I called eye trends up while on vacation in round rock, having forgotten my contacts at home. They were very respectful, friendly, and helpful. They got me setup with a free five day supply after verifying my prescription with my hometown optometrist. I am grateful for their keen sense of customer service despite me not being their patient.
Friendly staff, very attentive and knowledgeable. Dr was great too, I wont go anywhere else

I have been going to Dr. Gardiner for 10+ years. He is friendly and puts you at ease quickly. He is also very thorough during the eye exam to make sure to prescribe the best glasses for you. Very patient as I ask him to show the slides to me again b/c sometimes its hard to see the differences. Prices are reasonable and his staff (esp. Paula) are exceptionally helpful. I have gone to have my glasses adjusted/tightened in between appointments as well. Always greeted with a smile and prompt assistance.
Ive been going to this place since I was 16. I am 30 now. First was glasses then contacts. I have never had a bad experience one. Keep doing what yall are doing. Ill be calling when yall open to make appointment matter of fact. See yall next week
This is my favorite eye office ive gone to. With having needed eye correction sine 1st grade, and living all over, Ive seen my fair share of eye doctors. Dr. Gardner is my favorite. His bedside manner is friendly and professional. When you ask a question he doesnt make you feel silly for asking and will explain his answer in a thorough, yet understandable way. Additionally, it was through him that I learned my eye insurance would cover contacts completely each year due to my very poor vision--it is a huge way of caring for me as a patient when he knows what my insurance will cover. Also, their front desk has been great with every interaction, and Ive never had a problem with billing.
So my husband gave 1 star to this place around a month ago because of a mistake in their customer service. However, I’m sending them a 5 star review today for what and how they solved the problem with us.A day after receiving my husband’s review, they reached out to my husband then gave us a kind apology. That’s what you should do when you make a mistake, right? Yeah they did. We were happy that they did! Also, when I came there to pick up my glasses, they gave me a generous gift card. I think they did really well on fixing a problem. My husband deleted his review after that. I think they deserve a different chance.
The staff at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions I had.I am almost 30 and have never had any issues with vision until recently. Once I realized I was seeing blurry, I scheduled an appointment. I felt like the doctor I met with was just trying to get through the appointment as fast as he could. As someone who was experiencing issues with my sight for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect. He rushed through everything as fast as he could and was frustrated when I asked to see a slide option again or, god forbid, wanted a second to be able to focus on what was in front of me. Any questions I asked were hardly answered and brushed off. I didn’t feel comfortable with how he sighted my right eye in for the prescription but he wasn’t open to any questions. Seemed like it was about getting another body in the chair ASAP.So, here I am a half a year later with a prescription that leaves my right eye off just as bad as I was before. Having blurred vision is uncomfortable and I’m going to do my research this time around.
Everyone in Dr. Gardiners staff are amazing, at least the two ladies I worked with, I must apologize for my lack of being able to recognize them, as I was basically blind my entire visit after removing my contacts. but everyone I worked with was so very kind and helpful in explaining my options with my insurance, and helping me pick out the perfect frames for my glasses.Dr. Gardiner is wonderful too, he is very friendly and nice. I have been going to him for a couple of years now, but he has earned a patient and customer in me for as long as I am in the Austin area. He was very good at explaining what changed and spent the extra minute or two with me to make sure the prescription he gave me was just right for me.Thank you Dr. Gardiner and Staff for the wonderful work you do for those of us who need a little extra help seeing!

The staff are nice and answer any questions. Dr. Gardiner is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. He even gave me a bunch of free contacts and printed out both my glasses and contact prescriptions for me.Ill be going back!
Ive been seeing Dr. Gardiner for nearly 20-years. Hes the best, his staff us always so friendly and helpful, his office is always immaculately clean, great product selection, convenient locations, and Dr. Gardiner is incredibly kind, thorough, professional, takes the time to talk through any concerns NEVER rushes through appointments, and has always made me (and my son) feel incredibly comfortable. Hes the best!

They just lost a potential customer. 3 people at the front desk and not one acknowledged me. First time customer service experience was terrible. At least say, “hello or we will be with you shortly.” All I received from them was silence. Please do better. Will not recommend to anyone.
My family (wife and 2 kids) and I have been seeing Dr Gardiner for 5+ years and have referred several friends and family to them because of the way they treat patients. Paula the manager has helped me out a lot with any concerns or questions that we may have, she has gone above and beyond more then once for us. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an optical needs.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gardnier about 15 years . I have always been satisfied with the care, prices, procedures, & his staff. Paula is the best .
This place is stingy with poor customer service. All frames are marked up 100% and not willing to negotiate. $200 Tommy frame is $70 through Amazon. I will never go back Please try to learn business.
After 10 years we have to find other office. Love the dr. But the front office is so so rude, unprofessional. Not sure how those people get hired.

It was okay for being there the first time. Very long wait times, but good prices I guess
I was thrilled with the eye doctor. Very kind, and patient with me and any questions I may have had. Gave me a good exam and I was very pleased with him. However there was a person on his staff that was just horrible. There is an older blonde haired woman on his staff that is needing to go back to school to learn how to be nice. She kept asking me about if I wanted single vision, computer or reading or did i want bi-focals, or tri-focals or did I want progressives and she was VERY PUSHY, I will admit that i got flustered and responded loudly I DONT KNOW I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. She then said she would give me an education in glasses 101 and very quickly and rudely went through all 3, then when I asked for frames that would be under my max on my eye insurance including that I refused any extras such as special coating, etc... she just shut down completely and didnt even thank my family for coming. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Then when I went back in the office shortly after leaving I asked the doctor about bi-focals, etc.. and he said in front of her You dont need any of that just single vision computer is all you need. So the doctor seems to care but his staff wants you out of there if you arent spending hundreds of dollars. The doctor is the only reason Im giving this place a GOOD rating.
POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!! Attempted to order online contacts with prescription to no success. Online contact site and myself put on hold with eye doctor office for over twenty minutes. No resolution to approving eye contact prescription thru office staff.
First time and last time i was trying to find a pair of glasses for as little as possible after going up the the counter 3 times asking about pricing and whats covered i gave up as they didnt seem that interested in selling me anything.
