So far not so good. Bought two pairs of glasses. Tech wrote down my order wrong. After initially paying $180 with insurance, I had to pay another $70 to rectify their mistake. No offer to give me a discount for the error.Picked up my glasses yesterday and one pair is STILL wrong.

We’ve never had a bad experience here. This past time we came in, we were helped by one of the twins (I apologize I cannot remember her name, started with an S) and she was so busy answering phones, greeting guests as they came in, and still gave us excellent customer service. Even being short staffed, and informing us ahead of time that the same day service would not be available, they were still able to get my son’s glasses out in 89 minutes!I highly recommend this place to anyone needing glasses.

Pretty Bad Experience OverallPlease work on customer service, first visit terrible, follow up to make purchase was worse and will end up with another company to provide my glasses. Also.. when a customer comes in, provides insurance, script and takes the time to chose two pairs of glasses that information should be stored somewhere…. You’d figure a company of this size would have a better system in place,,, and actually give a hoot when you’re about to walk out the door.

Terrible customer service!! Called in to get information on my glasses. All I got was “I’m not sure” “I guess” “um yea”. Just not professional, she had no knowledge of coverages or warranties. Had been put on a call back list to speak with the manager even though I could hear him in the background, and sure enough no call…. This place is not worth it

We had a superbly craptastic experience here yesterday. Long story short: after waiting well over 2 hours, and multiple check ins on time and the number people waiting, my daughter was told at 4 minutes to closing that they would be unable to see her that day. How in the world is that even remotely considered good customer service? It isnt. There are many more details that Ill leave unsaid, but we have zero intentions of returning. The customer service is repugnant.

Eyemart express was to my surprise literally fast. In 25 minutes, after Ieft, I got a text that my glasses where ready. My husband too. About 2 weeks ago.. I would recommend Eyemart express. Very cautious how they instruct you with sanitizing your hands, wear your mask, and a tray they provide for you to collect all the glasses you would like to try on. Once you pick your favorite pair, they have very professional and curidious staff that will take care of you... I thank Eyemart Express for great service. ❤

I went into Eyemart to get a frame fixed. Despite the store being extremely busy, I was greeted by a nice and energetic lady named Dana. She asked me to sit to ensure social distancing and assisted me after a brief wait. She was prompt, friendly, and did a great job on my glasses. I will now go to Eyemart for all of my optical needs!

Horrible experience. Waited over 125 minutes and then had to stand in line and wait with 5 other people to get help. Person helping me didnt even know that not all sun glasses were polarized and kept trying to tell me that polarized is what made them dark and guess them a tint. Lol! Wrong! Dana was a miracle worker. She took her time to help me find the best deal with my coupons, helped me find three beautiful pairs of glasses, and made sure I could save as much money as possible!! She was very kind, made me comfortable, talkative, and gave me her input on the frames I tried on when I asked!! I have very specific needs as I am allergic to metal, but I hate the look of plastic frames (complicated I know) and she helped me find three amazing looks!!! This was my second time coming here, they have great deals, and coupons get sent out once you do purchase from here. The coupons are amazing. I highly recommend this place, the glasses get finished the same day!!! One pair was actually wrong as far as the prescription (the switched the eyes) and I had absolutely no issue getting them fixed. Unprofessional!No value of time. Made us wait an entire day for an appointment saying the wait is 30 minutes and increasing the wait time again and again. 20 minutes before 7 they told us they cant see us today. If they just said that earlier in the day, i would have went to some place else! Super horrible service.

I love my new glasses. I have not had a headache since I got my new glasses. They were super quick in getting them done.The employees need some training in customer service. They are not very friendly. They are a little too business like. It would be nicer if they loosen up a bit. Customers seemed uncomfortable. They were not exactly rude, just not good at putting people at ease or making the customer feel welcome.

It was a wonderful experience. I had lost my glasses and needed a pair immediately. I walked in and signed a roster. There were several people working and the wait was not long. While waiting I selected a frame. I brought my prescription in so when it was my turn, an attendant discussed the options and price of each option. Then she measured me for progressive lenses. I left and in less than an hour I received a text that my glasses were ready! I love my glasses! The fit is perfect.So, in about an hour and $76.00 later, I had 2, Yes 2, pair of progressive lenses glasses!! Amazing! This is where I will Always buy my glasses! The staff was friendly and followed all safety protocol needed for Covid 19 . I signed in and waited in the car for a text from the staff. They cleaned the frames well and helped me with picking a good frame.

Service was great! I had help choosing my frames (style and price range according to what my insurance would cover). The first backup pair with no bells and whistles was ready faster than I could get home. Wish I didnt have to wait so long to get my second pair, but i will be excited to pick them up!

My experience was great. ‘Patrick’ was a very nice young man and I liked the way he connected with my son while we were there. I had to fill out a lot of the paperwork since we were new to this location but I didn’t mind so much. My sons glasses were done in UNDER an hour and he was really happy with them. I like there women’s selection and took note of what they had on hand to pick out what I liked when it’s my turn. Definitely going back.

Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my daughter in at 6:30pm (I couldn’t come any earlier because of work) and they looked pretty busy when I first walked in. I was immediately greeted and told to sign in and someone would be right with me. Within a couple minutes Tina came to help us. I was planning to pay out of pocket for my daughters glasses because our insurance is out of network but Tina was able to pull up some out of network benefits for us and we ended up with TWO pairs of glasses for my daughter at absolutely no cost to us. The glasses were ready by 10am the next day which was also great because my daughter was very eager to show them off. Tina recognized us and greeted us when we went back to pick up the glasses the next day and that was great because it made us feel even more comfortable. I highly recommend you try this place out because we will definitely be back! :)

The workers there are very nice (still upbeat despite being near closing when I picked them up), and glasses options were explained thoroughly, helping me make the best decision for my budget. I like how they fit the glasses, and explain why, for example, having anti glare is a great option.

The place is the bomb. Mom was traveling and had to get new prescription filled. Dana was awesome. She was patient with my 80ur old mother in a walker and suggested different frames showing features/benefits of each. Then she detailed a specific style lens for her. She set expectations for when glasses would be ready and they beat that time. Real professional, real courteous and just plain reallynice staff/people.

There was a long wait period but only 2 ladies working at the time. The particular lady that helped my daughter was phenomenal. She really took her time to explain the important information and made my daughter feel super special. We left eyemart with 3 pairs of glasses with great quality! We had the glasses within 15mins! We visited the Round Rock RD location on Sundance for my sons very first pair of glasses. Dana greeted us and was happy to help us out despite the fact that the store closed in one hour!She made the experience pleasant and simple. My son had a test the following afternoon at school, but we thought the glasses wouldnt be ready until the following morning, so we left to shop at another store . But Dana worked some magic and before we got out of the mall parking lot, we received a text that the glasses were ready. We pulled back up to the store and walked up to see the doors were locked. Fortunately she saw us outside, grabbed his glasses and brought them to us... Good luck on your test tomorrow, she told my son. :)I dont recommend shopping at the last minute, but Id definitely recommend this store and Dana! You guys rock! I cant thank you enough for making a stressful situation for our family so simple. Id give Dana 6 stars if I could!

I had great experience with Eyemart Express. We got a good price considering we upgraded the glasses every which we we could and got a protection plan. We got out of their with two pairs of glasses for less than $100. Dana was knowledgeable and got us out quick.

They have a big selection in frames very affordable. People were very helpful. I got my glasses back in 7 days. I was not able to get back in the same day due to needing progressive, anti glare, transitional lenses and was not able to get the second pair as advertised because it does not fall under the progressive, anti glare, and transitional. These features are very important to people who do a lot of work on computer to ensure great eye health.

Express NOT - you are at the whim of whoever decides to come in that day. I broke my computer glasses - you know - to do my job. Took the prescription down - yes it was late 4:30PM -they are open until 7PM. I get not having them - as disappointing as that is - that day but right now, the ETA is end of day today - 24 hours+. Meanwhile - I cant see to do my job. We arent talking anti-glare, progressive or transitional - bare minimum plastic lens that will sit on my face so I can do my computer work.

Eyemart is a great place to get your glasses from...wide selection of eyewear and the turn around time is awesome. You dont have to wait a week or two but best believe when you go in there you better have some time to sit a spell.

It was my first time going to this location and I am definitely going back again. Their customer service was great, they made sure all of my questions were answered. They had my glasses ready in about 45 min to an hour. They were all busy when I was there but I was able to see how the ladies helped everybody with a smile.

Dana was very kind. I needed an emergency pair of glasses and they got them made while I had lunch nearby. These are the best glasses I have ever had! They are also making a second set with all the bells and whistles. I recommend this location and the optometrist next door.

I went in on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened, I was helped right away by Patrick. I wanted the lowest price glasses, since I mostly wear contacts.Patrick was very informative and helpful and patient. Once I picked frames and went over options, they said my glasses would be ready in 3 hours. They texted me even sooner to come get them. I felt like the bifocals were too high and they remade the glasses without any fuss.That afternoon, the store was packed. There were 32 people in there but I didn’t have to wait long to get my glasses. They made sure the glasses fit and I was happy. It was a great experience and very inexpensive. I purchased 2 pairs of basic frame glasses with bifocal lenses for around $120 and it was only that high because I added scratch coating and other upgrades.Once I wore the glasses the next day, I realized that one pair seemed off, I couldn’t see as well as I could with the other pair (which were sunglasses). I went back Friday to see what they could do, and they added a light tint to the lenses and it cleared right up. Once again, they were patient and kind. It turns out that my astigmatism makes light enter my eye in a different way and distorts my vision. By adding the light tint, it stops that and my vision clears right up!I would highly recommend these guys.

I am happy with this glasses.But 2 years ago I bought 2 pairs at Eyemart Express near the Arboretum and I did buy a insurance for the coating. But I have been unable to use the insurance of 50 $ because the shop has closed.
