Miss Mackenzie is a gem! She was so kind and helpful in getting my new glasses ordered to perfection. I cant wait til they come in! I really appreciate her work ethic and helping me feel safe during this season of covid. She ensured everything wa cleaned thoroughly and walked me through the new procedures. Id recommend this Walmart Vision Center for sure! Thanks again Miss!
Horrible experience, I will never go there again. Heres how the whole interaction with the store went:1/. I called in the morning about a pair of prescription sunglasses that wanted new lenses and they told me they needed to see the glasses before they could help me, so that they know if they can have prescription lenses, so I needed to go to the store.2/. Arriving at the store they had us waiting for 15min outside the store and no one addressed us. Literally 15min and we heard from no one, the employees were talking to other clients, but we were sitting outside the store with no one talking or even looking at us.3/. When the employee talked to us, she didnt let us in the store but wanted to have the interaction at the entrance, on opposite sides. Her in and us outside. Even after addressing that this is not a place to interact with the customer, we were ignored.4/. When I handed the glasses to the employee, instead of telling me if they could have prescription lenses she asked for the doctors prescription. Only having the lenses specs and not a paper with a doctors signature, she refused to help me. So to buy glasses, I have to go see a doctor first. In other words, I can buy cheap glasses from the rack with no paper and doctors signature, but if I want to buy something specific, she is not allowed to give it to me. If I want to buy something for me, that I will use, I dont need anybodys permission to do so.4/. I left the entrance of the store angry enough to write this angry rantConclusion: terrible customer service and unreasonable policies. If I never get to even be close to this place for the rest of my life I would be satisfied.PS: I went to the place next door and did exactly what I wanted without a doctors appointment.

Pleasantly surprised! I found several cute frames that I liked at reasonable prices and my progressive lenses were half price of anywhere else!! Christine was awesome!
I returned to the vision center because the glass frame I chose were quite large and my family said they were unattractive. Honestly the lady that helped me did try to steer me away from that frame but I didnt listen. When I returned a younger lady helped me but I instantly felt she was going to do the bare minimum and didnt want to be there. I thought she was a new hire but she said had been there for at least a year, it took a long time because she wasnt not doing the new order correctly and I was going to have to pay more money. Then David W. the certified optician took over. He was able to cut my lenses in the store to fit a different smaller frame glasses. Thats why I shouldnt have to pay for the same lenses. He knew that and knew more than all the other folks. HE CARES and I felt it was how he probably treats all customers. So Im going back and will recommend him to everyone if the subject comes up.
