ever going into Lens Crafters. My friend and I were greeted as son as we walked into a very busy store. Most places do not seem to do that anymore…especially when they are busy. I was handed a tray to begin my browsing for frames and was told the cleaning procedures. I waited only a few minutes after making my selection and the my attendant took me through all my options for lenses and a seamless fitting. She was polite, professional and friendly. Everyone was. I had a great experience. Thank you!

Terri was amazing! Super helpful with assisting my son and I choose the perfect glasses. We nicknamed her Terri with the Taste due to her keen eye for the perfect fit for her customers. I didn’t think I would ever find a frame that worked for me, however, Terri found the perfect pair within minutes.
